Hey there! So my primary deity is Freyabut I am drawn to Inanna. I’ve bought a bunch of Annunakki books and I plan on doing research. My question is do you believe love goddesses of different cultures are the same deity or different beings? I’d like to contact and connect with Inanna. Thank you
Hey :) Personally, I believe that there are overarching archetypes and source energy for each archetype and that each goddess/god embodies or personifies a unique aspect of that archetype . . . So as an example or metaphor . . . Let's use the example of water. Water would be 'divine source/creator'. Then there are different types of water: fresh, sea, rain, ice caps (these would be the archetypes), then each of these has a specific manifestation such as named rivers, bodies of ocean, such as the pacific, atlantic (these would be te goddesses) They are all water, but a unique manifestation of it, so although it represents the same, it is its own entity. . . . does that make sense? the goddesses i believe are the named and specific manifestations of an overarching archetype :D i share waayyy more about this (and actually mention Inanna as a Wolf Goddess in my book 'Wolf') but hope that brief explanation helps you gain your own understanding. How goddess manfiests and is understood, I believe, is unique for everyone, so although this is my opinion I encourage you to explore your own. Just see what clicks and makes sense to you. And remember that mostly we don't NEED to understand, but are called by Goddess to just surrender to what is without trying to get our little uncomprehending human brains around it ;) it is always more than we could ever understand, so we must just trust.
