Triceps are probably the part of the body I'm struggling most with making gains. I think one of the problems is I just don't know enough good exercises to focus on them, so I really appreciate you telling me about this. Thanks for showing how to do it properly, I'm gonna try these when I go to the gym later.
Close grip pushup is very effective for making triceps and big arms. It really increases our triceps. My husband always try close grip pushup. But your way is little hard I think. Thanks, for sharing new technique with us.

I use a Basketball to do them :) haha Its part of my morning routine. I always start my day off with 20 push ups, 100 jumping jacks and then do 3 sets of those before I leave my house

You make it look so easy but I know how hard it is and the amount of effort it takes with ball pushups.

Not a big fan of push ups but seems like a fun and interactive approach to them.
I've tried closer grip pushups but they're sooooo hard. I'll give them another shot with your tips.
I tried these exercises...and now my arms are sore as hell...what is the cure for this doctor?
So I'm really not in great shape I think I can do about 20 before my arms want to quit, how can I bring my.count up ?

It's called destabilization. Better done w/ push-up spikes or at least a smaller firmer ball.
