First he gets more plus frames from the punish counter, then he gets more plus frames from drive rush

Drive rush gives him 2 extra plus frames and that makes it possible. Punish counter also give 2 plus frames

He is not doing standing heavy punch, he is doing foward heavy punch. When I was learning this combo I was not understanding why my 5hp would combo to my 2hp
