The North Korean leader's historic apology

In his speech at the ceremony, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un apologized and shed tears for failing to improve the living conditions of his country's people.
"I am ashamed that I could not get you out of a difficult situation and that my efforts were not enough," the North Korean leader told the crowd.
