DUMBBELL CHEST, TRICEPS + ABS BURNER WORKOUT - STRENGTH SERIES

  • This Dumbbell workout is designed to help you get strength and definition to your triceps and chest and abs!
    Warm up first and change Dumbbells throughout where necessary to make sure you are always challenging yourself - the weight you should use is individual to your own strength.

    Each exercise is performed for 45 seconds back to back then a 15 second rest between rounds. Exercises are shown below, in order;
    1. Close Grip Chest Press
    2. Floor Fly
    3. Chest Press
    4. Skull Crushers
    5. Tricep Kickback
    6. Tricep Extensions
    7. Sit Up Punches
    8. Russian Twists
    9. Toe Tap with Leg Lower
    10. Sit Up & Hold
