People from ex Yugoslavia speak english better than most of the East Block!
The answer is: We had no sinchronysed speach while we have been watchin english or american ( a big time) films and series! No! We have been listening original language and we had to read undernith in our own language. So its been easier to pick u the language to us than anyone else in East Block countryes.
