Hi there~
I just returned from my trip to Bogota! I had an amazing time. I was able to hang out with my dad whom I haven't seen since before the pandemic and got to play some #yugioh too! I piloted Tearlaments, as expected, and managed to clear day 2 at the main event! I then went on to get 2nd place at the Sunday Giant Card tournament! Soon I'll have a giant card in the background of my videos just like every professional yugituber! Woo~

Great approach
Love seeing the Stein in the main. I was running it back in Tear format to summon off Elf and go into Dragoon on top of the board. Didn't even think about cross-sheep doing the same thing. Nice job.
It's honestly my favorite ED card right. So versatile. It's literally "Elf at home."
Always Nice to see another believer in Tearlaments , playing a more heavy Kashtira engine version and Arise-heart makes a good Zeus pilot , also congrats on the 2nd place
There was someone else at YCS Bogota who was doing that too! How do you feel about it? I generally don't like the Kashtira cards too much except as hand trap magnets which is why I cut them all down to just 1 Fenrir.
@@Roarkallos I kinda like to make Arise-heart for that big 4 mats Zeus , also running Shangri-Ira with the rise-heart Kashtira big bang combo , they mostly work as my plan B and been testing the link-3 Black Luster soldier with them, since he gets full effects with the Kashtira been all lv7, that target protection is pretty good against many boards
Agreed. Kash doesn’t combine with tear as well as people think it does. Everything in the rear deck should be geared towards milling or gaining advantage from milking. If the card or engine doesn’t accomplish either of those, then it likely doesn’t belong in the deck at all.
Good luck continuing to improve your Tearlament game! It's good to stick with what you like.

A big shame you didn't do as well as you wanted but making day 2 is still a big achievement on its own, don't beat yourself up too much about it :D

Very clever take on tearlaments. I suggest adding a second reinoheart and a third diviner. Diviner too good not to max out.
Those are definitely considerations I've had! In an effort to keep the deck at 40, I decided to do those ratios. My issue with Reino is that it doesn't do anything by itself. Diviner is the preferred normal, but I wanted to open multiple mill engines/discard outlets since the deck can very easily fold to common hand traps.
One very nice thing about Diviner I neglected to mention is that if they Imperm it, you have a level 2 for Sprind and if they Ash the Agido you sent off it, then you have a level 6 for Beatrice.

Why did you only play 1 Reinoheart? Especially with Kashtira banishing card from the main deck with Diabolosis, it seems risky to me. Subbed btw.

You know what, that's a fantastic idea for a video! While other channels will certainly do Tearlaments primers now that it's official, lemme see if I can make some unique enough discussion points.
I have a question, How can you summon Naturia Exterio?
You summon it with the effect of Cyber Stein. And Stein can be summoned from the GY with Cross Sheep if you mill it or send it with Beatrice. I pulled off the combo pretty consistently at the YCS

Excellent video, well thought through. I'm playing it at local sometime, but full gasoline with brave, dangers, more fenrirs and focused around making dracossac. I will try the Beatrice lines in the near future, but my extra deck is very tight. I like the stein, but it might not fit my build.

Oh cool! Some thoughts:
I wouldn't play Exterio and Stein moving forward because it's too susceptible to Kaijus. Dracossack can get actually get you to Beatrice if you send Denier off Cherubini instead of KotS. And all gas hands are definitely play through a lot of boards.. minus Ariseheart.
