If you are referring to incense powder, I am not familiar with how it would hold up in soap and also how quickly it will accelerate, become problematic, etc. It will be important to know and understand the components and purity of the incense powder. I generally fall in the category of using fragrance oils, essential oils or a hybrid. You can always safely play around with testing ingredients in a small sample batch. Thanks for the like and sub!
