Had a 'wet breathing' second stage on a dive trip. Asked one of the instructors to have a look at it. He opened it up and asked "did you chuck up in your reg"? Embarressed I said "maybe". He handed it back and said "do you want to pull the bit of spaghetti out of the exhaust valve"?
