Hi Shivangi I’m new to makeup. I watched few of your videos of makeup tutorial. I noticed your wearing primer as the first thing. So my doubt is can we wear primer directly on skin without moisturiser?? Or you have already prepped your skin with moisturiser and then applying primer??

I have never done make up I wish I could do make up like you but my budget is very low and I only have to do make up four to five times in a year so please cheap make up kit that doesn't damage my face Make a video of such a kit
