My grandfather was a 32nd degree mason. He lived in the Dallas TX area. He was a long-time employee of John E. Mitchell Company in Dallas. He's responsible for creating the prototype of the popular iced drink machine, called a "slushie" machine, as part of his work with John E. Mitchell Company. I always admired him for his exceptional character and kindness. Through his association with freemasonry he introduced my grandmother to the masons and she became a member of the Eastern Star.

My experience with freemason's is through my grandparents .My grandfather & grandmother were both Navy veterans. My grandfather was a Shriner, we'd go to the circus every year and he'd drive a mini car with other men wearing the funny hats at the circus. We'd go to the lodge on weekends and eat, us kids would sing karaoke, Etc. My grandparents would take us to church every Sunday, but I'm not sure if they were religious they never talked about their beliefs. My grandparents would take us to Disney magic Kingdom every year, they loved us very much. So from a perspective of growing up around this, i still find it problematic to be involved in a secret society "brotherhood". If my grandfather was still alive i would have many questions for him.

A freestone is a type of stone used in masonry for molding, tracery and other replication work required to be worked with the chisel. Freestone, so named because it can be freely cut in any direction, must be fine-grained, uniform and soft enough to be cut easily without shattering or splitting.
@Rick D. While it is a THEORY of the origins of our name, it is in no way certain. Yes, Freestone does exist.. a soft workable stone... but as for it being the source of our name... possible but by no means proven.
FYI - What you have shared is the usual information provided by members who have not dug deep into this terms history and who copy and paste available information that accepted but is still wrong. Through the internet, what you provided is found and freely available to members and non-members alike and has been unfortunately accepted as legitimate. Further research into the origins of this explanation reveals it is an offered conjecture and not based upon facts. Digging even deeper one finds that the term had nothing to do with stones that were soft enough to be easily carved since freestones could be made of granite, which is neither soft nor easily carved. In actuality, the term "Freestone" come from the French "Pierre Franche" which means "superior-excellent stone." Freestone is any stone that meets the requirements of a builder and which contained no flaws preventing it from being used for the builder's use. SOURCE 1: Reverend Walter William Skeat. @Michael Strowbridge Many men take their Freemasonry very seriously. They see it as the embodiment of brotherhood, civility, trust and fraternity. A great thing indeed.
Here is an idea about Symbolism and Masonry....early masons could not read. Symbols imparted knowledge when coupled with the appropriate oration regarding their specific meaning/use. If you can't read but can recognize images and can hear the stories associated with those images then it is a form of learning.
@Nihil All you need to do is to google the nearest Masonic Lodge to your location, and apply via their website. Most jurisdictions have a minimum age of 21, some lower.
@Steven Lovell That's not so Steven. We can discuss anything with anyone OTHER THAN the traditional modes of recognition. People often say that because we do things "behind closed doors" there must be something sinister going on. Do they say that about board meetings that companies have? Do they say that when the faithful go to confession? Of course not. When at a meeting, we often hear requests for charity, often from people who really are clutching at straws... having tried everywhere else. This sort of request would be embarrassing if it were widely known...so only the Brethren get to hear about it and then do something about it. That's one reason for meeting in private. I, strongly, suggest anyone who wishes to learn the history to read "BORN IN BLOOD" by John Robinson. Robinson was a scholar and writer historian. He, accidentally discovered the history while researching something different and wrote a book about it. Short story... it began, Friday 13th, 1314, 1307 when all French Templars were arrested. On March 19, 1314, the Grand Master was roasted, alive, and the "Skull and Bones" came into being. Read the book. It will take you up to the point where the Templars vanished and some history behind the Masons who evolved from that period.
Thnx for the tip... I have found it online, I am looking for certain information about the freemasons guilds the builders of antiquity, you know the buildings cathedrals and so on.. around half of the 1800 century the Satanic freemasons infiltrated or took over the spiritual freemasons who knew how to build these wonderful buildings from the past. And this knowledge is lost and they destroyed all these buildings around the world, and created the world and system we are living in now. Before that it was much more spiritual oriented.
@@SabyMp While the structures may seem impressive to those who have not studied architecture they are less complicated than they seem... several fell down before they figured it out. It was the Flying Buttress that made many of them possible. It was Islamic architects who figured out how to build a dome... the secret was rather simple. There MUST be windows or they MUST be on arches... otherwise they are GUARANTEED to collapse... and many did. Now you will notice windows in all domed structures or the dome will be atop columns. The interesting way to know if a mason built a church is that there are numbers on the beams to tell the builders where to place them. If they were non masonic then the numbers will be Roman Numerals. If they are 1, 2, 3, 4 etc. they are Masonic. The Indian number system didn't arrive in Europe until AFTER the fall of the Templars who used those numbers in their secret money codes.... they were the banks at the time. My believe these buildings were older then they say.. and claimed it as if they were from roman or greek periods. I think there was a whole other mentality and civilization that was taken over by the satanic part of reality.. it all changed suddenly by 1850. And I think they reintroduced all technological inventions as if it was new tech.. but in 1800 they had already electric cars they hiding something from that period in time..
@@SabyMp Electricity, as we know it, is modern. Ancient cultures would have had some electric tricks, particularly the priests. Myself, I think the Ark of the Covenant was a very large scale capacitor able to kill...and did, apparently. The person who cleaned the Holy of Holies was said to have had a rope tied to his ankle in case he was struck dead by the Ark and... it is very, very easy from a physics point of view... like me, to show how to build it. But lamps would be... light bulbs, would be too difficult to solve the problem and, even today, we require some pretty fancy hardware to make them. Solid state light is all brand new and, very shortly, robots will build the lights because it requires precision engineering and no mistakes which robots could do at hundreds of lights per second. So, Egypt and other priests likely had some tricks they learned from lightning but no practical electricity for the masses. @Bob Morse Absolutly not. At NO TIME is ANY MASON asked to change his original religious beliefs. Don't believe the conspiracy theorists. If you want a bathroom plumbed in, you'd ask a plumber. My great grandfather was a master mason, he was on the nsw board of water. His job was maintaining healthy levels of fluoride in the our drinking water. Great man from what I've been told*
My maternal family name is Masson, which is a spelling variant for mason. The first recorded name of Mason (Maison, Masson, etc.) in England is from 1100 AD. Mason is a derivative of the French word meaning stone worker. They immigrated to England after the 1066 Norman conquering of the Anglo-Saxons. I have no idea if any of my distant ancestors were Freemasons but my Mother was part of the local Eastern Star and my Dad was a Freemason in the local chapter. Back in the '60s it was just a small town social/service club and then disappeared when the Lions and Lioness groups became established in the '70s. I remember a Christmas party at the lodge when I was a little kid and we kids were able to wander around the building. We found that they had a literal human skeleton in a closet at the lodge. What a hoot! Dad never mentioned what they did with that in their ceremonies.
There should be a human skull in every Lodge. What's completely false, but a half-truth however is when you mix up Maison and Mason, A Mason in french is a Stone Cutter but Maison in french is a house. One example of a misconception of the two name's in popular culture is with the owner of No Jumper, everyone believes him to be a Freemason due to his father having ties to Bill Clinton and his name is Adam Grandmaison. He laughs it off and tells people it's french but never it's not Freemasonic name, which it isn't. Grandmaison has NOTHING to do with Freemasonry, The English transliteration of Grandmaison is Big House. Looking back at the following years it became obvious to me that he was living under a curse for the rest of his life. His funeral will be on the 1st December, after committing suicide on the 7th November. I have studied through very thorough teaching by Derek Prince, and I recognised the obvious effects and oppression of the curses he was living under. Masons swear allegiance to Yabulon, which I believe is supposed to be an agreed combination of Yahweh, Mohamed and Buddha. They are playing with evil and mask it all over as being a good force. Anything that rules and manipulates, under the threat of a curse is evil, and this originates from Satan. I advise anyone considering joining in with this band of ‘brothers’ is playing a very dangerous game.

@bobnoxious666 No Freemason would EVER claim that atheists cannot be of good character. It's just that entry to Freemasonry, who's PRIMARY aim is to make good men better requires a belief in a supreme being responsible for the creation of the universe. We require this belief, not for any particular religious reason...it's so that when it comes to taking an obligation not to reveal the "secrets", it is done in the presence of the highest authority there possibly can be in a human beings life.... his creator. Anyone can say "yes, I promise xyz"....but to say the obligation, in the presence of the most high being there is... makes that promise more solemn and sincere. It's for the same reason that people like doctors, surgeons, armed forces personnel, police officers and clergy.... not to mention the President of the USA... take oaths on a bible or other more pertinent religious text. Any further questions, please feel free to ask.
@@TheRealist2022 in all due respect, that's a load of rubbish. I could claim that I'm spiritual or some other claptrap and swear by almighty on any holy book you choose but to me it wouldn't mean a thing. When I do jury service I do not swear on a bible, I affirm that I will uphold the laws around the trial and that's good enough in uk law. Of I affirm to something then I have given my word that I will uphold the principles of whatever I'm swearing to which is much more important to me. To reiterate, that's MY word, MY responsibility, I'm not passing the buck or copping out to any so called deity that may or may not exist. I take responsibility for my own actions, I don't need anybody or anything to take any further responsibility for my actions. Plus in the lecture it is mentioned that a Mason who swore such an oath accepted money to write a book to discredit masonry so that was a big 2 fingers at his oath and shows the actual value of oath taking.
@@bobnoxious666 Exactly. If you did swear on a holy book to uphold the secrets of Freemasonry and were lying, that dishonour would reflect on you and you alone. If you did that, you would not be a Mason. A Mason can only claim to be so, if he knows in his heart he is acting truthfully. Your original point, seems to say that WE do not regard atheists as honourable people. That is not so. We take as we find. For example, my own son is an atheist as is my daughter. There is nothing more I'd love, but to bring my son in to Freemasonry... but I cannot and will not. However, he is a very honourable man. He has been well brought up and treats the world in an honourable fashion.

@ William Derby it takes very little effort to find the truth about Freemasonry you cannot be a Christian to be a Freemason it's impossible Freemasonry is luciferianism
I have read a lot on history of Freemasonry. The material presented here is rather shallow and with lots of omissions. The picture of Solomon Temple is the wrong one. The temple was never on the large rectangular walled area since this was Fort Antonia, the Roman fort for the Roman army. The third degree was added in the 18th century based on obscure legend.
@Tim Thomson "They worship the devil point blank period" Lol. Yes, I'm sure you have that info directly from the most eminent authorities on RUclips and talk radio. Dude: I'm a Mason. There's no devil worship. There's no worship of any kind. The most general terms are usually used for God (ie The Great Architect) because it's open to people of all (or no) religions. The only deity ever invoked by name is Yahweh/Jehovah/Adonai from the Old Testament, because the entire legendarium of Masonry is based on Chronicles and Kings. Plus, in the three Chivalric Orders (usually referred to collectively as the Templars) you have to profess trinitarian Christianity to join (ie you can't even be Unitarian), and Jesus is invoked by name. What's weird to me is that I bet this news would actually disappoint you, meaning that you actually desire the more evil thing to be true, because you've willingly believed the false witness of other people and because let's face it, you wanted to believe it. So: who's really being Satanic here?
@David Ortiz "How can a man make himself better, unless is guided by another being???" Presumably by joining whatever cult you belong to? While you're wallowing in all your dark fantasies yet somehow presuming to be morally superior to the rest of us, we'll just continue to try improving ourselves the old-fashioned way, ie rigorous self-honesty and self-reflection over our words, deeds, and attitudes, plus a sincere and sustained effort to treat everyone with kindness and respect as well as to help those in need. It's really not that hard you know, though it takes commitment and a realization that perfection is an ideal nobody can fully reach. It also helps not to live in a delusional bubble of the type of dark, violent spiritual pornography you evidently enjoy so much.
@Tim Thomson Trying to hide? The secrets of Masonry have been known since the 18th century with the publication of the first of many exposés. The more accurate term would be "private" rather than "secret." If privacy automatically means something bad, then please share your bank account and healthcare info publicly. Be honest with yourself and admit what is obvious, ie that you believe in these conspiracy theories because you want to believe in them. You're projecting your disturbing fantasies onto Masonry and you're actively wishing that the more evil scenario were true. What does that say about you?
I was in the process of joining an ancient free and accepted Masons but I then discovered there was a dark agenda. The charitable work was just a disguise for the real agenda of the brotherhood. Just some devil worshipping and black magic
A lot of people don’t know that most of our presidents in the USA were Freemasons. And he probably already shared some of these facts, I’m not sure because I haven’t watched the whole thing but. I would like to share with you some things most of you probably don’t know, I’m not sure if I’ll get in trouble for this, but this was close family. My mom’s stepdad was a Freemason, he never talked about it... except once, when my mom asked about the ring he had. It was a 18k gold square onyx ring with a symbol and a G inside of it (just like the one in thumbnail), she asked what it was for, he told her one thing... “If I get pulled over by a cop, I can get out of a ticket by showing him this ring and doing a special handshake.” She thought it wasn’t fair to everyone else. She found out more about Freemasons from her best friend, who’s father was one (or one training to be), he had a special old book that talked about how to be a Freemason, their ranks, their beliefs. They most likely have 3 ranks (you’ll notice how much the number 3 comes up.) With each rank they reveal more secrets. They say they aren’t a religion, when in reality, they are... in a way. But who they worship isn’t what you’d expect... they worship John the Baptist. They think the savior was John the Baptist. The reason why? They think if John had the power and purity to baptize, he was of Godly decent, that he was able to cleanse someone of their wrong doings, or being born new again. But like what Jews believe, they think Jesus was a good man, a prophet of God, but not the true savior. Their main beliefs have to do with: Faith, Hope, and Charity. Because those are the qualities of their savior, and among other things as well, like: The Sun, The Moon, The Stars. They speak in these symbols, because it’s very sacred to them, it’s been passed down through generations, many, many generations in fact. And yet their symbols have not changed, even since the time of Jesus. We’re talking about thousands of years here, that’s really something else. In retrospect, this is just scratching the surface, but it’s just what I know so, some of this could be wrong.
@Vonnie ಠ_ಠ Good evening, Vonnie from across the pond! I am sure that you have written the post from your perspective and do not have any malice for us, but you are pretty much wrong in everything you have said. The instance of your step-Granddad showing his Masonic ring to a cop. This is STRICTLY against the rules of Freemasonry. If this sort of behaviour is made known to the Lodge, that Brother would be sanctioned and perhaps even expelled from Freemasonry. A Freemason should at all times, behave in accordance with the law. If he inadvertently breaks the law and Is caught speeding, he should take the consequences. I know if I was the cop, I'd have given DOUBLE the penalty for even trying that. We are most definitely NOT a religion of any kind. No worship of anyone or anything happens at our meetings. Freemasonry has no deity, no clergy, no sacraments, no promise of salvation... so how can it be? In fact, we are so much NOT a religion, that no religious or political discussion is allowed at our meetings and this is because all wars, conflicts etc are because of those two subjects. We are about unity and harmony, not division and discord. the John the Baptist thing is a rumour. This is because the worlds premier Grand Lodge, the Grand Lodge of England was consecrated on June 24th 1717 in London, England. There was no specific reason for this, it just happened to coincide with JTB's day. If it had happened on April 23rd, those guys would be saying we worship St. George! We have no opinions on John, Jesus or any other Christian character. Why? Because our members are from all the worlds major religions. Do you REALLY think we'd ask Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs, etc to follow Christian doctrine? Of course we wouldn't. As I said, we are not a religious organisation, so a mans own religion doesn't come in to it. Freemasonry almost certainly was not around at the time of Jesus Christ. He walked the Earth around 2000 years ago... Freemasonry is estimated to be only about 1000 years old. So, sorry Vonnie... most of what you said, simply is not true. If you are interested, ask me anything you like. I am an English Mason who has also joined the Scottish Rite, attaining the 33rd Degree several years ago. Almost nothing is "secret" and I am happy to answer any and all questions you may have.
1:09:19 I actually happened across that Leo’s book, and there was this one whole chapter about an Enter Apprentice Mason’s oath. And it was nothing like I was coached and recited. I’d say more than 80% of it was incorrect. Along with certain terms such as “almighty”, “worthlessness” and “punishment” will NEVER be used in our context. Worse, I found out that Leo was extremely “creative” on inventing convoluted means of death, and was overwhelmingly emphasizing on his conjugated terms of “punishment”. It is unfair and unhealthy that his context was so partially released in a very biased nature. So that it was still used as a reference of Masonic oath in the Wikipedia. And a lot worse than that: I have found out many cults used theirs revised version of Leo’s work as their oath, in a very sinister manner. As a Freemason myself, i solemnly promise that, we don’t really control the world, or secretly form any deep states; because if the world is truly controlled by us Freemasons, then what a better world it already is!
@Jeremy Gong In my Mother Lodge, the oath of the EA does contain this... "These several points I solemnly swear to observe, without evasion, equivocation, or mental reservation of any kind, in the certain knowledge that the violation of any of them will brand me as a wilfully perjured individual, VOID OF ALL MORAL WORTH, and totally unfit to be received into this worshipful Lodge or any other warranted Lodge, or society of men who prize honour and virtue above the external advantages of rank and fortune. So help me God, and keep me steadfast in this, the Great and Solemn Obligation of an E.A.F." So "moral worth" Is in some obligations.

@@jeremygong4190 Hi Jeremy, of course you may email me, but it's probably better that we discuss things here, as it displays the real openness that we keep trying to tell people exists in Freemasonry. Please understand I will not discuss the specifics of the secrets of Freemasonry here OR in email as that might betray my obligation. Are you blue Lodge only or have you gone SR/YR?
@@TheRealist2022 Hi Worshipful Brother, thanks for the reply! Well, I am a new E.A. so yah, I'm now in the Blue Lodge, but I think after my 3rd degree, I will definitely seek to join the Scottish Rite in the future. Since you suggested more openness on discussions, I think it's okay to then ask questions I had about your previous comments. And of course, I will never betray my sworn obligation either. So basically, it is shocking that your obligation was far different from mine, and I thought it was worldly wide the same for every E.A. obligation. Where, by the looks of it, it must be the very last paragraph. However, from what I was coached, mine begin with "To al ths I d m sl @ s, pr @ s, ..." which is a little different from yours, and also, we have relatively the same mentioning about "without... ... or mental reservation of any kind" but in completely different order. Also, the reason why I said we will never ever use the term "punishment" since it was clearly addressed in my obligation as a metaphor, which it is "un n ls a pn thn tt % ...", and also, the consequence in terms of voiding of "all moral worth": actually your version sounds so gentalmanish than mine, because in my obligation there were "hv my th ct f e t e, m t tn ot by its rts, @ br i +| rf ss % +| c"... And as I said, I could recognize it as last paragraph of the obligation since I noticed the very last sentence, but again mine was still a little different from yours, and its interesting that in my version I call myself an "Entered Apprentice Mason" instead of "Entered Apprentice Freemason", and actually the whole term Ancient Free and Accepted Mason (A F&A M) were only used in very very solemn and serious occasions, such as a Grand Lodge's anniversary or so... Hence, I really wonder is that a major difference from British masonic culture to American masonic culture, and how big of a difference is it. And if the E.A. obligations were written that differently, then how about the rituals, the grips, or the signs? I am just real confused since most of my worshipful brothers told me that (i.e., after my 1st degree) we sworn exactly the same obligation and practiced exactly the same ritual from every corner of the world, that's why we are so united. P.S. Sorry for calling that an "oath" from my old comments, I went to a brother's 2nd degree 2 days ago and I practiced my 1st degree proficiency with a worshipful brother there, and he just constantly corrected me that "It's not an oath, It's an obligation!" So yeah, sorry for being noobish... lol And actually the reason for me to try to reach out to you in email is that I sworn my obligation not to leak any secrets of the Freemasonry, so I previously wanted to send you an email asking those questions in private. Also I think the actual words from my E.A. Masonic Obligation is also included as arts, parts or points, so I wouldn't dare to leak a single legible or intelligible word upon anything moveable or immoveable. With due respect, since you were a Worshipful Master and a PM, it is really not my place to judge or suggest anything, but at least I did practice my obligation from my end.
@@jeremygong4190 Hi Bro Jeremy. Thanks very much for your post. It's good to see a Brother seeking knowledge. I think you are worrying needlessly. In my travels (I have visited Lodges in 22 countries around the world!) I have seen many variations in the ritual and of course that includes the oath/obligation. It really isn't that important how things are phrased as long as the core of the ritual guards the sign, grip and word of the Degree being worked. I remember many years ago, visiting a Lodge in England when I was a Master Mason. A shipmate of mine was being Initiated in to a Lodge near to me but the ritual was quite different to my Mother Lodge's. I was thinking " hang on.. they're doing that all wrong"... and then I was told by a vastly more experienced Mason than me, that ritual can vary a lot....as long as the principles and tenets are maintained along with the "secrets", it's all good. The ABSOLUTE main things in Freemasonry are that Brethren maintain their oath/obligation......which maintains their integrity as men... and that they never ever forget that learning never ever ends.....we are human.. we are fallible... we will never ever be perfect. It's striving to BE perfect that is the main thing. You strike me as a good man who takes his Freemasonry seriously.
So, he was a good & faithful Christian & family man. So, why would you question him? Because, someone on the internet said something bad about Masons?
@@timl8302 I would just have questions out of curiosity, not because I think he was a bad man.🤷🏻♀️ I find the topic of secret societies interesting. Not sure he would tell me much anyway if he were still alive.

Tesla didn't realize that he invented radio and that yes he could send energy through the air... and we do. We call it radio, TV, wi-fi and we had induction stove tops... no burner but the water boils. We've come a long way in grasping wut's wut but you seem to have little knowledge of actual history. I do. I learned a lot by writing a book... took me six years of reading and writing.
A lot of things people think are old are not old. The Aztecs are Mayan temples are NOT old. They were just getting off the ground in the times of Jesus... not that long ago. Most Indian temples are modern and were built when castles and forts were being built in Europe... the late stone age types of buildings. If you want old, go to Syria and Iraq. Dat's old. Very much unfortunately I am failing to finish this lecture due to poor network,
I’ve always admired Freemasons
Try watching Dr Selwyn Stevens his dad was a mason and he knows all about them
My maternal family name is Masson, which is a spelling variant for mason.
That last part... what the actual fuck??
Grand = Big
Maison = House

How may I aquire this lecture please?
My dear son was encouraged into the masons by his father-in-law. After about 4 years he decided to leave, as he became disenchanted with it.
Exactly
A crazy Christian pastor said the same thing 20 years ago.
You probably think "Jews run the Media" or other boneheaded conspiracies.
Don’t let anyone tell you there understandings of life is better than yours. If you believe in people that you meet from a different religion then that shows humanity. Please remember your only a human 🤷🏼
I am sorry for your loss. One of the things that happens in such cases, is to assign a reason to why the person took their own life. You probably did not approve of Freemasonry, through prejudice, even though you know nothing about it. So, you blame Freemasonry for it. In such cases, there is usually a back story. Caught by the cops for something illegal?...drug problems?... relationship problems?....mental illness?
It's entirely possible he did not "leave"... but was thrown out for acquiring a criminal record.
There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING within Freemasonry that would cause a man to take his own life.
Time to face reality, I think.

So as an atheist with no spiritual beliefs I cannot be a man of good conduct in the eyes of thr freemason and so would be denied entry should I apply to join?
Are you a mason out of interest?
@Tim Thomson There is no "secret covenant," doofus. Whatever that's supposed to mean. Do you also believe in leprechauns?
@Tim Thomson Trying to hide? The secrets of Masonry have been known since the 18th century with the publication of the first of many exposés. The more accurate term would be "private" rather than "secret." If privacy automatically means something bad, then please share your bank account and healthcare info publicly. Be honest with yourself and admit what is obvious, ie that you believe in these conspiracy theories because you want to believe in them. You're projecting your disturbing fantasies onto Masonry and you're actively wishing that the more evil scenario were true. What does that say about you?
And talk about when you threw away the 7 laws of Noah that King Solomon taught you. But held on to the 7 law of setting up courts of justice.

Their main beliefs have to do with:
Faith, Hope, and Charity.

So help me God, and keep me steadfast in this, the Great and Solemn Obligation of an E.A.F."
So "moral worth" Is in some obligations.

P.S. Sorry for calling that an "oath" from my old comments, I went to a brother's 2nd degree 2 days ago and I practiced my 1st degree proficiency with a worshipful brother there, and he just constantly corrected me that "It's not an oath, It's an obligation!" So yeah, sorry for being noobish... lol
And actually the reason for me to try to reach out to you in email is that I sworn my obligation not to leak any secrets of the Freemasonry, so I previously wanted to send you an email asking those questions in private.

Dull lights dont reveal truth, the only way to expose something is by the brightest light, in which u can see something in its entirety. When u light a dull light, you have to separate what you see, from the games the dark plays.
And We All know who IS
THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD
AMEN.
Nupuqi Om-Re Khonectics chamber degrees will guide you
The brightest light would blind you instantly... therefore you would see nothing. The light can actually hide more than it shows, take as example the day and the night; in daylight, we see only close objects; but at night, in the dark we can see stars millions of miles away that we cannot see in daylight. Moderation is the key, and understanding. Do you not agree??

Very good in-depth lecture. One could speaks for a hundred lifetimes on the topic, so for those of you who are upset you didn't find out some "secret", you will only find out more when you become a member. There is no devil worship, or new world order. If you want the truth, join a lodge. Slandering such an organization is both unbecoming and ignorant. Knowledge is power. Be blessed.
The right to ignorance is sacred and has the Marx brothers use to say" I would never take part in a group that wants me as their member"
@Daren Fliflet you step in on faith. Whether you accept it or not, you know NOTHING unless you experience it. So you speak from a place of ignorance. If you have nothing to back up your claims beyond youtube videos and conspiracy theories, you will never be taken seriously. I wish you the best.
@Daren Fliflet you have half of the story. Unless you have actually been through a masonic degree, you can't simply interpret the ritual through just the book. Books are all over the internet with the ritual. You can't possibly think that everything is in those books. You will always be in the dark on the subject unless you have experienced it. You have no context to relate to the books words with out the experience. I hope that makes sense to you.
@Daren Fliflet lmao!!!! You are hilarious... If you want nothing to do with it, why watch the videos and have this conversation? I wish you the best bud. 🤣

I will be including this video in my series on Freemasonry debunked. There are some good videos on the topic and this is one of them. So, it will be refreshing to do this after so much hate on RUclips about our fraternity.
Are you aware of Joseph Smith, Mormon prophet. He was a Mason (I don't know the whole story), but what I know is that he took many things that Masons do, and he built a temple and stole all that they do inside their organization and put it in his temple, and called them sacred not secret, which it is. Now there are more than 100 temples around the world. But when they heard comments of many of their signs they removed them from their initiation, which includevenants, only the ones that looked kind of gross
Most of the cults have their origins in Freemasonry ....Mormonism, watchtower cult (JWs) scientology and of course The Klu Klux Klan.
I think it's the same with Jehova’s Witnesses. C.T. Russell also took a lot of symbolism (Kingdom Hall, two pillars, Cross and Crown) from Freemasons!

The origins were not in the 18th century but rather some time between 1800 and 1650 BCE when the Habiru were allowed to start the Hyksos dynasty in the north of Egypt.
This video doesn't even scratch the surface
@WW Nobody knows the origins for sure. The most popular theory is that we emerged from the stonemasons guilds of the middle ages. But there is some research to suggest that we actually emerged around the 11th century in Scotland.
Goes back to the Crusades with The Knights Templar and the traditions go back to King Solomon whose Master Mason was Hiram.

So, it was members of the Royal Society who first introduced esoteric occultism to the guild through the practice and study of alchemy.
But really, the Tower of Babel being the origin of "speculative" freemasonry speaks volumes. See the first page of C.S. Lewis' That Hideous Strength. Then read the whole book.

Thanks. Great History. I plan on petitioning when i get back to Florida in January.
It was a basic presentation to show that FM exists today to aid society and the individual man . However historically he lapsed in that it was obvious , being an American, that he was not familiar with European history and the Jacobites...which would go a long way to explain the development of FM in France, the Revolution and then its subsequent influence on French Rite. ALSO he skipped the European monarchial influence on the Craft. So yes this was a good lecture for an American audience!
Try watching Dr Selwyn Stevens his dad was a mason and he knows all about them
