    In this interview, Malcolm X argues against racial integration and discusses the right for African Americans to use violence to defend themselves against violent attacks by whites. He also discusses the nature of Islam. This program was courtesy of the Media Resources Center Collection at the University of California, Berkeley.
    This interview was recorded October 11, 1963.
    C-SPAN, an acronym for Cable-Satellite Public Affairs Network, is an American cable and satellite television network that was created in 1979 by the cable television industry as a public service. C-SPAN televises many proceedings of the United States federal government, as well as other public affairs programming.
