Hikvision camera web interface puts livestream in the wrong position

Hikvision tech support said I should download and install the plug in. But I already did that.
And it works FINE if I log in as a different user, so it CLEARLY isn't the plug in.

yes, it only fails in chrome in my account and I can't figure out why.

it only happens on MY main profile on Chrome. But I've decimated the entire cache, cookies, local storage, etc. and it doesn't fix the problem.

Restart browser and try again?
Restart computer?
Try another browser?
Try from another computer?
Search for this? How to Reset Google Chrome to Default Settings
Not sure if the problem is in your computer, or in the other end. Need to determine that I guess.

@@elbuggo I know it works in other browsers. I can't figure out why it doesn't work in Chrome in my main login (but not other logins). It's bizzare.

@@stevekirsch8284 Can be hard to pin down such bizarre issues. I think you ALSO should restart your internet box. Not likely, but possible the problem could located there. Just because most things look ok doesn't mean that everything is. In general, try the simple and quick things first, and the move on to more intrusive experiments after the basics.
