  • Hey, I'm Bubble Tea Kristin! In today's video I will share with you everything you need to know about understanding what Foam Cream Mousse is, how to best use it in your boba drinks, and how to make it using 4 different recipes in a large batch for you shop!
    ❤️~This Video is NOT Sponsored~❤️
🧋 Here is the Link to the Equipment Machinery I used to made this mousse. I checked with the company in advance and they said for my viewers ONLY, they'd be willing to ship it around the world. You'll just need to contact them directly to arrange this, reference my video, and use the code REFKRISTIN.

Below I will be totally transparent with you and list my own personal opinion of both Pros & Cons regarding using a Powder Base for Foam Cream Mousse, and also for using a machine like I did in my video. 😇
Regarding the Foam Mousse Bubble Tea Powder:
    PROS:
    - If you have entry level staff and you want to make sure the product procedure is fail safe; there are only a few easy ingredients with easy clean up.
    - During a busy rush, you can quickly make more using pre-measured lidded cups - just throw everything in and blend it up.
    - For the final volume of the product, it uses less fresh ingredients so potentially less waste.
    - Easy, Quick and Delicious thick cream foam topping every time, and available in a variety of flavors!
    CONS:
    - You’re reliant on the supply chain- with today’s constant shipping container crises, what happens if you’re unable to buy it? Your customers may be disappointed if you run out!
    - Create your own price sheet comparison of the final volume of the product. Each country will vary on fresh vs. powder, so do your own research for which is better value while taking into consideration the final product results too!
Regarding the Blender for the Foam:
    PROS:
    - Making the foam in the machine’s jug allows for you to keep it in the fridge and dispense it from the jug itself, rather than needing to transfer it. This means potentially less clean up too.
    - Doesn’t require additional items that you’ll need to get out each time, such as bowls, electric whisk, scraper, etc… it’s stationed in one place instead.
    - And last but not least, the base of this machine has different attachments on the inside for different uses. AND it has a different jug for this system specifically for blending too. So it’s a multi-use item which can save space and money!
    CONS:
    - Higher investment price point - I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re at an entry level position with your finances for opening a shop. Focus on more important equipment first like an ice machine and a fridge!
    - If you want to offer more than one flavor of foam, You can have one dedicated blender jug for each flavor and keep them in the fridge… But then you’ll need to purchase more than one jug, as only one is included. That will cost more upfront. So you'll end up needing more items which voids the idea of less clean up. 😅
    - In my opinion it’s more of an “upgrade item”. (It’s not really needed) Purchase it later on when you’re in profit mode and want to make life easier for the efficiency of the shop!
Well, I hope you found value in today's video and all ofd the information I gave above. I really went above and beyond with this video, including getting ahold of an actual mousse machine, to make sure you know almost as much stuff regarding mousse as I do to make an educated decision for your business.

      Hi Andrea ☺️
Thank you for the kind comment. 💖
Curious if you're after just the foam topping... Or do you mean just how to brulee the top...?
Or the dessert that goes in the bottom or the Walling...? 😅😅😅😅
      There's so many options.
If the foam topping, it's just a powder and made the same... also for the walling.
The dessert topping is just made as a pudding like egg custard pudding but different flavor. There should be directions on the bag.
And if you're meaning the brulee'd top... That's simply any foam topping, use a flat metal ring (you can find online). Put a bunch of brown sugar evenly on top, and using a flame torch carefully brulee the top.
I can do a video for this eventually... Yes... But in the meantime I hope this helps 🙏🏼☺️💖

Great video! Can we use most bubble tea powders or it has to be a mousse powder? Thanks!

    • @BubbleTeaKristin
      @BubbleTeaKristin  2 года назад +1

Great Question! It has to be mousse foam power 👍🏻 To be fair though, there is probably a really easy way to do it using bubble tea base flavor powders, and then just adding a certain ingredient, which I call 'Polish Powder' that is seen in my pink Himalayan salted cream mousse video. (It's a very popular video if you search by watches via my channel)

Can you make the foam ahead of time for various drinks?

Hi! is the foam powder there in the States or UK similar in effect to instant just-add-water whipped creams in the market nowadays like the Frosty Boy brand? i love to simply add one or 2 scoops of cheese cake flavor powder on it to make it budget "gourmet" cream cheese walling or mousse, well the customer wont know it

      Hello 👋🏼
Yes, this powder is available worldwide... But it goes by different names. Foam, Mousse, Crema, Cap, etc.
Walling powder is a different product, but you could easily use the ticker recipe I give instead, although the price point would be more expensive than simply using walling powder...
Either way, honestly, you can do whatever you want with whatever products you have... as long as it tastes good and legally it's a consumable item. 😂

Hey kristen can i make the pink himalayan mouse on this machine? If yes how should i do the steps with the machine?

Yep! Same process. Liquids first for a quick blend. Then chunkier thicker as you go .. then 'Polish Powder' last ☺️

Hello, what to use instead of mousse foam powder? Bc in the country I’m in there isn’t 🤷🏻‍♀️

    • @BubbleTeaKristin
      @BubbleTeaKristin  Год назад

Whipping Cream maybe? Put some tiramisu flavored powder in it, and other things to make it tasty and a harder foam consistency... Think what bakers do for cakes and such. It's the same concept.

Not yet! Hopefully one day in the future. In the meantime, I'd recommend starting with my playlist: ruclips.net/p/PLK7g_t77IW0KE9rS06xTcHRWRh4EgBKVT
I explain shops recipes in this one, and interviews with other bubble tea shop owners. Hope this helps. 😇❤️
They're all free in depth videos... and probably way better than any online class I could make at this time. 😎
