Honestly, for the most part this video was accurate. Only complaint is that Shadow shouldn’t of have difficulty dealing with SSG Vegeta, considering that at most I can only see Super Sayian God Vegeta at Universal, where as Shadow has several dead set Universal feats.

Not trying to debate but isn't Shadow made from 50% Chaos Energy meaning using anything Chaos Related is actually his own power and abilities?
It would be Sonic who abuses sources of power that aren't his own. You can expose Sonic to anything and he'll absorb the energy while too much energy doesn't do anything lethal except giving Sonic mutations like Wisps or Werehog meaning it's virtually impossible to kill Sonic with energy.

Even though people pit these characters against each other a lot there really is no definitive answer because Vegeta and Shadow are just fictional characters and you can have whoever you want to win so it really doesn't matter who wins and who loses. But great animation though!
For the longest time I never understood why Chaos Control worked on Vegeta, but looking over it, it makes sense. Despite Sonic moving through time, being equal to Shadow who can fast forward through time, dodge the chaos sphere which is amped by chaos control, chaos control literally warping time itself, running so fast time came to a standstill and,has moved outside of time, tagged teleportation, ran through endless dimensions, traveled to a different timeline and has moved through time rifts, Chaos Control has had zero issue tagging him.
If it can still tag immeasurably fast characters, it can tag Vegeta with no diff
Chaos control is above the concept of time and space. Is not a normal "time stop"

Some people argued that Egg Wizard shouldn’t be scaled to Sonic and Blaze and by extension, Shadow. But he was never suppressed. Even if he was laughing and taunting them, he could simply be confident in his victory as Sonic and Blaze would eventually run out of juice so he could simply out last him. Especially because while he shows no signs of energy consumption, they have to be careful putting them at a disadvantage.

I can understand why shadow wins this because vegeta during the anime (I’m assuming this is anime vegeta idk) is able to take out planets and what not but still died to the freiza exploding the earth during resurrection f while shadow is one of the three people in the sonic games who beat Solaris who exist in the past, present, and future and shadow was only super for this (and yes I know sonic and silver were there too but still plus the creator did say 06 is somewhat canon)

In Sonic Battle, Shadow fights Emerl and states that although his body was injured before, he’s ready now. Implying that he has recovered. He then goes on to say how this will determine who is the strongest, meaning he used his full power in this battle. We don’t actually know who wins in the end and as such we’ll just call it a tie, meaning Ultimate Emerl=Shadow(Full Power). Later on Shadow tells Emerl to fight all his friends, getting stronger as time goes on. He beats them all except for Sonic, who literally flexes on him and tells him that he was even trying his hardest.
So according to Sonic Battle
Suppressed Sonic>Ultimate Emerl (Post Shadow Battle)>Ultimate Emerl= Full Power Shadow.

Spirit Fission wouldn't work because it only affects KI, which is literally stated as life force energy. That won't work on Chaos Energy, which is likely magic.
Actually ki is one of the things it can affect according to vegeta things combined by absorption or fusion can also be removed or in Laymen terms any energy that isn't natural to one's body can be removed

@@omega8912 the thing about that is hit’s “time” abilities are far different than shadow’s. Hit skips time slightly. Basically using super speed. While shadow completely pauses time and space. In time skip the opponent can still move. With chaos control they can’t.

@@pippomela Yeah, but in Eggman stated that the Phantom Ruby is the most powerful thing he has ever used, which would include Time Eater and The OG Ruby was keeping up with Super Sonic and Eggman was overloading it in his fight against Sonic, something Eggman never did.

G-Merl contains data from emerl pre ultimate form and metal overlord isn't a robot made for fighting per say rather destruction also metal overlord is gone at this point so G-merl by technicalities is the ultimate fighting robot

Shadow should be as tough as Sonic, who survived the destruction of the Death Egg, and his super form draws from the power of the Chaos Emeralds. In Sonic Unleashed, the Chaos Emeralds are capable of moving pieces of the Earth around. Based on the size of each piece and the speed of which they were moved, this would require 403 zettatons of TNT per emerald, and 2.8 yottatons of TNT combined. Crazy, but even Vegeta in Super Saiyan 2 before the Battle of Gods arc was already nearly twice as powerful. In other words, this is small time for him. After learning how to use God ki and turn into a Super Saiyan God, he was powerful enough to threaten entire universes. Sure, Shadow was able to defeat Solaris, but this required exploiting weak points on Solaris' body. Eggman himself confirms that Super Sonic, Shadow, and Silver wouldn't be able to overpower such a threat with brute force alone. In Sonic Frontiers, there are several implications that Super Sonic can be defeated by far less. Like when Sage, a sentient supercomputer, calculated that Super Sonic wouldn't be able to stop The End on his own. Tails directly compares the power of The End to Dark Gaia, who is large planet level at best, and an entity that Sonic also couldn't defeat without aid. Vegeta being scaled to universal is far more consistent. Plus, after learning Super Saiyan God, a saiyan can partially tap into its power without fully transforming, allowing him to be as powerful as a Super Saiyan God in his base form alone.
SPEED/REACTION/ATHLETICISM
Shadow should be comparable to Sonic, who was fast enough to avoid laser beams. He's considered faster than a Cyan wisp, which the energy of said wisp behaves very similarly to real light energy, and in Sonic CD, in order to activate the time plate, Sonic needs to move at light speed, based on the official Japanese manual for Sonic CD. Unfortunately, Vegeta is still very much faster. In the same way Shadow is comparable to Sonic, Vegeta is comparable to Goku, who was quick enough to fly from King Kai's planet to literal HE 🏒🏒 in less than a minute. This would require moving at 29 quintillion times light speed, and that's not even accounting for Super Saiyan transformation multipliers. I have seen arguments that say Sonic is faster than time itself, but that doesn't make sense. One instance is Sonic moving in a void without space and time, which theoretically requires incalculable speed to pull off. However, there's one problem. By that logic, Knuckles is faster than time, Tails and Amy are faster than time, EVEN EGGMAN AND ELISE would be faster than time. Plus, there have been plenty of moments where Vegeta and other characters have moved a void without time and space, like the *entire Tournament of Power?* Others would say that Sonic is capable of altering time just by moving in Sonic Generations, but there's nothing really suggesting that Sonic is actually running so fast time is being altered through momentum. It seems more like Sonic is simply interacting with the space-time void created by the Time Eater, fixing the events of previous games. Lastly, in Sonic and the Secret Rings, there's a moment where Sonic was apparently fast enough to run across entire universes, but it would be way more impressive if Sonic didn't use magical hourglasses to escape, leaving it extremely dubious to say that Sonic is quick enough to actually perform something like this.
ARSENAL/ABILITIES/HAX
Shadow has more weapons on his person, whether it be various guns, or shields. However, they hardly mattered in terms of offense. Shadow could freeze time on Vegeta, but Shadow wasn't strong enough to capitalize on this in any meaningful way. Shadow could also teleport Vegeta into space, since saiyans still need oxygen to breathe, but Vegeta should be fast enough to fly to a nearby planet with safe atmospheric conditions, given that Goku could last that long in space for about a minute. Lastly, his Chaos Rift could trap Vegeta in another dimension, but it's not 100% guaranteed that it would successfully work on Vegeta. Meanwhile, Vegeta's spirit fission could steal the energy from the Chaos Emeralds. This has happened before when Dr. Eggman released Dark Gaia onto the planet, which resulted in Sonic and Chip having to find a way to restore their energy. Shadow's super form can only last so long. Super forms can only be sustained for as long as the user has rings on their person. Sonic himself confirms this, and Shadow doesn't exactly have that fancy schmancy Cyloop that Sonic has. So, even if Super Shadow was as powerful as Vegeta, all Vegeta would have to do is wait out the Super form and strike at the first opportunity...or just use Hakai...and end the fight immediately.
INTELLIGENCE/EXPERIENCE/SKILL
Shadow has kept up with multiple experienced combatants in the past. However, Vegeta was way too experienced on the field of battle. Vegeta was a trained warrior from birth, this dude has easily 50 years of combat training and experience under his belt. Shadow is certainly a more disciplined fighter than Sonic and is over fifty years old at this point, but how much of those 50 years were dedicated to combat? None. Shadow was too busy playing Captain America for all that time.

Just to point out, Hero Shadow is NOT an actual form, and it is only seen in Shadow the Hedgehog, because it is part of the GAMEPLAY MECHANICS. In Gameplay it is just a powerup for Shadow to use Chaos Control at all, just because he needs to utilise positive Chaos energy, and that's why he turns blue. In reality however, Shadow never turns blue, when using positive energy, or Chaos Control, no matter how massive, since he uses both 24/7 by default. Besides, even in Dark form, he can use Chaos Control. I think in Gameplay it was just to illustrate that Shadow is about to use Chaos Control, but as I stated, Gameplay reasons. The Dark form on the other hand DOES exist, because that is Shadow utilising dark chaos energy, and turns red, that is why Shadow uses Chaos Blast, to release all the anger. In other words, it is the same form as Dark Sonic.
