Over the past couple days, I started using just conditioner instead of my usual shampoo-conditioner in the morning, and I'm noticing a difference in my hair already, especially in how it feels softer and smoother.
I’ve been growing out for 2 yrs now and have it just below shoulders, seeing yours at 4 years is giving me encouragement to keep going. Oh yeah and I realize now I’ve been conditioning all wrong, thanks for the video.
I usually do two side braids, is there away to keep these from frizzing out so fast?? Like use a wax or pamade beforei braid?? Just wondering if ya got any tips. Just got all conditioned up and ready to braid them up....thx

Also during the day my hair just falls off my head, so there is all kinds of strands everywhere in random places. Help anyone?

I have long hair down to my hips being a musician sorta goes with the job lol I've had every kind of hair style from mohawk shaved you name it I had it but for the past 25 years or more since around 20 I've had long hair some of what he says isn't true never use dry shampoo chemicals in it will destroy your hair shampooing it isn't good either but we have to wash it so once a week at most never use a blow dryer air dry, rinse in cool cold water yes lathers it never use hot like he said but dry shampoo don't use unless you wanna kill your hair shampoo once every week at minimum chemicals in shampoo not good. Rock on

Hey Guys, I got a question: I want to wear my hair down more, it has a decent lenght to it (just about to the shoulders), but the last ~5cm (~2" for the americans out there) it makes about half a curl upwards and it just looks silly in my oppinion, so I just wear a Ponytail or Bun most of the time. Is there a (simple) way to straighten those curls out, save from a trim? Or is it simply because I'm lacking conditioning (because language/translation issues as I look up most stuff in english and thought I had the right stuff but it wasn't) Also I love the design on the hairties especially the Las Flamas, almost couldn't get them because customs are silly and need a delivery note with the package for tax calculation AND would've almost sent it back to you because they only keep stuff for 2 weeks and are only open when you have to work... Greetings from Germany though!

Ghost On A Bike you can do one right after the other. Shampoo is detergent and strips moisturizer, so applying as shown in the video after a shampoo is recommended! You can also condition on days between washes as well.
The Longhairs that was fast! I do, I have the shockers and the up all nighters, they are really tight, I like them, I just prefer my hair loose a lot, and I also like to wear it on my wrist because they are stylish, but it makes an indentation and I'm worried I'm cutting off my circulation.

NO STOP IT. every stoner i knew in highschool would always tell me to dread my long hair... every stoner i would meet at parties would tell me to dread my hair... then when any of them got dreads, all they did was complain and scratch there scalps too much, and at worst they would fucking stink cause they did'nt know how to wash them. take your generic white bread bland ass cliche of an idea and do it yourself. spend years growing and taking care of your hair to just cram it full of dirt and knots lol

I generally only condition the last 1/3 of the hair every 5 days, that way the bottle lasts a lifetime pretty much!

you can condition less and shampoo more and if your hair gets a little dry run some coconut oil through it
