The logical outcome of Christian Nationalis assuming control is the inevitable conflict of establishing which brand of Christianity will be dominant or accepted as the orthodoxy to which one must subscribe in order to be acceptable. In rhe past, persecution and wars were born of such disagreements. The future may also be plagued by such afflictions, too. Christ spoke truth to religious and political power. He did not crave such power. In fact, in his temptation in the wilderness, he rejected earthly power and authority. In brief, Christian Nationalism is not Christian because it craves power and privilege for a select group. As a Christian, I reject it, and the screed of those who promote it.
