Now that we can embed the chatbot on a website, I think the most urgent thing we (and you) need to do figure out how to restrict usage of the chatbot e.g. the chatbot answers a few questions for free then asks the end-user for payment before answering more questions.
If we create custom GPTs for business owners, the first question any business owner will have is "how do I make sure I don't accidentally get a massive bill from OpenAI?"

Hey, Awesome Tutorial! Thanks for the info. Does this method needs an OpenAI subscription? If not it could be a game changer for those who are just starting out in this business. I am curious to know how would you manage your clients data and their usage of Zapier. Would you perhaps make them sign up to Zapier with their own accounts instead? Also, is there a way to achieve a similar bot with a locally running LLM if a client would prefer that solution?
Chatbots are kinda fun as a novelty, but I'll bet that it'll quickly become tedious if one HAS to do the most common stuff through them.
Probably will work better if the chatbot asks what you want to do, gives a brief list of the top 3 options you can click on AND a blank text entry box, at each step of the way.

Do you ever get error analyzing when it's searching files or Web? Can't find info on why? File number limit (I only have 4), format (CSV), size (few MB). Cannot solve and no help OpenAI forum

I really appreciate your videos and do not miss one.
But I would be really thankful if you would also always inform your viewers, especially the non professionals, that if you are including those third party services in your website, you should and in Europe MUST also include a disclaimer that the data inserted into the third-party-service formfields will be send to at least two other third-party companies which will process the data.
If you miss that disclaimer in Europe, you may get sued and will have to pay a very high penalty which may break you neck!
I also miss a notice that you shouldn't use AI services just to send an email address from a formfield on your website to your own email account.
There are plenty of free wordpress plugins that do that, from simple to complex.
Using AI for tasks where AI is not needed for is not a responsible use of our world's resources.
If everybody now would use AI just for what it's not needed for, several new datacenters would have to be build and consume lots of energy just for submitting email addresses to a hobbyist website owner.
Always use AI in a responsible way!
