I know you've mentioned over and over that you are trying to stick to hi sec, but if you start going insane doing this trading, lowsec and wormhole ratting exist :) You can pop into wormholes, wake up the rats at gas and asteroid sites, and clean them up fairly easily with your destroyer most likely? Gas sites in C1 C2 holes are just frigates I think, but the blue loot is an easy 2 million + at each gas site. Just stay away from any site listed as "Ordinary" !
That's cool It's fun to see there are other ways to make money other than killing things. I would not have minded watching you run more loads but that's cool thanks for showing that. I think given the region the combat missions might be as dangerous. If you were flying around Jita, the likelihood of getting shot by a player seems higher.
You can keep buying until the price changes, but then you have to hope that the sell price doesn't change after the first sale, leaving you with lots of excess stuff to get rid of!
Sorry to break your heart but that 14k alpha dmg shot, you will survive the first shot yes but if the reload time is 12-13 seconds and the response time is 15-20 seconds and the concord response timer only starts after they preform an aggressive action against you they will have enough time to reload and fire another shot before dying.
That's only if they have you pointed; you should be out of there before they get that 2nd shot off.🤔 But yes there is never any 100% guarantee of safety, all you can do is give yourself a chance(!)😎
@@CadePlaysGames If they have you pointed you can pretty much guarantee they're running double webs and and double scrams since they're not planning on living much longer than 10 seconds anyways so you're likely not going anywhere so you'd need enough ehp to withstand 2 salvo's. You could just go full shield extenders and use the rig slots for resistance along with 1 dmg control unit if you really don't want to sacrifice cargo space by using blocks, I know you mentioned using a DCU along with the stabs but that's pointless since 1 cycle of your MWD will cut your warp time to the time it takes for the MWD to finish it's cycle. Give it a go yourself, jump gate select target select warp and cycle mwd one time, doing this means you can use the low slots for other things Also take a look at buying and selling coal, you can buy it for around 305 in Jita from players or 335 from npc's and sell for 385 at npc stations.
I guess you can play this way, but it's incredibly slow way to make money. There is better ways to do trading or do industry or just simply go do missions or combat sites. I personally believe doing faction warfare sites is best way to get some starting money fast, all you need to do is orbit beacon and occasionally shoot one npc.
Under the self imposed rules of the challenge I can't do anything other then level 1 missions. And it's supposed to be Alpha which rules out any decent industry. And high-sec so that rules out all of FW. It's just nice that this older content is still around, even though barely anybody does it.
I finally grind all episodes. You are more lucky with escalation from combat sites then me. Can’t wait for next episodes 😊

The good thing about the NPC trading is that it's in almost every region so you can avoid the big trade hubs.
Remember you can often buy twice and also sell twice. Also to buy/sell the max amount on a station, keep "1" pressed and it will fill to max amount.

that's how I bought 4000 BPO on a station by mistake :D
