    Ive eaten small cricket 🦗 bugs that they sell at night markets...more like a snack... never had snails or scorpions. Have you tried Mae's snails?

    It is a great life 👍
    I wanted Isan and Phang Khon was the place I went. Quiet and beautiful with good people. In the end I recently left as was not finding a lot of stimulation for my active mind and my thai is minimum so far. Perhaps if I met the right lady? Looking for a middle age lady in that area that wants to be with a western man they are not there or impossible to find? I am tall, slim, athletic, called attractive and have ample money and Buddhist that I thought would be attractive, haha my dream in the windmills of my mind 😅
    Love Thailand, all good, just my experience in the beautiful Phang Khon area 🙏

    • @davidb2206
      @davidb2206 Месяц назад

      They don't speak English. So, yes, nearly impossible to find on the ground there unless you speak very good Thai for communication, especially initially. The rare few who live there and speak a high level of English will be already married and from a higher-class ("hi-so") educated family that is not likely to accept you, anyway. College professors or doctors.

    ... same as you. I just learned how to say do not chop up the chicken or duck and they were happy to leave it whole for me. It was a little scary first time as it looks like they could chop off my head if they got that idea 🙊

      I would think that it would last all year but I've not seen them ever eat any. I'm not sure what they do with it. I always seem to buy rice from the Big C. 555

      I actually noted before he should seek the more medical thai based massage in Phang Khon where they focus only on the problem and often better in under 3 visits usually one visit. It worked well for me after years of issues 😊 That said this lady does have a shop so she has a clientele so does have a purpose.
