- The Jupiter Studios Pollux 75% popped up one evening during a Discord discussion and I knew I needed for my collection immediately. At first it doesn't seem like anything special but once you start to break it down you see just how special it is. This isn't just your run of the mill stacked acrylic board. It has an aluminum top, OLED, knob and most importantly, it play flippin' music when you type! Pull up a chair and hang awhile with me while we slot in some rare Night Sakura switches and top this beauty with some Akko ASA Midnight keycaps!

While a bit disappointed in terms of overall keyboard experience I do have to say that this thing is pretty dang neat! What do you guys thing? Any thoughts on how to fix the squeak? Would you buy this for yourself? Let me know in the comments and share your thoughts!

yk being the guy who showed this board to you I feel a bit shame due to the squish sound but,overall it's still pretty cool right?! and as for the sound I think you can turn on and on/off the speaker by pressing fn+b and if u want to only turn on/off the sound that's being made when u make a keypress u can do fn+n and I think fn+m will turn the music on/off :D
No shame necessary, lol. This thing is super interesting. Where did you find information in the hotkeys for tuning things on and off? There was no manual or keybinding guide and I haven't been able to find it online so if you have a link can you kindly share it? Thanks!
@@punkshoo ahh I find those on their QQ which is like a chatting app I remember u don't have a account for it but I can download those stuff and sent it to u on discoard if u want.
This is a really interesting board. Not interesting as in I think I'll buy it, more like I want to study it lol. I'm not a fan of stacked acrylic, so this board is immediately a no-go for me, but it is pretty looking, and the speaker is just wild.
That was kind of my take on it after the whole "another 75% for my collection" aspect. Its really nothing special in terms of keyboard sound and feel but the OLED, knob, speaker, and choice to use an alu top on the stacked acrylic really intrigued me.
If you change the sound from the speaker that would be cool
There has to be some way to change it. Just waiting to find out more details from the creators. Will post an updated pinned comment once I find out more details or perhaps a follow up video, maybe.
