♥️ Ajiri showing us around a Parisian flea market, and introducing us to wonderful, passionate venders. Whoever came up with this idea, needs a bonus 🥰 x
When I went in Europe and in Algeria I was very impressed by the quality of all the hardware. Even in humble houses the hardware is very sturdy and of a beautiful quality.
That was so much fun shopping and talking to the vendors. It's so overwhelming at this flea market. There is just about anything you can imagine. I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to visit two times.
I wonder how France keeps supplying antiques with so many people buying and shipping them worldwide, you would think they would be depleted by now. I haven’t gotten there yet…wonder if there will be anything left 🥹😅
What a fabulous idea! In travels to Paris, I’ve never been to the flea markets and never realized the lovely pieces and history one finds there. Anjiri is so informative, shares great suggestions and has such a calm, open approach. Her creativity and curiosity really sparkle amongst these treasures and it’s easy to see how she has built these lasting friendships with the vendors. I particularly love the heavy, ornate door knobs. To unlock and open one, would be a sign of entry into a home of superb quality. I am always delighted by the superb worlds opened to us by Homeworthy!
Wonderful. I have her book. I found the love of antiques from my parents. We would go to stores in every city we visited. (Hated it as a child). But as I became older- my kids hated it too! Lol. Now my grandkids endure. I inherited quite a bit when my dad passed 2 years ago after my mom moved with my sister. Precious items I’ll pass down to my kids.
Oh my. I've heard about the treasures to be found at the Paris Flea market for years. After this video, it's on my "bucket list"! Any excuse to visit Paris. Now, I need to build in a trip to the flea market! Another great video adventure, Homeworthy!
This has been right up my alley. So enjoyed every moment with you Ajiri , great job in introducing us to your vendor friends. Thanks a million for the inspiration!
As many times as I have have been in Paris, but not never to shop Marche aux Puces. On returning from safari next fall, I am hoping to “negotiate” a stop to shop when I book tickets! I check crystal with my my nail to hear the sound-it is clearly evident. Thank you for the tour, it was positively sublime!
Omg, WHY HAVE I NEVER HEARD OF YOU?!!! This is right up my street. I literally felt like I was there with you in this video. What wonderful relationships you have with these wonderful people. THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing such a charmingly educational trip with us. Subscribing with much love from Galicia 💕🇪🇦
I'd be broke if I ended up there.... Haha... I'd build an itinerary to surely include a couple of days minimum if I were to be in that area to explore as much as I can. It's a lovely market.... And. Oh my... What's Mr. Wick doing there? Haha
I’ve visited Paris twice with my husband, but didn’t get the time to tour the flea market. My next visit to Paris this will be my first stop. Thank you for the tour. ❤
Absolutely at the top of the Paris "to do list" ! Wonderful! But at the same time...oh, no! I can tell already this is "trouble!" I will get myself "stuck in" and it will be very hard to get me "stuck out!!" I will have to proceed with caution! Many thanks!
Can you tell us the name of the brass shop with the wonderful couple jankowski please as I would love to visit and the shops are incredibly hard to find you way around. The marche is One of the coolest places I’ve ever been. I need to go to their shop. I think homeworthy is going to make me take a trip!
The one item was a musical cigarette box. They were popular I believe in the 1940's and 1950's. In the 1940 movie " The Little Shop Around the Corner" they have one.
I love Ajiri. I follow her on Instagram, so this was a real treat! Homeworthy, your channel is amazingly beautiful. It shows creative people from various backgrounds and I love it! I definitely shop with a purpose now.
Lived in Europe for six years love love love the flea markets!!! Watching your video is giving me the wants so bad 😂 really enjoyed your video and am looking forward to the next one!
Enjoyed your introduction to Parisians football fields of imagination 👌 😀 I love well made glass especially when I drank wine with friends . I don't have any problems with breakage in use , I found them to be beautiful timeless fragility .

Absolutely. I too agree
And Monique and her husband are such a knowledgeable and charming couple❤❤

I love the way the French embrace their friends.

@@Sanity_Faire, I think so because people like to recycle items. Not everyone has the same style or ideas for decorating.
16:55 "you never have to do that" hAHA - the nervous expression on her face
I almost fell out of my chair when the metal slashed the air!!!
You break it, you buy it😮😂

2 minutes in and I already see 10 things I want but can't afford...starting with that chesterfield sofa
Gille - so handsome!

Great video with beautiful antiques and people. Thank you !
I love the hardware lady.
I know this is off-topic, but this lady looks beautiful. The wheeled cart only adds to her style and I don't know how that's possible.
4:14 "You could put playing cards in there" Playing cards? Girl that box is perfect to hide your ugly remote control!
This was so cool to watch from my bed...hahaha Do it again and more stores! I loved it.
Well done Ajiri!
