I have this case in black, and I absolutely love it. I've got a Power Color Red Devil 7900XTX in it with no issues. It does have a LCD screen you can put in the bottom middle. I just wish I knew where to get different displays.
Yeah the Thermaltake display is specifically made for this case, but I assume you could pick up a display with the same dimensions and put it there and get more functionality
It seems like some 4090s have troubles with the mount direction messing the vapor chamber efficiency. On another note: this case is AWESOME with the Project Zero motherboards.
I have the same case. I did a build with a 14900k and a strix 4090. It’s been a awesome case except I hate how my gpu cables have to bend and they are already having some issues with one of them is shorting out sometimes and I have to wiggle it. Taking the top off and the fans out sucks anytime I want to plug up anything too. The temps on mine are epic though but there are a lot of gpus that do not work well in the vertical position. My buddy’s 4090 was hitting 85c in the vertical position while mine stays in the 50s/60s. I covered this in my office reveal / tour video if you want to see how my temps looked on gpu and my thoughts about the case. I love the way it looks and I think it saves a ton of room on my desk but There is a bunch of caveats for some people. Be sure if you want to build in this you don’t use a pny 4090 or 4080 because those seem to have some of if not the worst vapor chambers.
The thermals on most GPUs will be higher due to the way the card is mounted. With vapor chambers, gravity will work against them which will end up adding around 10-15c to the load temperatures. In most cases that won't cause any damage, but they will be warmer than they would be if they were orientated normally or vertically. My 4090 gets to the mid 70s under load in that case. As soon as I lay the case on its back, which makes it basically the same as a normal vertical mount, the temps drop to 60c and won't go higher.
@KayoticCasual I have been finding out some cards manage better than others but most still end up being at least slightly warmer. Now with my card and many others the higher temperatures are still well below any point where it's an issue but still something that should be considered when buying the case

Have you looked into a 90-degree cable from CableMod?

Appearantly not all of them, strix cards don't seem to have this issue. Also i think the case looks nicer on the stand anyway really

It's surprising how much room the case has for cooling.
Yeah for sure!
Great video, do you build gaming PC’s for the public?
Great build
Thanks!
