As a Jain, this temple is as important to us as it is for Hindus. After all we are sanatanis. Hundreds of Jains have fought this battle with our brothers. Many Karsevaks were Jains including 2 kothari brothers who were killed by mulayam Singh. And who can forget the brilliant father-son duo Adv. Hari Shankar Jain and Adv. Vishnu Shankar Jain? Also Rishabhdev, our first Tirthankar was the founder of Ikshwaku Dynasty and was a forefather of Shri Ram. And out of 24, 22 Tirthankars belonged to this very Dynasty. It is a very prestigious moment for us. For all of us. Jai Shri Ram.

Religious pride and sentiments was our downfall througout history. Neither sanathan dharm nor Bhagwat gita condones this kind of foolish unhealthy attachment or disregard other cultures or other basic needs over religious dogma. Religious pride and sentimentality is why invaders could break our spirits because we were displaying unhealthy attachment to something so fragile rather than a reasonable and wise culture. Now all any enemy of the nation has to do is to destroy it's religious temples and there will be complete utter chaos in the hindu community because we're only capable of relating with each other through a common god rather than our humanity. As a non practicing muslim, I see two aspects to this issue. One being what the actual truth is. And the second one being polarisation, violence and undelivered justice.
From the three proofs that are mentioned in the video, it can be inferred that there really was a mandir there. I don't know how valid these proofs are but I reckon that if a 5 judge bench in the supreme court finds this proof as valid, then as an Indian citizen we should accept their verdict.
Now the second aspect. The violence that led to the destruction of the mosque was vandalism and an act of hate crime, it is completely unconstitutional and unacceptable. The speech by LK Advani and other leaders that incited violence is an act of hate crime. All of those involved should've been punished for promoting polarisation, vandalism and violence. The court acquitted them due to lack of "valid evidence". You can preach all about innocence until proven guilty but every single one of us here knows for a fact that the mob that destroyed the mosque was incited to do so by particular leaders. They should've been punished for that.
That being said, I understand that Ram mandir for practising Hindus is as holy as mecca for practicing Muslims. On that note, I'm happy for my brothers and sisters. I just hope the polarisation and violence dies here and doesn't grow out ahead.
