He should be released without a new trial. Prosecution put him in prison in solitary, before conviction without his lawyers present. And on top of that prosecution lied about the timeline, the judge did not allow the geofencing which clearly pointed to logan and others, but NOT Richard Allen, sketches were not allowed, no evidence RA did the crime.

Yes with a new judge, I live about 30 minutes from Delphi the law enforcement in Delphi are very very corrupt, I am convinced they set Richard Allen up and I'm convinced the judge is part of the corruption.
So, they wasted ALL that money, time, emotions, and effort to put the wrong character behind bars -- I simply don't get it. AND I never thought Richard Allen even had a hand in any of it. Shaking my head here. Very sad indeed.

I don't normally watch mainstream media, but bcuz this show is talking Delphi and RA I had to tune in. I do appreciate Vinny speaking so much on this case. So many of us have been screaming about the corruption in this case both by the state and the judge. Everything about this trial was a secret. Why? This whole trial was done by design to convict RA, and they won, but this is far from over. RA is an innocent man now serving 130 years in prison, and all bcuz his defense was unable to put on a defense. The only way RA gets a fair chance at justice is by getting rid of Judge Gull. A defendants biggest obstacle should NEVER be the judge, but rather the evidence against them. In this case Judge Gull knew and allowed everything that happened to RA. She should be held accountable as well as McLelland for prosecutorial misconduct. He absolutely knew about the van and the timeline. He needed some way to fill that gap, and he did what he had to in order to ensure a conviction. That is not justice. That is injustice.

Yeah I love Vinnie except when he covers this case! He knows a lot less about it than the folks that think RA is guilty! Ron Logan is was around 6ft. He’s also the only person besides Brad Webber who could see from his land when the search team left that night. The search team had searched where the girls were found the day the girls went missing. They weren’t there and the search team finished up that night and then the girls were found the next day exactly in the place they had already searched.
Trouble is, Libby seemed to have been killed where they were found. There was a lot of her blood at the scene but none of Abbys so that would fit with him taking the 'little girl' elsewhere. Lots of things would fit, Abby being dressed partially in Libbys clothes because he feared he might've bled on their clothes, clothes in the creek, Abby being treated differently than Libby maybe because he knew her mum who worked in a bar. How would Ricci know this stuff if Ron didn't tell him?

@daniellealexander7392 A bunch were in the courtroom. You can watch their coverage on youtube. Some even transcribed the proceedings to the best of their ability. You will however find a stark difference between coverage from pro defense and pro prosecution individuals. For example, Andrea Burkhart transcribed the proceeding each day while Nancy Grace only stayed for the prosecutions testimony (leaving before he defense's cross) and then reported as if her biased conclusions came from the full testimony. There were limited seat inside the courtroom for the public, and that number kept decreasing because, according to witnesses, official media started taking seats that were allotted for both the public and Richard Allen's Family. I'm sure if there were cameras in he courtroom, there would have been folks like TurtleBoy out there bringing more attention to the injustice that was happening.

Even if you believe with all of your heart Richard Allen did this. Every American is entitled to a fair trial. The defense wasn’t able to present a lot of evidence. Upon the prosecutor's request, Judge Gull specifically banned Allen's defense from mentioning Ron Logan at the trial -- at all. They were not even permitted to mention the known fact that the victims were found on Ron Logan's property.
Because the prosecution withheld all the useful exculpatpry evidence for 6 months past the discovery due date. Then when they have the evidence to them, the volume was so large and disorganized that even the team they hired to sift through it didn't have time to find and consider all of it. The other problem was that the judge banned all the evidence that was exculpatory. They weren't allowed to mention Ron Logan or any of the other confessed killers at trial.

Ron Logan is was around 6ft. He’s also the only person besides Brad Webber who could see from his land when the search team left that night. The search team had searched where the girls were found the day the girls went missing. They weren’t there and the search team finished up that night and then the girls were found the next day exactly in the place they had already searched.
Trouble is, Libby seemed to have been killed where they were found. There was a lot of her blood at the scene but none of Abbys so that would fit with him taking the 'little girl' elsewhere.
Lots of things would fit, Abby being dressed partially in Libbys clothes because he feared he might've bled on their clothes, clothes in the creek, Abby being treated differently than Libby maybe because he knew her mum who worked in a bar. How would Ricci know this stuff if Ron didn't tell him?

@daniellealexander7392 A bunch were in the courtroom. You can watch their coverage on youtube. Some even transcribed the proceedings to the best of their ability. You will however find a stark difference between coverage from pro defense and pro prosecution individuals. For example, Andrea Burkhart transcribed the proceeding each day while Nancy Grace only stayed for the prosecutions testimony (leaving before he defense's cross) and then reported as if her biased conclusions came from the full testimony. There were limited seat inside the courtroom for the public, and that number kept decreasing because, according to witnesses, official media started taking seats that were allotted for both the public and Richard Allen's Family. I'm sure if there were cameras in he courtroom, there would have been folks like TurtleBoy out there bringing more attention to the injustice that was happening.

Because the prosecution withheld all the useful exculpatpry evidence for 6 months past the discovery due date. Then when they have the evidence to them, the volume was so large and disorganized that even the team they hired to sift through it didn't have time to find and consider all of it.
The other problem was that the judge banned all the evidence that was exculpatory. They weren't allowed to mention Ron Logan or any of the other confessed killers at trial.
