    Before we do that, we must first understand the mind. Yoga can be defined as the skillset required to control the mind. This control brings harmony and unifies the practitioner with the Divine. But, what does that even mean? In this podcast series, we are diving deep into the nuts and bolts of how to accomplish emotional state control - the first Siddhi - that signifies 'accomplishment' in Yoga.
    Kendra Maya is a practising Yogi at the Trilok Akhada, an ancient Himalayan yogic lineage that is bringing practical knowledge on how Yoga can be applied to heal trauma, reverse age and lead a healthier blissful life.

    - What are the constituents of human existence (particularly the mind)?
