I’ve always found it funny that Daniel Hardman had so much hate in him for Harvey/Jessica when he was the one who stole money from his firm and cheated on his dying wife.
I never understood why people like Donna so much.. All she does is talk a big game but when it comes down to it she always folds or completely screws things up, like destroying that document without even asking Harvey what to do or her pleading the 5th about Mike going to Harvard during his trial despite Jessica telling her no one would ever know if she was lying or not.. Her character makes zero sense; despite Harvey’s strong feelings about loyalty, she has none…. But “she’s Donna”
Thank you!! Everyone just ignores ALL the ridiculous headaches Donna caused the firm. Her pathetic supporters claim she was qualified to be promoted to COO. I say she wasn't even qualified to be a doggone secretary.
@@freeinghumanitynowIt would have been better to have her instructed in the ways of fixers so that while Harvey knows she's willing to cross some lines and do things to give them plausible deniability, she gets both the monetary value in the upgraded check she gets and the respect of knowledge in knowing that her coworkers and loved ones can rely on her for more than witty comebacks.
Ethics aside, Daniel Hardman was the one lawyer Harvey could never beat 1vs 1(not counting associates). It took Harvey, Jessica, Scottie, Louis, Zane, D'arby, Alex, at least 4 of them to beat him but he still got his pound of flesh every single time he brought an action. Jessica was right about him and Harvey being the same
@@ganthc I wouldn’t consider that a fair 1 on 1 in any capacity. She had nearly unchecked authority over the firm, not really a lawyer vs lawyer deal that Harvey could just win
@@TB43442 well yeah, but all of Harvey’s big adversaries had positions of unchecked power. Malik, Gibbs, Cahill, etc. It’s what made them worthy adversaries.

Daniel might be brilliant, but he is too overconfident and hypocritical 🙄. Jessica was noble to resign to resign and brave to sacrifice herself for Mike Ross in hearing. While he's still trying to get Harvey's license and his firm back.
I never understood what is Daniel’s problem. He’s bitter due to his mistake. He keeps trying to get revenge when they literally could have tried to have him go to jail but he chose not to.
It's for the exact same reason as why Harvey is upset right now. He was caught doing something that while not strictly wrong, was ethically suspect. Harvey helped Jessica steal the firm by blackmailing Daniel using his cancer ridden wife. Literally stole his life away from him by using Daniels compassion. That is why he is able to do the things he does. Daniel is looking for the most blood possible. And this is doing to Harvey what Harvey did to Daniel.
@@yogoo0 what privilege again? I don’t remember exactly but he didn’t have a client, he found out through Jessica and just looked into Daniel he wasn’t working for someone so there should be no privilege information.
I'd choose Louis in an overcoat/longcoat over Harvey in his most expensive suit any day of the week. Louis in this attire and with this attitude looks and sounds like a beast. Littman Boss.
I love the blooper from the first scene in this video, where Rick (Louis) couldn't get the "tall glass" line right and it got David Costabile (Daniel Hardman) to break a little, which was apparently quite difficult to do.
Sorry. Nope. He doesn't even come close to Andy Malik or Elliot Stemple and their likes. Travis Tanner, Charles Forstman, Cameron Dennis, Anita Gibbs, Frank Gallo Cahill, Faye Richardson, Edward Darby and his fixer and the lot, they're all in an entirely different league. @@Zebness990 He was saying Simon Lowe is a bad villain. He didn't say one of the best villains, he said one of the villains. Which is true, he's one of the villains.

Can someone answer my question? Does an ex-employee can sue his own firm by the bias of a client. Can they not just prove to the judge that there’s a conflict of interest and is doing that case out of spite. Plus, Daniel contact the suer first, they can just put him on the stand and ask? P.S english is not my first language
What Simon Lowe was suing about was that Harvey broke privilege by notifying Kessler that Lowe intended to merge with another company and leave Kessler in ruin, because he had already backed out on another deal. When Kessler backed out of the deal with Lowe (because Donna was dating Kessler and told him what was happening), and wrote an article in the paper basically calling Lowe unethical, Lowe contacted Hardman to sue Harvey and the firm. Hardman lied about him contacting Lowe.
To answer your question, an ex-employee could sue his old firm. However, keep in mind the situation presented here in the show is completely ridiculous and impossible to occur in real life. For conflict of interest purposes, every lawyer in a law firm is considered as the same entity. Meaning that one lawyer in a firm cannot break privilege by telling another lawyer something who is in the same firm. That’s the reason why two lawyers at the same firm cannot represent two different clients who are suing each other since anything they told their lawyer could be passed on to the other side without breaking privilege
It never made sense to me that Daniel and Robert were old friends. There was nothing hinting at that in earlier seasons, which they were both characters in.
War is War. When your in the Big League's (Lawyer/Business) you think of what you know best. Then you think 🤔 out of the Box & Win. Harvey does that. Riding the edge.
Even if the gang caved in and let hardman to come back to the firm. What kind of a work culture would that be. Its not like daniel would he managing partner.bhe would just have the role fay had in season 9. Someone people hated (unless his charm won some people over)

Great video, the one thing I would add is that the XS bottle you have, and the one I own, is the 2018 bottle. Unfortunately, that bottle is a reformulation and one where the original is MUCH better. If you can find the flip top brown bottle for XS, it is significantly closer to Himalaya and really plays up the aromatics. It's one of those bottles I'm actively hunting for.
