Mafia 2 Final Cut description:
Mafia II Final Cut is a global mod for the game Mafia II Classic, designed to expand and change the game by adding different deleted scenes and fixing old bugs. Almost every aspect of the game has been touched up in the modification, from graphics and textures, to story and characters. Many different little things and features from the beta versions have been restored, many old bugs have been fixed, and new features have been added to help open up the world of the game even more. The project is still under development and it will get bigger and bigger with updates in the future.
Mafia 2 Classic (2010) is better than Mafia II Definitive Edition (2020). The Classic version was made with love, while the garbage remaster was made by D3T Limited and is still riddled with bugs, glitches, and it's 30fps on next gen consoles. This walkthrough of Mafia 2 Classic (2010) is in 4K 60fps on Extreme difficulty. For the first time on RUclips, all pre-rendered cutscenes for Mafia 2 Classic (2010) have been upscaled from 720p 30fps to 4K 60fps! I hope you enjoy this walkthrough of this legendary game! Game Description:

joe barbaro rocking his new suit
After he gets made it makes sense for him to upgrade his wardrobe. He wears this outfit at the end of the pre-rendered cutscene in Chapter 9 Balls & Beans. And in next chapter he wears this outfit but with a bruised face.
The AI voicework is a complete gamechanger, we can now extend Mafia II as much as we want, well done dude
Thank you! That's why it took me a couple days to post this video. I wanted to perfect the Harry mission with audio (in the mod there is no audio). In the game files there is no leftover transcripts of what Harry tells Vito here too, I just used my imagination.

It still pains me after 13 years to not really know how much of this game we missed out on. This mission has always falt the most intact because it is by far the longest, but it also had at least one side mission cut as shown here. I have a feeling that with all the side mission we would have gotten a more complete experience of Empire Bay which in the vanilla game just feels like a set piece with robots walking around. Who knows how many? Derek, Harry, Charlie, Guiseppe (?) and Mike. The game could have been so much more and has always felt like that to me.
I like the addition of giving weapons to those port workers, and some of them don't wanna get involved!

I really don't wanna spoil it, but I can't believe that you get to deal with Bruno in Chapter 15. I wish they should add lines Vito saying, "For my family".

The fact that you had a choice to kill Tommy Angelo or not, That’s one way to avoid killing him for all Mafia 1 fans out there.
I also found out that you can opt out of killing Derek and Steve as well if you already have the $27,500, your half of the $55,000 for Bruno, you can go straight to Joe's and trigger the cutscene where Vito decides to go to the Maltese Falcon to ask Eddie if He's seen Him, and from there you can bypass Eddie and Giuseppe by going straight to the Mona Lisa Bar to trigger Vito being captured by Vinci's capo and taken to the construction site where Joe is being held

Man i always wanted for us (as the player character) to be doing the shooting when in a car ambush like in 10:59. Probably the reason why i like chap 10 till 14 since they feature our allies doing that at some point
41:28 this actually happened to me once or twice playing it on console, i'm not sure if you gotta leave a certain npc alive or if it's just a question of luck but i remember seeing it and the lines were different too.
You just need to leave one NPC alive and if you don’t shoot the man, Joe will.
I just started playing this game a couple of weeks ago and man its so good and when I started this chapter Joe says we have to take someone out who betrayed the family i didn't really think nothing of it at first just another guy to take out than a cut scene plays shows a old guy wearing a white shirt and holding a hose than I started to realize who the target is I yelled no we cant do this than Joe pulls out a shotgun and boom holy shit I did not see that coming 😭
I remember the first time i played Mafia 2 it was before i played Mafia 1 but i still knew the story of Tommy Angelo, as soon as i saw that car and i heard Joe saying that their target was a guy who "ratted His Family out to the Feds" i was like "OH S....!" Lol
The side mission Of getting ambushed by the Chinese while doing a job for Harry should never have been cut out of the game really makes things tie up together

I actually wrote the conversation myself! In the actual mod it’s just empty (no dialogue) so I had to be creative. Mafia 2 was supposed to have this sidemission in the final game but it was re-used in JA DLC.

one time I was playing in this chapter I was at the final part and the final guy to kill also did the same but it broke the game for some reason

Is there any way you can get your guns back After you and Joe get kidnapped? Every time I lose my guns. I always have to go buy them all over again I like three different shops
I'm saying it now- the warehouse shootout is borderline impossible on extreme difficulty. I got in with zero damage and within 10 seconds I was dead.

No, you can only kill Bruno in Final Cut.
Originally you could've helped Henry when Eddie sent him to kill Leo, maybe it'll come with future updates.

I've always found it "strange/interesting" that Bruno bears a heavy resemblance to Frank Coletti, while his assistant, Isaac looks like a HD Mafia TCoLH Tommy Angelo.

speaking of drivebys in harry's SQ (which is, of course, added in), the last mission in joe's adventures is supposed to have a similliar sequence, which involves following rocco to same contruction site featured in this chapter while fighting off his goons, as there is unused dialogue for it.
