I appreciate the video but it appears to cover the same information that the other push and pull compensation video does. It explains what it is very well. What I would like to learn is how to compensate for it. You mentioned shortening and widening the circle so it will not stitch out like an egg. But there's no instruction on how much adjustment needs to be done. Details like this would make this video far more helpful especially since the information in this video has already been covered previously.

Sorry if this question seems straight forward to any of you... Wondering if push/pull compensation is only fixable via file manipulation? My shop sends our files out for digitization and the only adjustments we are able to make are via the settings on our Tajima machine. Are there settings (machine side) that can help with push/pull compensation?
I’m not aware of any machine settings that will adjust push/pull. I know when we ran production on our multi-head Tajima’s I’d often slow machine speed on very small lettering so there would be less bobbin tension. Traditionally the faster a machine runs, the more bobbin tension is created. If your digitizer uses Wilcom and they can supply a EMB format (instead of dst) your shop could invest in Hatch Composer, you’d be able to adjust settings within the EMB file and use the automated Fabric Assist. It would be a very wise $599 investment that would greatly benefit your business. www.digitizingmadeeasy.com/product/hatch-embroidery-composer-software/
@@EmbroideryLegacy Much appreciated! Just received your "Digitizing Made Easy" book (Amazon purchase) and will be looking into Hatch or similar to do minor edits with help and ideas from your publication. Hopefully I will find some time to possibly even enroll in one of your courses :) Great videos btw, learning a lot!
