  • Fenrir, also known as Fenrir is 'the devouring Wolf', 'the doom of the gods'. the 'beast of Ragnorak' that features in North myth and legend.
The Great Wolf is one of three children of the Fire God Loki and the frost giantess Angorboda. The Norms warned that the Wolf would bring about Odin's death at the end of times and this prophecy led to him being kept captive with a magic ribbon. Eventually, however, he was destined to break free and consume that which was known, so that a new beginning, a new age could come forth.
As a guide and ally, Fenrir can support you with:
🐺 Actualising a liberation of Self and discerning who you truly are; not who you told you are, or who you should be, but aligning with your truth and the choices and life you can/want to make.
🐺 Integrating and offering witness, space holding and healing to those parts of ourselves that we deem wrong, bad, lesser than, not good enough or ugly.
In this short introductory video, I share my top 3 tips for connecting to Fenrir, including:
🔥 How and why to work with a ribbon to free your bonds!
🔥 Suggestions for journalling and self-exploration
🔥 Lessons and themes of the Lone Wolf, that invite you into wholeness and heal conflict and disharmony

    ✏️ JOURNAL PROMPTS
    1) What judgements, conditions or limitations have been placed on me, that have kept me small, shame-filled, restricted, or feeling worthless?
    2) Where did these judgements/expectations come from? What was their source or point of creation?
    3) What do they illuminate or highlight in me, that I need to take notice of, space-hold for, or address or work on?
    4) What do I need from myself, or what can I give, create for, or offer myself in order to transmute and transform these conditions and limitations into empowerment, wisdom or freedom?
