I was laughing so much at angry Ladybug like that was comedy gold. How she insulted poor Cat Noir when he claimed he did nothing, "yeah, that's the problem, you don't do anything!" Ouch. Also, "get lost little butterfly!" I totally lost it at that, fell out of my chair laughing.
Yeah I mean she does lose her cool in alot of episodes but this definitely drives me up the wall especially how rude she was telling the butterfly to get lost instead of respectfully saying bye bye little butterfly and yeah although the part where she was trying to impress Adrian was cringing and yeah I definitely don't like the fact that it was scaring Adrian but I do like how Marinette is trying to be funny because yeah I'm surprised that she's trying to make Adrian laugh even though she hates when cat trys to make her laugh that's the sign that ladybug does like cat's puns deep down and yeah times were he jokes and there's no emergency she's actually laughing so yeah I don't think she has anything against the joke part she just hates them getting in the way of the mission and yeah what she's really pissed off on cat is him harassing her and she looks cute with a cowgirl hat and a clown nose and although the painted eyes are kind of creepy I do like how it's making her look alot less serious and more playful and yeah I like how alya was trying to convince Marinette to be herself in this episode the fandom may hate Marinette but regardless that's good advice from alya ha I miss the old alya why was she encouraging Marinette to be Marinette towards Adrian in this episode but not perfection why didn't she tell Marinette that kagmi wouldn't make fun of her just for being herself around Adrian? And yeah I like the episodes were cat noir is more murtie and less harassing towards ladybug and yeah this episode is switching their roles were ladybug is the parent of the duo and cat being the child of the Duo with ladybug being the child of the duo and cat being the parent of the duo there's a lot of episodes were cat gets hypnotized by the akumtizied villain and ladybug had to save him and now it's the other way around now that ladybug is under a spell cat has to save HER from this spell and yeah he can't even flirt with her in this case because although she's already a monster when it comes to him being annoying the scoho spell made her a real monster and yeah there's no way cat could be flirting with her there and yeah this is one of those rare episodes at least the season that MADE cat a useless superhero were he has more work than ladybug he was indeed needed in this episode with the holder of the ladybug miraculous not being able to control herself although as far as there are a lot of episodes that could be another episode were Marinette ALMOST gets akumtizied I didn't expect her to actually get akumtizied It's just one of those episodes were Marinette is like deeply depressed and yeah she shouldn't that count as a negative emotion like yeah why couldn't shadow month try to akumtize both her AND Harry with at the same time he was able to akumtize more than one person at the same time so like yeah shouldn't Marinette ALMOST get akumtizied? As she's crying at failing to impress Adrian?
This episode finally showed what Cat Noir is capable of, he is intelligent and a great fighter. it never made sense how ladybug was the only one coming up with plans, and it also didn’t make sense that she outdo him in battle when he knows Fencing and Karate.
He´s often given the short end of the stick in the fights, having to hold up akumatized villains who often have "I hit you, you are done abilities", for any length of time while ladybug comes up with the plans is pretty hard work in of itself
Ladybug won anjest him in dark cupid by kissing him and saving him in cat blanc she tricked him to win and rember heroes always win in TV shows and movies and he did think of a plan before this episode in oblivo he thought of a plan he got the lucky charm vision that ladybug gets when she thinks of a plan and in truth he told ladybug to take the thing of her mouth because he had a plan
They can eat anything and are just picky. Each food kinda represents their powers. Baking is creation. Cheese is mold, which is often a symbol of destruction or rot in some places.
This episode was surprisingly, unexpectedly good! Chat Noir taking the lead, for once? And he's able to fend her off and restrain her? The fighting scenes were good, the villain was good, Mari's attempt at getting closer to Adrien was good... 👍🏻
Yeah that's what I mean about cat noir being useless throughout season 4 being a good thing although it's bad as it makes the title of the show misleading and yeah it's making cat not an action hero in most episodes but the part that cat noir has started to stop harassing ladybug yeah whoever came up with the idea of cat noir being useless in season 4 may have been feed up with cat noir being focused on getting ladybug to fall in love with him than saving the people of Paris AND ladybug treating him like a child so yeah he must have figured that if cat noir was dropped in most episodes then yeah he would realize that ladybug wasn't a good girlfriend for him especially after throwing him in the trash and ladybug to realize her feelings to cat which only lasted 4 episodes and yes pretty important finale the important thing in risk was for Marinette to save Adrian as his friend instead of out of love jealousy like yeah she was partly saving him from Lila as yeah she would do anything for him to do so but she's not the person she's after in this situation it's Gabriel and yes finally someone was able to convince Adrian to stand up to his father and yeah Marinette is like his only classmate to understand him not even his "best friend" nino tried to convince him to stay in Paris giving up his "dream" and yeah that's how he realized how his life wouldn't be the same without Marinette and yeah the important thing in strike back was for ladybug to realize her wrong doings such as abusing cat noir AND dropping him out thoughtout season 4 stalking Adrian and yeah I don't say she's really choosing love over her head she actually thought of choosing the right person for the mission I wish it have been based on skill instead of not being hypnotized like yeah why couldn't she just get Sabrina for the job as she already used the dog miraculous in the last episode so yeah what kind of risk would she or anyone else willingly or hypnotized to take risks would just mess up the plan? Also if who you're choosing IS based on not having a risk mark at least think of more than just Adrian ladybug like yeah why don't you just get like everyone without a risk mark and yeah try to see who's the most skilled out of them all? And 3.adrian actually had a risk mark on so how are you able to see the fake Adrian without a risk mark but not the real Adrian ?
This episode was really good! It was refreshing since there wasn’t any Ladynoir conflict. It felt like a season 1/2 episode. I was glad to see Chat in charge for once (angry ladybug was also really cute lol). It’s sad to know that he gets left behind in future episodes, because he proved that he could be really helpful in this one.
Psychomedian is one of the most entertaining episodes of MLB s4 really. The teamwork of Ladybug and Chat feels more natural (?), just like the old times, which makes me so happy. The funny moments are genuinely funny, I laughed a lot in this ep, especially the angry Ladybug part. Whoever thought of that was a genius. Same with the bug eyes when she says goodbye to the butterfly, or that nananaMiraculous Ladybug lmao I hope they keep this in the English dub Adrien smiling at Marinette doing whatever she does is so cute. Again, this reminds me of the old Adrienette hints, and for the first time, I actually like them again (I kinda quit being an Adrienette shipper because of how creepy Mari is but this scene changed my mind a little) Mari’s attempt to make Adrien laugh is also cute... and second-hand embarrassment... 😳 Harry is a nice character and I understand his ambition to bring other emotions to his audiences, but there’s one thing, it feels too convenient that a character’s first appearance is literally “a regular customer at the my parent’s bakery”. It’s always the bakery lol. And yet we’ve never actually seen him again, even in later episodes. 9/10 very great, fillers are way more entertaining than “plot-development” episodes, which just kinda go around and around with the “Chat feels left out” motive.
How the heck do they make a filler better than the canon episode? Seriously, LB and CN are very balanced, the comedy is really good, and we got lore crumb about Gabriel that the episode Gabriel Agreste dont give us? The very episode with the character name gives us nothing! But a filler does?! They're so confused, but they got the spirit
It’s so funny to me how Harry just waltzed into Gabriel’s presence, started calling him nicknames, insulted Hawk Moth to his face, and didn’t get verbally assaulted or kicked out immediately. My guy’s got a higher rank on the Gabe Tolerant list than Adrien!
I love this episode so much. It has proper S1-2 comfort while still being entertaining and funny. I've never unironically laughed this hard at a miraculous episode. I wish that the plot heavy episodes were this enjoyable to watch
It is a good episode for "Angry Bug" - but one might say it does raise one hell of a question of how come she's suddenly some sort of Kung Fu wizard that can fight with her eyes shut. Is her hearing really "that good", or does she have some sort of Spider-Man like danger sense now that enables her to dodge ? That would make some sense if she does - as then that would explain why she doesn't get hit very often. I guess one can simply say it's "turbo-charged good luck and adrenaline" but she was actually traversing with her eyes covered too - which is completely nuts.
I love how this filler episode managed to do what story episodes can't, which is show Lady Bug and Chat Noir being competent heroes and progressing Adriens affections towards Mari.
I liked Cat Noir and Ladybug working together, Cat Noir being useful and Ladybug for ONCE being the one under the vilain's control. Well, basically I liked the whole episode but damn the fight made me happy. Felt a little sad that Chat didn't get any apologies but she wasn't herself so let's say that doesn't really count...
This episode was really good, it's the first time in a loooooong while that I actually felt she was a 14 years old girl girl trying to find a way to sit next the boy she likes without reaching a weird stalky yandere cringy territory because it wasn't exagerated, it wasn't one moment she is even more mature than the adults on the show that makes you forget she is only 14 and next she talks about how she has already planned out his 50th birthday gift or sniffing his stuff like a crazy people that the writter excuses on "she is a teenager" like if every teen girl plans the gifts for her crush decades in advance, it really felt natural and like she really showed her age for once which was really refreshing for me. Also, no one treats Chat like he is useless that is a trope that has come around for a while now and that I hate.
@@90lancaster you can't really tell from that angle weather or not the helmet is damage. also all of the dots are perfect so it's unlikly to be the painted helmet.
To be fair, Adrien might just want to brag about Ladybug and tell someone else how much he admires her without getting the whole “oh, so you’re just a regular fanboy” shtick from his friends. Also, did the whole lesson that Marinette learned from “Truth” just never happen in the show? Because she accepted that she couldn’t date yet, and yet she is still pining over Adrien hardcore? It just seems a bit out-of-place really. And c’mon man, why does Marinette still stutter and blurt things out when trying to talk to Adrien, when she’s talked to him for like months now and has hung out with him on multiple occasions??? I wish we could get some actual development there.
I agree, I'm still not really convinced that they're friends that really know eachother. Like this does not count as a friends to lovers plot for me. They haven't convinced me that their good enough friends to be a good couple, if that makes sense. I'd love to see more of them just hanging out and being normal around eachother.
@@gio-ve7vn yeah we haven’t really seen Marinette and Adrien really hang out without some hidden agenda of either Marinette or her friend trying to force a relationship onto Adrien
Of course Psycomedian would stop looking for them. Man, four seasons in and you keep remarking the villains are stupid because they have their own agendas (in this case, revenge against Bob Roth). That's what happen with every akumatized villain: their fellings toward the cause of their akumatization sometimes is stronger than fighting Ladybug and Chat Noir.
It´s more hit and miss really, when HM akumatizes someone, he´s always gambling that he´ll hit the jackpot and get someone who does his bidding with no sec objectives getting in the way of his.
@@callmeflower6901 but it's not even a detail. Every single akumatized villain do the same. Miraculous doesn't have the best writing but you can tell when someone is actively looking for something negative to say.
even though this was meant to be aired earlier, it being delayed worked in its favour because of the Chat Noir thing, it was nice to have that. adrien finding marinette funny was cute i think, giggling at silly behaviour from a friend can be "laughing at" but in a fond way, like "there's my friend doing their silly little flailing, hehe". and whilst marinette trying to flirt was... very cringe, i remember behaving quite cringe around my crush when i was OLDER than these kids lmao. i do have to disagree about the "oh the girl i like is X" thing - adrien and marinette are friends but they're not super close, and that kind of thing can be embarrassing. marinette doesn't ask who it is and at this point, she probably assumed it was kagami. plus, adrien hasn't exactly had a lot of social experience XD bakery wise - the french are fucking serious about their fresh bread, and if the bakery is famous enough to be featured on telly im not shocked all the celebs come there
I liked this episode as well. It got a good laugh out of me with the angry ladybug part and I'm happy about it. Obviously it was a filler, but it was a good filler in my opinion. With most of season 4 being plot-driven, it was good to have a break from the main story and just not take things seriously at all for a single episode. As long as it's not too often, it can feel refreshing. Also, big props to the french voice actress for Ladybug/Marinette for giving it her all during the fight. I realy hope the english actress can match that
9:59 I don't remember exactly who, but I saw someone commenting that they think Adrien behaved this way because of some past experience, like get slaps and blows, he says his parents are good but i can't believe it...Anyway, I saw this theory in a video in Spanish and taking into account that Gabriel and his wife have already killed people it wouldn't surprise me if they had been aggressive with Adrien and then pretended that was just a joke, taking into account the fear reaction he shows, I mean, it might just be an exaggeration to set the mood for the episode, but there's still the possibility that it's not and we'll probably never know...
That's possible, the Agreste family's past is a mystery. We know very little about the family. I think Adrien's past is very dark And he was probably an eye witness to the murder. Gabriel and Emily didn't want Adrien to tell anyone else. So they decided to brainwash, bustle, and isolate him for their sake. And unfortunately they managed to influence him.
I personally like the theory that Adrien reacted that way because of Colt- Felix’s father and Adrien’s Uncle- who was established to have worn a cowboy hat as well as being abusive toward Felix. So fans do speculate that if the kids fooled the parents who had actually cared about them then it’s all too possible Colt would think Adrien pretending to be Felix actually was Felix and went on his usual tirade. And could have only avoided being hit if Colt had figured out the switch before striking Adrien or his Aunt stepped in after realizing. Since it seems she couldn’t or just didn’t step in when it was Felix but when it is her nephew she could safely justify it to her husband.
I honestly cringe with how Marinette goes "he'll fall in love with me then we'll get married, have three kids, and yada yada yada". Like I honestly can't see them in a good relationship if Marinette expects a happily ever after once they get together. Because when someone gets in a relationship and it isn't what they expected they usually hate it a lot. It's like one of the emotions you get after the honeymoon phase. Especially since she doesn't know Adrian at all. Was an overall okay cringy episode
I LOVE THIS EPISODE! Cat noir was so cute and useful and Mari was so hilarious when she was angry. My favorite elements of this show are all in this episode
That “Get lost little butterfly!” phrase tho is my fav line out of the episode. Also, the way she transitioned out of the angry phase into a peaceful call phase was so shocking to me for some reason, just imagine someone getting into a rageful fight into a pleasant happy calm person all of a sudden. 😂😂😂 comedy gold!!!
If you look closely at the Ladybugs restoration scene, you can see that Ladybug actually throws the broken motorcycle helmet in the air, not the painted one she used to defeat the villain.
@Coma Berenices ⭐ Anything but, actually. In the video, Smarty Pants says how he thought only the Lucky Charm could be used to restore damage. He said this because he thought the painted helmet was used this time, but as a matter of fact, it wasn't. It just seemed like it, since the broken Lucky Charm helmet wasn't actually used to defeat the villain. So this fact is actually attention to detail, the show makes sure that the Lucky Charm is used to restore everything, even tho our duo didn't actually use it for it's intended purpose.
I really wasn't expecting anything from this episode but it certainly did succeed my expectations. The humour, well-written and non-rushed plot , light-heartedness and CHAT NOIR NOT BEING LEFT OF AND SAVING THE DAY was everything. Also as you mentioned the partnership and dynamic of Ladynoir was really missed. Did I mention the episode was sooo funny!!!
If I had to pick between Simpleman or Psycomedian as my favourite filler episode of Season 4, it's Pyscomedian. It is cringy with Marinette's attempts to wooing Adrien, but much like Glaciator 2, I actually laughed at Psycomedian. I am happy to see what use to be the scrapped Gagotor episode to appear in the show under a different name. Yeah, the Gagotor episode was originally planned to be a Season 2 episode, but got scrapped for unknown reasons. I do like Harry Clown as a character and being there to help Marinette. And of course the design of Psycomedian looks awesome with the ability to change people's emotions and reflect it onto them as long as they have eye contact. I also found the Angry Ladybug part VERY funny. It funnily enough showed more of Rollan Dupain in Marinette/Ladybug that way. Even when she did her Miraculous Ladybug, she just say... blah blah blah Miraculous Ladybug. She just looks so pissed to the point that even something she does every day just feels like a chore. Overall, I give this a straight 9 out of 10. It is one of the most funniest fillers I've seen in Miraculous... even in Season 4. Not entirely sure how this would fit into the Top 10, but it is definitely a watch if you want a laugh, and have it taken away and be replaced with either sadness or anger.
I LOVED this episode. I really didn't think it would be special either, but oh my goodness it was wonderful to me. 1) Psycomedian actually has a decent costume for an akuma, which is a bit refreshing! His power is pretty neat, too! 2) It's nice to still have the hamster joke going. That's a running gag that I actually enjoy. Maybe someday we'll learn that cutie's name 😂 3) I felt so bad for Marinette during the scene when she's trying to reenact his joke and sprays him in the face and he looks so hurt, and she cries. It's just so traumatic! And Adrien totally should have been able to pick up on it being a joke, sheltered or not. They REALLY push the sheltered homeschool kid a little too much honestly. 4) The animation is pretty good! Marinette looked so cute and pretty in close ups! 5) Angry Bug is hilarious. So is angry Tikki! 6) Chat doing arts and crafts in the background is also hilarious. And I agree it's weird to see they don't need to use the actual lucky charm. 7) Marinette goes to Adrien and apologizes for the mixup earlier in the line and is actually able to speak to him clearly and like one normal human to another, it's glorious, and the type of character growth we've been begging for for her all along! 8) Most importantly: The LadyNoir!! Even with her being angry, this felt like a season two episode in the best way! It brought back their powerful and fun dynamic that is so apparently lacking this season! It was a relief to see Chat being an equal again and not just an afterthought! P.S. she says coleslaw, not couscous ☺️ Yup, Adrien needed to hide better. There are so many episodes where I question just how no one has found then out yet, their caution is so lacking!! And as far as Tikki, it's definitely the sugar 😁 All in all a great episode in my opinion, one of the best this season!
I think this episode and Kuro Neko airing back to back was actually a really smart choice, because they BOTH show why Chat Noir is an essential part of the team and we've been missing that this season.
I’m sorry but when so many celebs come to the bakery, wouldn’t the dupain-cheng family be RICH? LIKE, Both GABRIEL AND THE FRICKIN MAYOR LIKE THEY HAVE TO BE RICH
Psycomedian reminds me of S1/S2 episodes. When I first watched the episode, I was like hmm why does Psycomedian give me the S1/S2 vibes. I actually liked the episode. Atleast Marinette's attempt to make Adrien happy is not cringey (unlike in The Puppeteer 2, I will never watch that episode again) yes it may give some second hand embarrassment but for me, atleast it was not forced and creepy. And Ladynoir actually working together is so good. Not that Ladybug mistreating Cat Noir and throwing him. Overall, a 9/10 episode. I don't know if this episode was just a filler but atleast it was executed perfectly.
The first have sucks I am really over Mari trying and failing over and over again to confess in the worst ways possible it just isn't fun to watch at all and it has been this way for 4 seasons and I would like to see the two hanging out as friends but that would mean they would have to develop and that can't happen because ...... reasons. The second half was pretty good, the jokes landed, LB and CN felt like equals and not hero and sidekick plus no extra heroes, Chat got his time to shine and the action was decent nice to see some hand to hand combat the only real problem I have which is small is how can Ladybug fight blinded so well it would make more sense if Chat Noir was doing that but it was still good and I don't really care about the ending. the fact that this episode is filler is a downer but pretty much most episodes are so screw it
Its cause the writer of the show wants to take things slow cause he wants to make the show last forever and by doing so there will be no development, no reveal until the last season
@@prettyadore1838 I'm well aware that they plan to milk Miraculous for every dollar it's worth and they don't care about the story which is why I kind of want Miraculous to fail so it can be revived with someone who might care and not the creator who just seeks a profit by making 10 movies 5 spin offs and no soul into the real work
@@Spiral96359 yeah and he recently mocked Encanto for rushing character development when his show has none after 4 seasons and I wish he did the same thing as Amphibia
For some reason, Psychomedian is one of my favourite villains. The design and the power is honestly cool. His design is simple and the mask is honestly the best part. Psychomedian’s power is one of my favourite ones in the series.
This season has been so batshit crazy, that I was so happy to just relax and watch a normal episode. When I first started the show, I was simping for the idea of an overarching plot, but I needed an episode like this.
I thought the episode was alright! Yeah it didn't do toooo much with the overarching plot the season builds, but it felt a bit like an episode back from season 1, where the whole show was basically just both Ladybug and Catnoir having their daily villain. It was an enjoyable episode for me, nothing toooo good but certainly not bad either
Adrien's reaction while Mari was trying to impress him with the skit was overly exaggerated. I mean, at a certain point he even cowers in FEAR..!? What the..?
When Adrien flinched when Marinette made a swift movement directed towards him it made me a little suspicious If emotionally abusive Gabe has ever Physically abused Adrien (Other than Cat Blanc ofc)
I know Thomas stated on Twitter that Julerose and Marcaniel are canon but I think it's probably studio censorship? I know several shows have had a lot of issues getting LGBTQIA+ stuff out there. But then again, it could be that the writers just don't want to outright state it in show so that some people don't kick off. It sucks, I really hope one day they do openly let them both date 😭
Yeah. It's because they're are certain countries that are not very friendly with LGBTQ+ representation on screen it's sad but true. We just have to take what we can get.
13:58 The helmet she threw WAS the lucky charm. I think there's an animation error where she uses the undamaged helmet when she was throwing out, but if you look at the helmet as it flies off to the sky, it was the crushed helmet she stepped on earlier.
Adrian is so sheltered, that my lukanetter traitor of a sister once called Him a "dumb blonde". Like, Wtf. And at the same time she said something about Cat Noir being "hot". Hey, I think their quantus suits are working a little too well, they're getting to my sister's brain XDDD
A missed opportunity is that they never had Chat fail to get affected by Psychomedian trying to make him depressed or sad, since we know Adrien already very much is and has been for a while.
Yes they can (and do) eat other things - and may only need to eat at all as a consequence of being bound to a miraculous and becoming fully corporal beings as a consequences. Plagg has eaten a cookie in an emergency & Tikki has Eaten cheese. Trixx usually powers up with Grapes - but I expect they'd be fine with something else too. Also the entire Kwami Gang were going to eat the baked Good Marinette was going to Bring them and Tikki eat them all... so that also proves they can eat other things - also I notice Marinette seems to have been to have not been feeding the Kwami - like AT ALL for the entire time she's had them.
+4:45 a Little bit of Lore progression hidden there - we can see that Emma is the oldest and likely Hugo the middle and Loius the youngest child - rather than Hugo & Lois being twins as some have speculated - as well Adrien's Family is prone to have twins.
Rose and Juleka have basically been confirmed by Astruc on Twitter. He wouldn't spell it out if they were holding him at gunpoint, but he winked it so hard his eyelids have massive muscles.
Man questions about the standard Miraculous behaiors changing in season 4 came for me, so i chocked it up to the Miraculos evolving becase they are SO OP and there are no limits to its power.
Hahahahaha I couldn't be bothered to watch the actual episode but wanted to know what went on... Found this much more entertaining! Going to binge watch all of your reviews now.
The Marinette scenes were awful, but angry Ladybug was totally hilarious. Miraculous is very hit or miss, but overall, the drama with Marinette and Adrien is usually quite cringe and/or boring, while the scenes with Ladubyg and Cat Noir are super humorous and engaging.
i gotta say i really liked this episode, we got peter tingle scene from ladybug, angrybug, good muraculous cringe and (most important) cat noir saved the day! like i was waiting forever for that! And side note, i am sucker for a sweet but sassy at the same time comidan-guy so i get Adrien and what Marinette was trying to do and even though the movie sounds stupid it actually made me sad when they told the guy his movie wont be taken serious like theres nothimg worse than seeing a happy seweet good hearted person (those were the vibes he gave me) being so sad. Overall this seasson has gotten really good filler in my opinion with simpleman and this.
+2:15 It's 'Coleslaw' she says instead of 'rickshaw' that she means to say - with the Punchline in French being Bon Appétit. Not Cous Cous - which isn't the same thing and also isn't a pun.
As an answer to your question: Marinette is the only minor Ladybug holder so far. Tikki wouldn't need food for adult holders. And, yes, they can eat everything. They just need to eat to get their power back for a minor holder, but since Adrien and Marinette are friendly they get the kwamis what they like.
The message of this episode is basically “Be your own you Be your own you Don't do what I do, just be your own you It's much more fun to be yourself (than copy everybody else)” gumball reference for anyone who doesn’t get it.
To me, it was very good and entertaining, but it wasn’t super unique like most episodes in season 4. Still loved it though, maybe top 10 but not top 5!
is no one gonna talk about the whole 'but its not funny, they don't laugh, so then you wait for those awkward minutes for the video to end so you can cry in the shower' XDDDD MEEEEEEEEEEEEE
i’ve always wondered about why she threw up the fake lucky charm helmet when in deflagration you can clearly see that throwing up a fake lucky charm doesn’t work. so it got me thinking, maybe the makeup chat used for the helmet was the makeup lucky charm ladybug summoned, that or the writers had no idea what they were doing with the concept and it now became a mega plot hole
Can we all agree pissed off ladybug is AWESOME??? XD 0 chill her first move is just start throwing cars because hey the akuma is bound to be somewhere so just save time and crush the entire man XD Which now that I think about it, can her ladybugs bring dead people back to life? 🤔🤔 they DID bring back all the guardians so... Also props to her French voice actress, can't wait to watch the dub version.
I agree the Miraculous Ladybug in this case is a little messed up - she has the unsmashed one in her hand when she de-powers to basic Ladybug and then when it is thrown into the air just before breaking up it's the smashed one again. & Harry/Psycomedian is on the floor with no helmet on him. & neither of them had brought the damaged charm with them when they arrived. Not only that when they take the helmet away from the woman it's mid grey, when cat noir is painting it it's light grey or silver and then when it is returned to her it's black ! Also her make up on her eyes disappears BEFORE she detransforms - and that is just lazy as it's only like one scene they should have kept it in place the entire time until she'd detransformed.
Lol I love how plagg and adrien were so chill and tikki were just mad.Really remind me of reality tv shows where the husbands are chill and the girls aren’t lol🤣
Why I think this is a fine episode because the episode was written in season 2. And season two in my opinion the best season of all. I heard the episode kept delaying and delaying, but the idea was written in the second season.
I honestly didnt like it, i liked cat doing something for once but thats about it it just feels like the same thing over and over again with no changes and the fact that the airing order is so out of place really messes it up. I'm just really sick of marinette thirsting after Adrian
Yep I’m sick of it too but I didn’t like the episode cause marinette always gets her own way it’s seems like the comedian did all of that just for that creep marinette 😔
@@Zarii321 completely agree, and while it was great that cat was important in the episode but I was annoyed how even when ladybug was hit by psychomedian she still could fight if it was cat the show would make him do something embarrassing
@@fantasyawait - Yeah, that's the thing. Even where people are saying Chat took the lead, he barely did anything they didn't at least imply Ladybug was already thinking. When he pointed out where the akuma could be, rather than her saying something that showed frustration but without showing she already figured it out, like "Ugh, and to think I wasted my time going after the wrong object!" they had her just "No duh" him. When he pointed out the obvious solution for the helmet, instead of her getting frustrated because she ruined something that apparently WAS useful, she just says "It was so obvious it made me angry." So her ability to think wasn't impaired and when messing up in battle would *actually* screw them over, her fighting was better than before. On top of that, her rash actions weren't ever a serious liability (for example, there just happened to be a woman with a helmet *right there* so it didn't matter that she hastily ruined her lucky charm). Whenever Chat does something that rash, it always screws them *big time*. And Psychomedian, for some reason, made her angry instead of any debilitating emotion, like would be in his best interest, just to be sure that Ladybug wasn't actually taking much of a backseat. It felt more like halfway committing to giving Chat a chance to lead, not actually doing it. Compared to how much of a liability or outright nonfactor Chat is when mind controlled, why was Ladybug basically herself but a little less patient (like she usually is when she's that angry anyway)? Granted, they finally felt more equal. If equality was the norm between them I wouldn't mind much.
they can eat everything I guess bc in the one episode where they switched kwamis, they ate each other food. Tikki ate the cheese and Plagg had a cookie or smthn
I think it's actually the first time in a long while I see both Ladybug's and Cat Noir's new music while they are transforming... Cause most of the time, they are also cutting down on that as well, just skipping it, making them go behind something and showing a light that they transformed and boom, I had missed seeing their transformations
Can we talk about how this random clown is the most healthy relationship Gabriel has ever had in the show?
Yes ✋ 😊
What if Emilie secretly shipped them?👀

I was laughing so much at angry Ladybug like that was comedy gold. How she insulted poor Cat Noir when he claimed he did nothing, "yeah, that's the problem, you don't do anything!" Ouch. Also, "get lost little butterfly!" I totally lost it at that, fell out of my chair laughing.
I love this show too!! How old are you
Yeah I mean she does lose her cool in alot of episodes but this definitely drives me up the wall especially how rude she was telling the butterfly to get lost instead of respectfully saying bye bye little butterfly and yeah although the part where she was trying to impress Adrian was cringing and yeah I definitely don't like the fact that it was scaring Adrian but I do like how Marinette is trying to be funny because yeah I'm surprised that she's trying to make Adrian laugh even though she hates when cat trys to make her laugh that's the sign that ladybug does like cat's puns deep down and yeah times were he jokes and there's no emergency she's actually laughing so yeah I don't think she has anything against the joke part she just hates them getting in the way of the mission and yeah what she's really pissed off on cat is him harassing her and she looks cute with a cowgirl hat and a clown nose and although the painted eyes are kind of creepy I do like how it's making her look alot less serious and more playful and yeah I like how alya was trying to convince Marinette to be herself in this episode the fandom may hate Marinette but regardless that's good advice from alya ha I miss the old alya why was she encouraging Marinette to be Marinette towards Adrian in this episode but not perfection why didn't she tell Marinette that kagmi wouldn't make fun of her just for being herself around Adrian?
@@jennaiselaI’m in eighth grade, you?
This episode finally showed what Cat Noir is capable of, he is intelligent and a great fighter. it never made sense how ladybug was the only one coming up with plans, and it also didn’t make sense that she outdo him in battle when he knows Fencing and Karate.
fax
FOR REALLL
And in copy cat and chameleon she wasn't fighting cat noir she was fighting copy cat and chameleon
They can eat anything and are just picky.
Each food kinda represents their powers. Baking is creation. Cheese is mold, which is often a symbol of destruction or rot in some places.
OMG! That's really clever!
Oh yeah u described it perfectly
Plus in a previous episode, tiki has been shown to be willing to kill for sweets... so her prefrence is suger
I recall in one of the episodes where they swapped miraculous, Plagg had the macaron and Tiki the camanbert to recharge.
That is actually smart to represent it
13:03 Kwamis can eat anything they just have preferred foods. We see Plagg eat Tikki's food to recharge in one episode
and when they swap their miraculous they ate the other's food to recharge before going back to their partners
It ain’t all about cheese
they eat like human beings
And 3.adrian actually had a risk mark on so how are you able to see the fake Adrian without a risk mark but not the real Adrian
?
Yeah, he usually loses against everyone. He even lost against Scarabella. Like what the heck?
This episode was really good! It was refreshing since there wasn’t any Ladynoir conflict. It felt like a season 1/2 episode. I was glad to see Chat in charge for once (angry ladybug was also really cute lol). It’s sad to know that he gets left behind in future episodes, because he proved that he could be really helpful in this one.
Fr... It felt like a season 3 or season 2 episode. I thought that was just me 🥲
@@rinnellelee-piggott I mean...it was a season 2 episode originally. I guess the script didn't change much lol.
Same with the bug eyes when she says goodbye to the butterfly, or that nananaMiraculous Ladybug lmao I hope they keep this in the English dub
Adrien smiling at Marinette doing whatever she does is so cute. Again, this reminds me of the old Adrienette hints, and for the first time, I actually like them again (I kinda quit being an Adrienette shipper because of how creepy Mari is but this scene changed my mind a little)
Mari’s attempt to make Adrien laugh is also cute... and second-hand embarrassment... 😳
Harry is a nice character and I understand his ambition to bring other emotions to his audiences, but there’s one thing, it feels too convenient that a character’s first appearance is literally “a regular customer at the my parent’s bakery”. It’s always the bakery lol. And yet we’ve never actually seen him again, even in later episodes.
9/10 very great, fillers are way more entertaining than “plot-development” episodes, which just kinda go around and around with the “Chat feels left out” motive.
Yes yes yess!!! Completely agree
@@antonizajkowski9698 same 😊
Low key forgot that they both have enhanced strength until she started throwing that car
Well her parents' bakery is the best in Paris so that would make sense that Harry was a customer
I thought you were me
I love how this filler episode managed to do what story episodes can't, which is show Lady Bug and Chat Noir being competent heroes and progressing Adriens affections towards Mari.
They FINALLY reversed the useless Chat Noir gets hit and ladybug has to save the day trope!!!
It actually was the lucky charm she summoned. If you look closely then you can see that she throws a broken helmet in the air
It is just before it break up into ladybugs - but when she has it held close to the ground it's the unbroken one.
That will never happen
Yeah I agree 🙂 👍 💯
It´s more hit and miss really, when HM akumatizes someone, he´s always gambling that he´ll hit the jackpot and get someone who does his bidding with no sec objectives getting in the way of his.
Good job pointing out this detail!
@@callmeflower6901 but it's not even a detail. Every single akumatized villain do the same.
Miraculous doesn't have the best writing but you can tell when someone is actively looking for something negative to say.
@@vladimir3905 I didn't focus enough on that so i thought you pointed out a good detail at the end
even though this was meant to be aired earlier, it being delayed worked in its favour because of the Chat Noir thing, it was nice to have that. adrien finding marinette funny was cute i think, giggling at silly behaviour from a friend can be "laughing at" but in a fond way, like "there's my friend doing their silly little flailing, hehe". and whilst marinette trying to flirt was... very cringe, i remember behaving quite cringe around my crush when i was OLDER than these kids lmao.
i do have to disagree about the "oh the girl i like is X" thing - adrien and marinette are friends but they're not super close, and that kind of thing can be embarrassing. marinette doesn't ask who it is and at this point, she probably assumed it was kagami. plus, adrien hasn't exactly had a lot of social experience XD
bakery wise - the french are fucking serious about their fresh bread, and if the bakery is famous enough to be featured on telly im not shocked all the celebs come there
I liked this episode as well.
I realy hope the english actress can match that
For real I was dying through out, it was amazing
9:59 I don't remember exactly who, but I saw someone commenting that they think Adrien behaved this way because of some past experience, like get slaps and blows, he says his parents are good but i can't believe it...Anyway, I saw this theory in a video in Spanish and taking into account that Gabriel and his wife have already killed people it wouldn't surprise me if they had been aggressive with Adrien and then pretended that was just a joke, taking into account the fear reaction he shows, I mean, it might just be an exaggeration to set the mood for the episode, but there's still the possibility that it's not and we'll probably never know...
@Miraculous IsTheBest PLEASE DONT CLICK THE LINK this is probably a scam!
I absolutely burst out in laughter when marinette yelled "GET LOST LITTLE BUTTERFLY" 😂😂
@@etetgg1364 I agree 👍 💯 🙆♀️
Yeah I agree 🙂 👍 💯
Really sucks nobody mentioned Ladybug's new upgraded suit
Only Mr Ramier, Adrien and Rena had seen it in the episode prior
There's not much to look at. Also I hate the episode Mr.pigdion 72. Sooo. Yeah. x3
She actually did use the lucky charm to do the miraculous ladybug
If ya look close enough you see the helmet she throws is the smashed one
"GET LOST LITTLE BUTTERFLY!" Best miraculous line of all time!
Maybe someday we'll learn that cutie's name 😂
3) I felt so bad for Marinette during the scene when she's trying to reenact his joke and sprays him in the face and he looks so hurt, and she cries.
P.S. she says coleslaw, not couscous ☺️
Yup, Adrien needed to hide better. There are so many episodes where I question just how no one has found then out yet, their caution is so lacking!!
And as far as Tikki, it's definitely the sugar 😁
All in all a great episode in my opinion, one of the best this season!
My favorite line of the series:- GET LOST LITTLE BUTTERFLY
I really hope someone has edited together a clip of her saying that with one of Nooroo looking sad

I love how this episode changed the "chat noir gets mind controlled, ladybug does everything" thing.its nice seeing chat noir do the planning for once.
For some reason, Psychomedian is one of my favourite villains.
The design and the power is honestly cool. His design is simple and the mask is honestly the best part. Psychomedian’s power is one of my favourite ones in the series.
I think Miraculous is at it's best when it doesn't try to be some big drama and only focuses on the fun superhero stuff
The thing that makes this show great is that the filler doesn’t make you fall asleep
It does make me want to throw things at the screen when Bob Roth is on the show though.
This season has been so batshit crazy, that I was so happy to just relax and watch a normal episode. When I first started the show, I was simping for the idea of an overarching plot, but I needed an episode like this.
Glad that they finally gave Cat Noir a chance to show how good he is.
Even if this is a filler episode.
What the..?
Well if he's afraid of Marinette. I wouldn't blame him. Girl is psycho at time's!

I consider this episode 90% filler, because at least for me it confirmed without a doubt that Julerose are official
Psychodian show what Simple Man just how it’s done. To be fun filler you’re not simple but instead both psycho and comedian…. With dash of development
A missed opportunity is that they never had Chat fail to get affected by Psychomedian trying to make him depressed or sad, since we know Adrien already very much is and has been for a while.
that would have been just too sad. I don't think that would have fit with the tone of the episode but it's a great fanfic idea. I'd read that
@@gio-ve7vn You know what? Screw it, gonna write it

In the episode Reflekdoll Tikki ate a Camenbert (u know, where they switched miraculouses) so yea I guess it's just a preference thing
If Miraculous wasn’t a kid’s show, I’m pretty sure that angry Ladybug would’ve used curse words 😂😂😂
+4:45 a Little bit of Lore progression hidden there - we can see that Emma is the oldest and likely Hugo the middle and Loius the youngest child - rather than Hugo & Lois being twins as some have speculated - as well Adrien's Family is prone to have twins.
Lol I don't cry in the shower after the video finishes, I just enjoy it with someone who actually thinks it's funny.
I love how one of the best episodes in Season 4 is FILLER
If you look closely the miraculous ladybug is done with the crushed helmet not the one Cat Noir painted.
Is it me or does tikki look soo cute when she is angry
i like this episode just for the fact its so wildly unproblematic compared to the rest of the series. and dare i say cute at the end
I honestly died of laughter during the conversation between Gabby and Harry. Btw, I also Saud she's like Daredevil when she was blindfolded
Rose and Juleka have basically been confirmed by Astruc on Twitter. He wouldn't spell it out if they were holding him at gunpoint, but he winked it so hard his eyelids have massive muscles.
They literally had a friendship that turned into love like true ship
Man questions about the standard Miraculous behaiors changing in season 4 came for me, so i chocked it up to the Miraculos evolving becase they are SO OP and there are no limits to its power.

Ladybug saying "Get lost little butterfly!" Is probably one of my favorite things
"... Gorilla can hardly fit in a chair.." i lost it here😂🤣🤣🤣... Your commenting is just awesome!
I loved this episode 🐞☔️🐾💕💖✨☺️
+2:15 It's 'Coleslaw' she says instead of 'rickshaw' that she means to say - with the Punchline in French being Bon Appétit.
Not Cous Cous - which isn't the same thing and also isn't a pun.
"How popular is this fricking bakery?" Plagg: **Brings up how Marinette's mother is the most popular baker in Paris**
As an answer to your question:
Marinette is the only minor Ladybug holder so far. Tikki wouldn't need food for adult holders. And, yes, they can eat everything. They just need to eat to get their power back for a minor holder, but since Adrien and Marinette are friendly they get the kwamis what they like.
The message of this episode is basically “Be your own you
Be your own you
Don't do what I do, just be your own you
It's much more fun to be yourself (than copy everybody else)” gumball reference for anyone who doesn’t get it.
XD 0 chill her first move is just start throwing cars because hey the akuma is bound to be somewhere so just save time and crush the entire man XD
Which now that I think about it, can her ladybugs bring dead people back to life? 🤔🤔 they DID bring back all the guardians so...
Also props to her French voice actress, can't wait to watch the dub version.
3:33 Well, Adrien is a little socially inept given his background.
9:31 nice variety of “Premium cringe”. Love it 😂
I agree the Miraculous Ladybug in this case is a little messed up - she has the unsmashed one in her hand when she de-powers to basic Ladybug and then when it is thrown into the air just before breaking up it's the smashed one again.
Might’ve been my fave episode this season I actually laughed lol
Also chat noir is my son and love to see him thriving lol
Ok but the thumbnail...like Marinette is smiling while she's secretly depressed
Side note, she also used a different object to repair everything in the original mr pigeon episode
In the end of the episode Ladybug fixes everything with the broken (actual) lucky charm, not the one that cat noir painted
6:09 That's a creepy screenshot
Yea omg 😧
@@NaNa-cf4uc I agree 👍 💯 🙆♂️
@@mariesummers. yea completely agree the writers ngl are either lazy or just dont know how to go in depth with the stories and character
In reflectdoll plagg and tikki are given eachothers food, so they do just have favorites
they can eat everything I guess bc in the one episode where they switched kwamis, they ate each other food.
I don't think it matters what the kwami's eat just Marinette lives in a bakery so that is the most easily accessed item.
9:43 I never noticed how the sad face looks like a Sim’s facial expression.
The villain in this episode is honestly good. No goofy power, no goofy design. And angry ladybug is fun
