I’ve got a feeling that the “Dr P.” Who wrote the book featured in Amphibia could be gruncle Ford from Gravity Falls as his last name is “Pines” (which starts with a P.) and he knows about Bill and inter dimensional travel
I really like this idea. I hope its true. the only reason I didn't include it in the video is because I think it stands for planter. but it would be so cool if ford wrote the book.
It would make more sense for it to be dipper who wrote it as by now we would have seen it in ford’s books, and dipper did get his own journal to write in in the last episode, so I think it’s dipper. Or it could be that mysterious pink frog in amphibia who looks suspiciously like sprig, she could be one of sprig’s ancestors because we know she has traveled to earth, and sprig’s last name is plantar. So I’m just putting that out there
When Luz returns from the demon realm, her mother reads the news of the missing Anne, who lost in the frog land, and its headline asks if it is hoax. This quick cameo is seen before Luz knocks on the door of her home at the very end of the last episode of season. But this same cameo confirms that Anne and Luz live in the same universe. But when it comes to Gravity Falls, Infinity Train, and others, I don’t know so clearly if the case is the same.
it also would mean that the two shows would be ten years apart from each other because in amphibians ending the frog invasion was believed to be a hoax ten years after the stories events
I would like to add the “origin of weirdness” in both gravity falls and owl house. Ford says that he discovered that all “weirdness” is leaking in from another dimension. Eda says that everything weird in Luz’s world is stuff leaking over from the Boiling Isles
but isn’t bill’s dimension 2 dimensional?, i mean, bill could be from a different dimension and all the weird creatures come from the boiling isles, but i highly doubt this is true, because of just the whole idea of two different dimensions leaking in.
You did miss one thing: In Hop til you drop, when Sprig is in The Art Gallery of the Mall, a prymaid with an eye is seen behind him, simular to Bill Cipher.
I mean, each show has its own tool for dimension-hopping, whether it be Stanford's Portal, the Clamity Box, or the Portal Door. All with varying degrees of complexity. Stanford's portal was built off of forbidden knowledge given to him by Bill, the Calamity Box is an intricate frequency-based tech powered by magic gems, and the Door is the least world-breaking of the 3 but is made with magical materials that are much more rare and exclusive to the Titan making them harder to come by.
I'd also like to think there's a massive cosmic ecosystem of Space/Time entities that inhabit each show's universe and we get to see a small aspect of that ecosystem explored in each character's story related to them. For Gravity Falls it's Bill and Time Baby, for Amphibia there's the cosmic Guardian that created the dimension stones and is in charge of watching over the multiverse, and the contrast between the magical Titains and the reality-warping Collectors in Owl House. They could all be linked together in some way by the all-knowing Axolotl that seems to have infinite knowledge and influence over the multiverse.
7:44 In the Gravity Falls lost legends book, there is a part when mable goes into different dimensions, and there is one with a fish soos, and also a sonic world. So, yes. There is a different soos in every world.
@@bearwithme5669 I'm sorry if i sounded snarky, i just wanted to point it out cause i read the book. Also there is one more thing im going to say: 8:03 In: Holly Wood Hop Pop, He encounters a human looking very similar to him. Same hair, Body ( Kind of), And a similar name. And evidence from the Soos' from multiple parallel universes, that can give us that every alternate universe version of somebody, they are usually the dominant species from that dimension. Like Fish Soos, and Frog Soos. Thanks for putting light to this so i can use my pink brain!
In the Owl House, season 2, Kings Tide. Once Luz enters the human realm again, you can see a news article mentioning Anne's experience in Amphibia. It's closer to the end of the episode and when Luz's mother is cooking, near the iron cast pot. It's a direct crossover between the shows. Hope I helped!! ^^
1:21 HER AIM IS GETTING BETTER! You see, it's funny cause marriage is terrible. 11:54 Not only is there the subtle sticky note, but also the waterfall in the bottom right.
I'm totally expecting a cross over during this last stretch of both Owl House and Amphibia! They both have heavy portal plot points, they are both reaching some sort of climax, and both worlds are clearly connected in some way.
@@KingFourth kinda, it was a panel at comic con that included the cast from both shows reading a script and voicing the characters from last year. People also have made animatics of it : m.ruclips.net/video/kDYwsSeV_9Q/видео.html
@@EliasTressa I meant more of a finality for both shows. Such as, by the time Belos opens his portal, Andrias completes the box and warps everyone to a Magically invaded earth. Or something like that.
Amphibia is ending way before The Owl House though. Season 3 is the final one and it ends mid 2022 while The Owl House hasn't even begun its own Season 3
I wanted him to point out that in an episode of gravity falls Stanford says “… I feel like the weird stuff in leaking in from another world” and in the first episode of The Owl House Eda says “… a little of our world leaks into your world”
It could be an 8 episode miniseries that focuses on each character and show in the future after their main finale. With a plot that has them meet and explore different and new aspects of each other's show and links them together through some universe-shattering force that affects all of them. But really, it should celebratory dessert final course, unnecessary but a great celebration and send-off to these shows and the memories we had with them.
Matt Braly also had an AMA right before True Colors premiered, and was asked whether Amphibia and the Boiling Isles could be part of the same multiverse, and his answer was "I don't see why not". Not an absolute confirmation, but is food for thought.
Here’s some lore to Keep you covered Bruce! In the owl house “Kings Tide”, When they go back to the human realm, you can see Luz’s mom cooking something. And guess what? Right next to it is a card that says “Daily News. Girl lost. In frog world? Loax” With a picture of The main character from amphibia (Ann)
To further extend this theory, I think the reason that everyone knows English throughout the planets is because Bill Cipher went to each of the planets and tought them English because in this multiverse, Bill Cipher could’ve invented English.
Something else interesting to note that nobody is talking about is that the UFO in gravity falls seems to have the same swirling symbols as the Newtopoa caste, meaning, if the newts traveled between dimensions Thousands of years ago they could have built the UFO and crashed into gravity falls, journal 3 references the UFOs creators living in 7 dimensions at once and have a horrible sense of direction, but one of the biggest pieces of evidence for this theory of mine is that the skeleton we see in the UFO in gravity falls has a tail... Just like a newt. The language is different but they could've changed it over the years judging by the fact that Ford said it was millions of years old which would make it way older than amphibian language (probably) and king Andrias. Also I'd like to mention at one point when Ford is getting taken to a jail somewhere or something in the small pod while dipper is running after him pinkish red swirls light up just like in amphibia and this could be a pre reference to Sasha's calamity stone powers.
In Amphibia’s finale, we get to meet a god of the multiverse. The calamity box was to experiment with giving mortals a bunch of power. Apparently Anne was the only one who chose to use the box for good purposes, cause everybody else would go crazy with it. This is where my theory kicks in. So the box we see in the basement of The Owl House that strikes a very similar appearance to that of the calamity box. The box we know of displays imagery of amphibians. If it’s used for dimensional travel, though, why would it be themed after a specific world? Well the box in TOH may be another version of the calamity box that was designed specifically for that universe. While the newts were messing around with conquering the multiverse, maybe the same god got tired of waiting until the box fell into the right hands. So maybe they made another box but assigned to a different universe. But because of the wording used in the finale, that box wouldn’t have been used properly, either. That box was most likely created way before Belos took over, or else he would have used it by now. I think the people of that time were also reckless with the box and drained all the power from it quickly. That’s why we see no villain or other character obsessing over the box, it’s drained. And since the Boiling Isles doesn’t have the three temples, it won’t be recharged any time soon. On a different note, I believe Bill Cipher and The Collector would be great friends. They both love playing games and causing chaos. Also while not as powerful, Darcy should also join the bunch. The trio of chaotic Disney cartoon villains that are very loved by their respective fandoms.
Also, I think both Bill and the Collector would dislike Rick (Rick and Morty is connected to Gravity Falls, so it's also connected to the Owl House and Amphibia) Also In the Gravity Falls Canon, didn't the Axolotl create the entire Multiverse?
Bill Cipher and The Collector only have one thing in common: they love to play games. As for the causing chaos part, the Collector does not enjoy causing chaos, not how you may think. Bill does it for fun, to play with people, to harm them. The Collector also does it for fun, but in an innocent way. He is unaware he is harming people for he just wants to play. That’s literally all he talks about, wanting to play games with people. Also his character is built off the foundation “what if you have a child godly powers”, so he’s just a chaotic innocent child of the stars.
When the news showing that Anne has returned from Amphibia appears in the bg of an episode of Owl House means that the invasion is yet to happen as of the events of Owl House which is really interesting to me.
A theory of mine is that owl house and amphibia finals will intertwine. It’s unlikely because of cost and creation time, but in terms of release date it makes since. My biggest supporter of this theory is that there’s two kings from likely connected universes trying to take over Earth.
Wouldn't that be awkward. Can you imagine spending centuries planning your take-over of Earth, only for the despot in the next dimension over to do the same thing on the SAME DAY!
Ford would make more sense, actually there’s a even bigger role of the multiverse in the shows. Star vs the forces of evil created the confirmed multiverse in the connection theory and all these versions of earth are taking place on the same one. But it’s also connected to Rick and morty, as gravity falls journal 3 shows a poster with a hidden message saying Rick was there, this makes sense. 2 crazy scientists exploring the multiverse, they probably became good friends at a point. Which means these are also within the central finite curve. Which means Rick is a supreme being pretty much. And Ford and rick would be in all these locations. If they made this whole big picture with even duck tales here with specific evidence it does make sense. Depending how ya look at it.
That's what I've been thinking. Rick and Morty has to be a major factor in all of this thanks to its limitless use of the multiverse idea, and I own Journal 3 as well, and in a different journal, there's a page about the Boiling Isles.
Rick and Morty is technically part of the multiverse with the episode where a mug, notebook and something else going into the portal in the basement of the Mystery Shack, and exits in Rick and Morty, and there are dipper and Mabel mortys in the citadel of Ricks
@@mastercontrO Not necessarily. To Rick C-137, Amphibia and the World the Boiling Isles are on may just be Other Inhabited Planets in the Universe that can be found in any Dimension. Other people travelling to these worlds wouldn't know _what_ Dimension they've travelled to, so they assume it's simply an Alternate Reality from their own - even if the Portal only transports within _the same Dimension!_ Only the Ricks and Mortys have the easiest means to travel between and catalogue the differences and similarities between a World in each Dimension, so until one of them starts screening a *"Dimension Hopper's Guide to the Central Finite Curve"* on Interdimensional Cable, we won't really know which Dimension(s) these connected shows are based within!
If Luz can open a portal to Amphibia, then it's possible for Anne to go back to Amphibia due to the permanent portal connecting earth and the boiling isles. All it takes is for Anne and Luz to meet and for them to know about each others exploration.
Also in the latest Owl House episode (King’s Tide) near the very end Luz’s mom has an article open that has a picture of Ann and next to it it says ‘Girl lost in frog land?? Hoax??’ Showing that at least the Owl House and Amphibia have to be connected!
In the Lost Legends book, after Dipper and Pacifica enter the massive underground place where all the creatures of Gravity Falls congregate, in the background theres a cart carrying Owlbert, or Eda’s staff. Since Gravity Falls happened in 2013, it’d make sense that Eda could have lost her staff at some point in her adventures to the human realm, and it somehow made its way to Gravity Falls. Just a fun Easter egg to notice.
The fact I learned so much from this and gives me so many theories myself is ASTOUNDING! All dimensions do genuinely seem connected but in a way, all because of the 4th Wall Bringing all dimensions connected but yet so different at the same time, all driven by what most people call “the Chosen One” (TOH reference). All these dimensions are probably so powerful that each one leaks a bit of each other into one another, even Eda stated it herself that Luz’s world is slightly affected by the Boiling Isle. And for those reading I hope you’re excited as I am for the final episode
there's something here I was really annoyed wasn't mentioned. Bill cypher sees through the triangles all throughout history and time. In the amphibia mystery shack there is a giant bill cypher rug, In which bill could most easily look through what happens in the owl house.
Yes in Owl House, it shows Anne’s experience in the frog land. But not to mention, that one episode in Amphibia, I don’t remember the episode but I think it’s season one, Grunkle Stan and Soos are Atleast in that episode.
I have a bonus theory that bounces off of that in kind of a crazy way. There isnt much evidence for this and it mostly just speculation but I feel like sharing. In Gravity Falls it is mentioned several times that the town not only has many supernatural oddities but it *attracts* them. They never specify a reason either, it's just an anomaly. In The Owl House its stated how things from the Boiling Isles tend to leak into the human world. Which is meant to explain every mythical creature as just a Boiling Isles inhabitant that stumbled into our world. We also know that Titan's blood is a key factor in traveling between the two worlds. I suggest this: The town of Gravity Falls has a mass quantity of Titan's blood somewhere. Maybe the blood is imbued into the soil? Either way, every creature in Gravity Falls is a Boiling Isles creature that stumbled into our world via probably the largest source or Titans Blood in the human world. And this could possible explain oddities being drawn to Gravity Falls too. Maybe they can sense something about the town is familiar? Either way this has been a reading I've been cooking up for a little bit. Thank you to whoever reads this lol
This.....actually makes sense. Ford said it himself that Gravity Falls seems to be some sort of beacon of weirdness, where some of it was leaking into that town. If memory surges, Ford never explained _why_ it was happening. All that we know it that knowledge is what lead him to Bill in the first place. This could be answered in the crossover that could be coming and possibly, the homecoming to Gravity Falls, with Anne and Luz as its new guests!
Honestly, you just drove me away in doing my homework. But it makes a lot of sense. I'm also hoping in a future episode in The Owl House we get to see a little bit of the Calimity trio in the backgrounds or they actually interact with Luz and the others.
I think the book "Dr.P’s Extraordinary guide to magic and mystery" is totally written by dipper, since in the gravity falls short’s there is a mini series called "Dipper’s guide to the unexplained". These two mean literally the same thing so i think when dipper grew up, he went to other dimensions to discover mysteries and stuff just like stanford did
Yeah, and not to mention Dr. P lines up with Dipper Pines, and I'm pretty sure he mentioned wanting a doctorate at some point. And even if he never outright mentioned it, he would probably be the type to get a doctorate at some point. Though I'm not quite sure how that would work with the timeline, assuming Amphibia takes place in 2020, 8 years after Gravity Falls in 2012. Maybe Ford helped somehow?
if the owl house, amphibia, and gravity falls are all just multiverses of real earth, than yeah, maybe in the amphibia multiverse dipper took ford’s apprenticeship and mabel didn’t accidentally take dippers bag starting weridmageddon.
@@splatoon2v-gamestreams729 If any of these characters are gonna end up with a doctorate at age 20 its dipper pines, though its just as likely it could have been his grandfather who has tons of doctorates
In terms of the whole "Multiverse theory" that theory is even FURTHER supported by Rick and Morty, and the fact that not only can you see Dipper and Mabel Mortys in the background at 6:37 but there's also a scene in RaM (Specifically S1E10) where during the chase scene Rick opens a bunch of portals and hops through one, then out of a different portal popped the exact same pen, notepad, and question mark mug that Grunkle Stan lost to HIS portal in the post credits scene of S2E07 of Gravity Falls. A point that I wanted to highlight since Rick and Morty wasn't meant to be a part of this video, but it still felt like an important detail to call out regarding the theory!
I hadn't noticed the dipper and Mabel Mortys in the background, thanks for putting the time it's seen at. Also I think this is really interesting to point out.. ;)
I would also like to mention the fact that the new godly villian in owl house reveled in the newest episode, "The Hollow Mind," is the collector, who reminds me of Bill way too much.
About the multiverse, in the Lost Legends book we see that there is Mables from a lot of dimensions. So I think this could also be considered as an strong point to the theory.
My son and I love all three shows and are in full support if this theory! We've watched all of Gravity Falls about a million times, Amphibia just short of a million times and now are just starting the Owl House. Can't wait to watch for the Easter Eggs on this one!
10:56 heyy, just wanted to tell you this episode WOULD be official if disney didn't cut off TOH short to 3 seasons only. And as u can see, disney is trying to cancel TOH and has tried. Multiple times
To be honest, I think that The Owl House and Amphibia are already proven to be in the same cinematic universe, in one of the episodes of Amphibia, the ones where Anne tries to get back to Amphibia to help defeat King Andrius, there were computer screens connected to an artificial portal device that had a blurry picture of The Owl House. I don't know about Gravity Falls though.
Yes, I believe that Amphibia and The Owl House are in the same universe because in one episode on an iPad on the owl house it shows a news article about a girl stuck in a world of frogs, with a blurry image of Anne
funny thing is about gravity falls though is that no one knows it exists. remember what dipper said on the last episode “this town is not on any maps”. the characters in the owl house and amphibia wouldn’t know about its existence because nobody has proof that it does (at least most people). and the characters in gravity falls wouldn’t know about amphibia or the boiling isles because they took place in a different part of america, away from all the weridmageddon junk.
in the newest owl house episode, there is a scene where Luz's mom is cooking and a tablet near her has a picture of Ann with a headline relating to her coming to earth
In the Gravity Falls Lost Legends book when Dipper is looking through the Journal about the crawlspace, the page next to is looks to be titled about the Boiling Isles.
The human realms all take place in the same world, with Amphibia and the Boiling Isles taking place in alternate universes; this is pretty much confirmed. Not just them, there's evidence that shows that Star vs. The Forces of Evil is connected as well, with Mewni being another alternate universe and SvTFOE's human realm being the same human realm as the other three. Also, the Rick & Morty was shown to be one of the different dimensions that Stanford traveled to while he was lost in dimensions. Hunter also has a Big City Greens plushy.
@Viewer Online101 Bro Star vs. The Forces of Evil is a lot of realities and dimensions and I think also multiverses but with the same realities of the series, in fact they already mentioned that from the first season, "if I remember correctly" so I'm not in that I agree with you and I see it as nonsense. Don't go too deep into theories, it's as if I were saying that Adventure Time or Steven Universe are also connected being that they are Cartoon Network series, also. Star turned off and completely destroyed all magic in the entire universe at the end of the series "yes I know something stupid and a homicidal act since many creatures need magic to live or survive" and that's why I see it as pointless to try to connect Star vs The Forces of Evil with the other series, since in this theory of yours I see it as illogical.
@@diegobarillas4164 how star vs the forces of evil was still connected to the other shows afyer the destruction of magic but don't put steven universe and adventure time because they belong to cartoon network
Fun fact, lets remember that Dipper and Mabel live in California, and Andrias its going that way to destroy Earth, if they actually share universe they could show up in one of the final episodes, i don't think they will do much, but i do think they could appear as a cameo in the background
I've pretty much been convinced that the version of Earth Amphibia takes place on is the same as Gravity Falls from the word go. Making it even more interesting is the Rick and Morty connection to Gravity Falls via portal, which connects Rick and Morty to Amphibia that way and also Solar Opposites as I'm sure that's on an Earth where there is a Rick and Morty.
In the last episode of the owl house, in the scene where Mrs. Noceda was cooking, the tablet next to the pot said; "Girl lost in frog land?? Hoax??", with a picture of Anne
Remember in the "Gravity falls lost legends" comic. There was multiple versions of Mable shown. So yeah it's most likely possible that it is the same universe or it's versions of them in that universe.
If these are all collected, Does that mean something like the Calamity Box Exists Inside of the boiling isles? Cause if so, that means luz would have access to any dimension, including earth. (Something I realized Though, Is That You Can’t See The Reflection Realm Inside Of The Calamity Box Book, Does That Mean It’s Literally Inbetween Existence?)
I think they're all in the same multiverse, yeah, but I doubt that will every have any real impact on the shows beyond just friendly nods to each other. Its a fun theory though!
you just got a subscriber your theory is very nice and you support your reasons so well i like the way you put this script together great work i love this theory and keep up the great work.
11:55 Sorry, I'm watching this like 2 months later but it's also ironic that in "Edge of the World" the Titan Trappers' "wisest hunter's" name is "Bill". (Also I am aware that that episode wasn't released when this video was, I'm just adding on.)
King's Tide confirms that TheOwlHouse and Amphibia are in the same universe, as at the end of the episode, when Camila is cooking, she has an article pulled up on her tablet titled "GIRL LOST IN FROG LAND?? HOAX??" with a picture of Anne beside that.
Fun lil fact since I happened to be rewatching toh: a little thing I noticed is that in the beginning of season 2 episode 13, there are actually 2 little details in the beginning of the episode. 1. Under one of Hunter’s pillows there is a plush of Sprig. (Amphibia) 2. This one isn’t from Gravity falls or Amphibia, but I noticed what looked a lot like a figure of Remy from another show called Big City Greens
I believe they're connected which is neat and they all have their own story to tell without a crossover being necessary. It would be cool if it happened after amphibia and owl house finale
I think if owl house got a proper season 3, we would have seen some kind of gravity falls crossover, I mean it’s not like getting the voice actor for Stan and Soos would have been hard or anything lol
You did miss one thing... In Dr. P's book there is a picture of Goliath from Disney's show Gargoyles. Which with a few canon changes of later seasons, could easilly fit into this connected world.
Gravity Falls: prevents the Antagonist from being isekai'd in the real world Owl House: Protagonist want to stay isekai'd Amphibia: Isekai'd Protagonist wants to go back to the real world.
I just figure out everything by myself and searched it on the net and found many evidence that proofs this theory. Also I think Star vs force of evil is connected too.
There's only one reason I don't think SVTFOE is connected. Star united every dimension. That means that if it took place in the same universe as GF, OH, and Amphibia, the Boiling Isles and Amphibia would be connected with Earth. She also got rid of the magic, which means no one would be able to cast spells in the Boiling Isles and the Calamity Box would lose its power. Unless SVTFOE takes place after OH and Amphibia, but I don't that's very likely. We also never see the Boiling Isles or Amphibia in the show. (Side note: Matt, Dana, and Alex seem to be a close trio and do a lot of collaboration together which makes it plausible for their universes to connect. And to my knowledge, Daron isn't seen interacting with them)
@@violetrose674 I also don't believe SVTFOE is connected, but I will say about the magic part that witches would still be able to cast spells. This is purely because where in SVTFOE, their magic comes from somewhere else, but in OH their magic comes from a bile sac that is connected to their heart. The glyphs may not work because they come from something else, but for witches who have that bile sac, they should still be able to cast spells since that's not connected to the magic that Star destroyed. Again, I do not believe SVTFOE is connected, but I do believe if it were and their universes got combined that witches would still have magic, Edit: This is not hate in any way whatsoever
Well when Bill takes the form of someone else, his original voice seems to stick with him. We can see this in Gravity Falls with Bipper. I now point you to the owl house. King and Bill have the same voice. Coincidence? I think not!
Technically, his voice is only the same to the person whose body he is taking over. Why wouldnt mabel notice Dipper’s voice change in the sock opera episode? Only Dipper could hear Bill’s voice from his body.
@@Solo-lf2eh In two sperate movies if the same actor who played a character in both of the movies uses a voice that is "similar" Is it the same character? Also this theory is stupid because when bill possesses someone he keeps his yellow eyes. also why would he shapeshift to be someone weak who lives in someone elses house?
It should be. Gravity Falls is shown to be connected. in S1 E10 one of the Portals that Rick shoots ends up with some small objects coming out of it which are Stan's fez and notebook he was holding in like... S2 episode 7 or 8 I believe. It was the episode where he put the bandage on his hand covering up a cut. Point is- Rick and Morty is definitely connected to Gravity Falls, but if it's connected to Amphibia and Owl House it's unspecified. It's one of those fingers and thumb arguments, best to leave it at that
We have to do it like Critical role and save it through crowdfunding our series. Critical role is an American web series featuring a group of professional voice actors and actors playing Dungeons & Dragons. The series first aired live on Twitch in March 2015 after much of the first campaign was played privately. Critical role then had the idea from their role-playing campaign for a real one 22-minute animated special titled "The Legends of Vox Machina". The team initially pitched the special to traditional media studios but had little to no success. They then launch a Kickstarter campaign to fund the special. They wanted $750,000 to produce the special.
I may be misremembering, but I remember there being a page in lost legends where there's a covered up journal entry seemingly about the boiling isles Edit: I found it, it's on the page across from the one talking about the crawlspace
I've watched all of Big City Greens which is also on Disney, and I think it's also connected in some way. In Toh, Hunters room, Sprig is under his pillow, but he also has a character named Remy on his shelf. And in one of the episodes of BCG (bigcitygreens) there was King and another plushie in an arcade claw machine.
6:23 and the hut at the bottom right has, yknow, the eye that is basically the same as toh (also edit: in the final episode of the owl house, it says "GIRL LOST IN FROG LAND (HOAX?)")
Something really cool I haven’t seen much around is that in the owl house season 2 finale when it’s showing Luz’s mother you can see on her tablet ‘Girl lost in frog world, hoax?’ And a photo of Anne. I very much so think that they are in the same multiverse and maybe in the same earth.
I have just finished watching the owl house and amphibia so i can watch this video withot spoilers and it has been the best month of my life. You changed my life man :D
I always like to think of the owl House in Amphibia taking place in the same multi-verse or being connected somehow. Because they were sister shows about being transported into a strange world. And because of all the connections at the owl house already has to gravity Falls I would also like to link them together and consequentially I would always think about these bill cipher meets darcy type situations. Now the collecter too. Now that I think about it I’m constantly thinking about how we all just brush off the fact that when they kill Bill cipher he literally cast a spell so that he can come back again in a different shape and time or something like that? What if he’s the collecter? And then there’s the reference to Stan in one of the owl House episode I think? (Omg he covered it) Now I’m thinking about mother Elm and the Axolotl bill always talked about. Omg I’ve had so many ideas.
A connection I noticed and haven't seen anywhere else is that if you look at the electronics in both worlds like there phones or laptops both shows have the same symbol which is a pear with a bite out of it which is a reference to apple in our world. In Amphibia I believe it is on Sasha's phone or it could be later on in season 3 that we see this and in The Owl House i believe its on a laptop either in season 3 or one of the episodes that show earth. Idk to me that just confirms it that they're connected.
The calamity box would be in the owl house because of the inter-dimensional link you spoke about and the portal that got broken in the last episode of The Owl House would have been a passage to stealing it from the dimension that is the Amphibia timeline after the cannonical TV show ended
Not gonna lie I thought I was just crazy and that I was the only person that connected the shows so this makes me really happy that someone else thinks so too!
I'm a big Rareware Fan, this kinda reminds me of how DKC and Banjo-Kazooie take place in the Same universe. I like the idea of this as well. GF, TOH, and Amphibia Taking place in the Same Universe, it makes the universe feel bigger than just the main cast of one particular series, and that helps it to feel real.
Don’t forget that on the page in Lost Legends where it shows the Crawlspace entry, you can see boiling isles on the next page! And in true colors, when Marcy flips through the book, you can see Bill Cipher
In The journal 3 book, it says that the pines threw the book in the bottomless pit so it could be anywhere, the mysterious “Dr. P” could have found the book and give himself a fake identity. Also in journal 3, it says that there are cursed doors that if you were to walk into, you would disappear forever, However, the door to the human that makes luz travel to the boiling isle could be a “cursed door” And finally, at the end of gravity falls, when bill is dying, he says I will return, and in a gravity falls book, the great axolotl ( who might be the one the people in newtopia were celebrating or the god that brought Anne back to life) said that if bill said his name he would be reborn as anyone in any universe at anytime, King from the owl house sounds very familiar and the person who voices king ( Alex Hirsch ) did this on purpose.
This also means that Star vs the forces of evil is connected as well. I remember some conformation that svtfoe and gravity falls are the same earth or something like that
I agree I have seen some evidence connecting svtfoe i just haven't seen the show yet so i haven't included it in my theory. But I might do a part 2 for the theory when i have seen it.
Another cool detail is that in the physical copy of journal 3 Case #28 Ford talks about mysterious doors that make people disappear. He says quote "the door appears to be a portal to a different plane of existence. Or instant death. Haven't had the nerve to test it."
I don’t really know about the frog during dissection day being an alternative Hop Pop, but I do think he does have an alternative version in Earth. Humphrey from the episode Hollywood Hop Pop. In it they make a pretty obvious joke that Humphrey looks a lot like Hop Pop in his human disguise. But now that I’ve seen this theory, it got me thinking: are they actually parallel versions of each other and that’s why they’re so similar? Idk, it just seems weird that an alternate version of Hop Pop would be a normal frog when Frog Soos and Human Soos are also alternates, but very different alternates
i have an idea that Amphibia and The Owl House have the same earth. on the last episode of season 2 of The Owl House, when Luz and her friends finally return to earth we get a split second of Luz’s Mom cooking, and a tablet behind her. the tablet says,”News Daily Girl lost in frog land?? Hoax??” with a picture of Ann next to it. So them meeting is still very possible.
In the last episode of TOH in season 2, there’s literally a news thingy about “Missing girl stuck in frog land” so I’m pretty sure that confirms that TOH and Amphibia are connected
not sure if you have notices but in episode 18 season 2 of amphibia “Bessie and the micro Angelo” at exactly 8:00 she is wearing a costume with a staff and the staff is kings exact skull it’s even missing a horn!
You also missed that, if I'm not mistaken, one of the Lost Legends stories focuses on Mable meeting alternate Mables further conferming the coexistance of alternate universes
Never seen amphibia but it owl house, there is the character named Bill who is a yellowish color with one eye (kind of). Maybe the people in that dimension used to originally worship Bill before the collector and that's why one of the characters has so many similar physical traits?
@@your_local_lucifer yeah that's the guy. But I dont think the tiny frog is a counterpart because soos and Stan are both amphibians in amphibia which is the dominate species of amphibia and Humphrey is a human, the dominate species of earth. So maybe their counterparts are the dominate species of the world they are in and the dead frog is just a gag. Idk lol
6:27 the island is the shape of pacman, that is also referred to in TOH season 3 episode ??? When the Collector makes Luz, Eda and King play games including pacman :D
It could also be Dipper, this would be Dipper a few years into the future, probably having a doctorate at this point
@@charlessandison5740 I hope so that would be so cool.
So I’m just putting that out there
everyone: Thinks Dr. P. is dipper
me: ISN'T THERE FORD PINES, WHO LITERALLY TRAVELED DIFFERENT DIMENSIONS FOR 30 YEARS!
Infinity Train is by Cartoon Network not Disney
@@TealWolf25 I agree with you
it also would mean that the two shows would be ten years apart from each other because in amphibians ending the frog invasion was believed to be a hoax ten years after the stories events
Marcy does know about the 3 journals from Gravity falls because she saw something about it
What does infinity train have to do with this
The whole Eda and Stan in las vegas seems like an awful theory at a glance, but the descriptions and the 30 and flirty shirt sell the theory for me.
I would like to add the “origin of weirdness” in both gravity falls and owl house. Ford says that he discovered that all “weirdness” is leaking in from another dimension. Eda says that everything weird in Luz’s world is stuff leaking over from the Boiling Isles
Interesting
So I guess gravity falls was just a weirdness jackpot
Those giraffes tho, like fr
I think it comes from an other universe than boiling isles
but isn’t bill’s dimension 2 dimensional?, i mean, bill could be from a different dimension and all the weird creatures come from the boiling isles, but i highly doubt this is true, because of just the whole idea of two different dimensions leaking in.
You did miss one thing: In Hop til you drop, when Sprig is in The Art Gallery of the Mall, a prymaid with an eye is seen behind him, simular to Bill Cipher.
OOOOH nice find. I never noticed that one thanks for pointing it out :)

This is a good theory man

In the Owl House, season 2, Kings Tide. Once Luz enters the human realm again, you can see a news article mentioning Anne's experience in Amphibia.

To further extend this theory, I think the reason that everyone knows English throughout the planets is because Bill Cipher went to each of the planets and tought them English because in this multiverse, Bill Cipher could’ve invented English.
Well I don't think bill would do that but it's bill don't know what he we do
Bill could of done this
I guess Bill went to England
I love the idea that bill cipher woke up one day and invented english then proceeded to spread it around the multiverse
Ooooh that's really interesting. I might look into that more. Thanks for bringing it up
@@bearwithme5669 :O 36 mins ago
I like that idea it makes a lot of sense to me
Mat pat should hire you
I had already thought of that.
The trio of chaotic Disney cartoon villains that are very loved by their respective fandoms.
i may be wrong, but didn't the diety give them the stones, not the box? That would mean that the Newts made the box to harness the stones
Also, I think both Bill and the Collector would dislike Rick (Rick and Morty is connected to Gravity Falls, so it's also connected to the Owl House and Amphibia)
Also In the Gravity Falls Canon, didn't the Axolotl create the entire Multiverse?
Bill Cipher and The Collector only have one thing in common: they love to play games.
As for the causing chaos part, the Collector does not enjoy causing chaos, not how you may think. Bill does it for fun, to play with people, to harm them. The Collector also does it for fun, but in an innocent way. He is unaware he is harming people for he just wants to play. That’s literally all he talks about, wanting to play games with people. Also his character is built off the foundation “what if you have a child godly powers”, so he’s just a chaotic innocent child of the stars.
@@angelinqxx Basically a Chaotic Neutral, if you will.
Better theory than mine hah
I would honestly hate it because I never got into Amphibia so I would prefer no crossover
@@SaishoVibes It's almost impossible for it to happen anyway but it would be a cool alternate timeline or something
Andrias to Belos: "You been planing this for 350 years, i been planing this for a 1000!!!"

Remember. Soos is a background in an episode of Star vs. also, THE MYSTERY SHACK IS IN THE SHOW.
Rick and Morty is technically part of the multiverse with the episode where a mug, notebook and something else going into the portal in the basement of the Mystery Shack, and exits in Rick and Morty, and there are dipper and Mabel mortys in the citadel of Ricks
If Rick and Morty are Canon in the Gravity Falls Multiverse doesn't that mean that the Gravity Falls Universe goes beyond the central finte curve?
Yeah i feel both could be in the same universe and meet eachother

Also in the latest Owl House episode (King’s Tide) near the very end Luz’s mom has an article open that has a picture of Ann and next to it it says ‘Girl lost in frog land?? Hoax??’ Showing that at least the Owl House and Amphibia have to be connected!
I was just about to comment that xD
In the Lost Legends book, after Dipper and Pacifica enter the massive underground place where all the creatures of Gravity Falls congregate, in the background theres a cart carrying Owlbert, or Eda’s staff. Since Gravity Falls happened in 2013, it’d make sense that Eda could have lost her staff at some point in her adventures to the human realm, and it somehow made its way to Gravity Falls. Just a fun Easter egg to notice.
What page number???
That's quit interesting
The fact I learned so much from this and gives me so many theories myself is ASTOUNDING!
All dimensions do genuinely seem connected but in a way, all because of the 4th Wall
Bringing all dimensions connected but yet so different at the same time, all driven by what most people call “the Chosen One” (TOH reference). All these dimensions are probably so powerful that each one leaks a bit of each other into one another, even Eda stated it herself that Luz’s world is slightly affected by the Boiling Isle. And for those reading I hope you’re excited as I am for the final episode
Very exited. really loved for the future. Cant believe we only have one owl house episode left
there's something here I was really annoyed wasn't mentioned. Bill cypher sees through the triangles all throughout history and time. In the amphibia mystery shack there is a giant bill cypher rug, In which bill could most easily look through what happens in the owl house.
Is it possible the Axlotl that Bill spells out before his death could be a deity of some sort from Amphibia?
Ooooh that's actually really interesting idea. I like it!!!
Actually yes but sadly it isn't on amphibia but you can find it in the gravity falls book
Omg that's actually so smart
The Core its axoloth, so.......
@@RezznotPeak I don’t think it’s the core, perhaps the axolotl is a being that created the calamity stones and imbued them with power
Thank you to whoever reads this lol
wow I really like this idea. that's a cool theory
It's in the UFO under the town. A titan was piloting it. My guess.
But then, why would the blood trap Bill in the town

funny thing is about gravity falls though is that no one knows it exists. remember what dipper said on the last episode “this town is not on any maps”. the characters in the owl house and amphibia wouldn’t know about its existence because nobody has proof that it does (at least most people). and the characters in gravity falls wouldn’t know about amphibia or the boiling isles because they took place in a different part of america, away from all the weridmageddon junk.

In the last episode of the owl house, in the scene where Mrs. Noceda was cooking, the tablet next to the pot said; "Girl lost in frog land?? Hoax??", with a picture of Anne
when anne says her fav show, she talks about the protag, and perfectly describes luz!
Remember in the "Gravity falls lost legends" comic. There was multiple versions of Mable shown. So yeah it's most likely possible that it is the same universe or it's versions of them in that universe.
I agree with you. I think they should make a crossover most likely in our whole house because the other 2 shows have finished.
Hm, good point.
I think they're all in the same multiverse, yeah, but I doubt that will every have any real impact on the shows beyond just friendly nods to each other. Its a fun theory though!
Yeah!
you just got a subscriber your theory is very nice and you support your reasons so well i like the way you put this script together great work i love this theory and keep up the great work.
wow thank you so much. I'm really glad you enjoyed the video. thanks again for such a kind comment. 👊👊👊👊
@@bearwithme5669 np mate have a nice one

Sorry, I'm watching this like 2 months later but it's also ironic that in "Edge of the World" the Titan Trappers' "wisest hunter's" name is "Bill".
(Amphibia)
2. This one isn’t from Gravity falls or Amphibia, but I noticed what looked a lot like a figure of Remy from another show called Big City Greens
Another thing I found in Lost Legends was a page of the journal that directly mentioned the boiling isles.
that's really cool.
@@bearwithme5669 yeah, theres a frame of the book with a page titled The Boiling Isles
@@spooder1568 cool. I missed that one. Thanks for pointing it out :)
I believe they're connected which is neat and they all have their own story to tell without a crossover being necessary. It would be cool if it happened after amphibia and owl house finale
Yeah I agree. I want owl house and amphibia to focus on there own story's but it would be nice to see a cross over after they finish
It would be pretty cool if these three show became the beginning of some sort of cinematic universe. Like one of the main hints is a bill cipher sign
@@florencejohnpaclibar.1b872 That would be so cool
@@bearwithme5669 Yeah, it would
I think if owl house got a proper season 3, we would have seen some kind of gravity falls crossover, I mean it’s not like getting the voice actor for Stan and Soos would have been hard or anything lol
You did miss one thing... In Dr. P's book there is a picture of Goliath from Disney's show Gargoyles. Which with a few canon changes of later seasons, could easilly fit into this connected world.
@s92 Not exactly how the Gargoyles show worked, but they did visit the realm of Avalon more than once
Gravity Falls: prevents the Antagonist from being isekai'd in the real world
Owl House: Protagonist want to stay isekai'd
Amphibia: Isekai'd Protagonist wants to go back to the real world.
What do you mean, are you saying the Nightmare Realm and Weirdmaggedon is isekai?
@@AZAtro2648 Bill got Isekai’d into the Gravity falls world
The fact I love all these series and watched them all is so amazing
They are all really amazing shows.
I totally agree! Did you notice the Curiosity Shop in Amphibia looks like Bill from Gravity Falls?
I just figure out everything by myself and searched it on the net and found many evidence that proofs this theory. Also I think Star vs force of evil is connected too.
I agree I think star vs the forces of evil could be connected. I just haven't seen it yet so I didn't want to cover it in this video.
yup! the dimensions all connects
Again, I do not believe SVTFOE is connected, but I do believe if it were and their universes got combined that witches would still have magic,
Edit: This is not hate in any way whatsoever
@@violetrose674 kinda like the calamity trio of directors huh?
In my opinion, this is a really good explanation of how and why they could be connected, good job!
thanks :)
Well when Bill takes the form of someone else, his original voice seems to stick with him. We can see this in Gravity Falls with Bipper. I now point you to the owl house. King and Bill have the same voice. Coincidence? I think not!
Its pretty sus
alex voiced both of them.... does that mean that bill is also stanley and soos?
@@Unit0998Well king's voice is way more similar to bill's than stanley and soos so no
Technically, his voice is only the same to the person whose body he is taking over. Why wouldnt mabel notice Dipper’s voice change in the sock opera episode? Only Dipper could hear Bill’s voice from his body.
@@Solo-lf2eh In two sperate movies if the same actor who played a character in both of the movies uses a voice that is "similar"
Is it the same character? Also this theory is stupid because when bill possesses someone he keeps his yellow eyes. also why would he shapeshift to be someone weak who lives in someone elses house?
Would this mean Rick and Morty would be connected to the other two since it’s connected to Gravity Falls?
I’d like to think so, it would make sense
You what else cartoon crossover the gravity falls owl 🦉 house 🏠 amphibia Svtfoe, infinity train 🚂, Steven universe, adventure time and Gumball
It's one of those fingers and thumb arguments, best to leave it at that
@@sleepywalker87 don’t forget that stanford canonically had a chat with rick, I don’t remember the episode tho
We have to do it like Critical role and save it through crowdfunding our series. Critical role is an American web series featuring a group of professional voice actors and actors playing Dungeons & Dragons. The series first aired live on Twitch in March 2015 after much of the first campaign was played privately. Critical role then had the idea from their role-playing campaign for a real one
22-minute animated special titled "The Legends of Vox Machina". The team initially pitched the special to traditional media studios but had little to no success. They then launch a Kickstarter campaign to fund the special. They wanted $750,000 to produce the special.
Man, how I wish that we would get one big movie that crosses over all of those stories into one. That would be epic.
it would be amazing
Thatd be really cool. We just have to hope if Bill shows up he has another weirdness attraction barrier to stop him 😂
It would be awesome but let's hope there's 3d glasses I could imagine bill reaching out at the people watching still tho sick idea
@@chiateghang3629 Omg imagine Bill and the collector teaming up, the universe would be doomed
I may be misremembering, but I remember there being a page in lost legends where there's a covered up journal entry seemingly about the boiling isles
Edit: I found it, it's on the page across from the one talking about the crawlspace
6:23 and the hut at the bottom right has, yknow, the eye that is basically the same as toh
(also edit: in the final episode of the owl house, it says "GIRL LOST IN FROG LAND (HOAX?)")
I'm glad my video motivated you to watch amphibia and owl house. Both shows are just so amazing and deserve as much love as they can get.
(Omg he covered it)
Now I’m thinking about mother Elm and the Axolotl bill always talked about. Omg I’ve had so many ideas.
Also at 12:11, you can see that Two of the beast below have yellow eyes with slits in them, those eyes only appear when bill takes control of someone
The calamity box would be in the owl house because of the inter-dimensional link you spoke about and the portal that got broken in the last episode of The Owl House would have been a passage to stealing it from the dimension that is the Amphibia timeline
after the cannonical TV show ended
"GIRL STUCK IN FROG LAND!"
"HOAX?"
-the owl house last episode I think
How much does someone wanna bet there's gonna be a movie where all 3 cartoons come together. I MEAN THEY DID THIS WITH MILO MURPHY LAW'S
Not gonna lie I thought I was just crazy and that I was the only person that connected the shows so this makes me really happy that someone else thinks so too!
I'm glad people agree with the theory. There's just so much connecting these shows.
Haven't had the nerve to test it."
that's pretty sus
I feel like also the fact that Amphibia and The Owl House are being released at the same time is suspicious, too.
I agree
This aged very well because in in the last episode of season two b in the owl house we see a news article about Anne’s disaperance
Not me revisiting this vid without knowing
This is actually a great theory! And a great vid in general, new sub unlocked!
Keep up the great work.
Thank you so much!!! glad to have unlocked a new sub. Also glad you enjoyed the video.

I feel like hop pops parrelell self would be the human that looks nearly identical to him (I don't remember what his name is lol)
In retrospect I agree. I think that makes more sense.
I think it you're mentioning Humphrey, that one guy that looks like Hop-Pop.
He might have 2 Earth counterparts, a human and a frog.
Idk lol
@@offensivejokes5752 Yeah that makes alot of sense
10:04 Bottom right corner, the house on the hill looks a lot like the mystery shack too.
6:27 the island is the shape of pacman, that is also referred to in TOH season 3 episode ??? When the Collector makes Luz, Eda and King play games including pacman :D
In amphibia, in one of the recent episodes with the crazy scientist lady, you can see the owl house on of the monitor screens in the portal room
Nvm he already pointed this out
