Glycerine is not an oil 😅 it’s a sugar alcohol and absolutely oil free. Any glycerin will make your skin glow. Glycerine helps attract moisture and lock it in. If you have dry skin don’t use it alone or too much from it. Glycerine is a moisture magnet it helps to pull moisture out of air or your body lotion and penetrate but if you live in a harsh dry environment and use it alone it will suck the moisture out your skin and leave you dry. There is such thing as stinging, burning, irritation from glycerine but rare.

Tina... I must confess you nailed this video. I agree with you that this naturalle carotonic body lotion, face cream, serum and glycerin are the best.
For anyone that wants to use it, just buy all the products in this line. Mix equal parts of the glycerin and lotion for body in a small container( I prefer it runny and easy to apply, it tends to glide on easily and be more moisturising too) , then apply a very small quantity of the cream on a damp skin, wait for awhile and then apply the serum. Yes, unlike the popular sequence of applying a serum before a cream... I found out that this product worked better for me in reverse. This is because the cream is so light and sinks in easily on my acne prone sensitive skin and the serum which is like creamy oil lotion melts on application and soaks right in after the cream perfectly. When I did serum before cream, I got blackheads on my face. Surprisingly some other RUclipsrs do the cream before serum too and it works like a charm for them too.
Use only at night and then use the Makari voile de corps hand and body lotion during the day. This hand and body lotion is the Holy grail of Makari products. I wonder why people don't rave about it. It feels so good on the skin, smells delicious and moisturises so well while drying up fast too. It is so light, it is just amazing.
Exfoliate twice a week with Makari luxurious lightening exfoliating body wash while you bath daily with the Makari naturalle catatonic soap. Be patient and see your skin become even toned, fairer, soft and supple in 3 months of consecutive use. You can also opt for Extract papaya and calamansi soap or Likas papaya soap. Using any of the Makari sunscreens will be a plus. I truly love this range.
PS, Once a day preferably at night, is the best way to use the face cream, serum, glycerin and body lotion to reduce any possibilities of reactions like acne and blackheads.

I’m a victim of break out because of the carotonic face cream. I’ve never seen my face this rough because I’m not someone that usually has pimples and I’m so sad about it..I use the serum and cream twice a day and it really broke me out so I’ve decided to be using the serum every other day and the lightening face cream once a day.

Tubonimi Waquong I totally understand what you are going through. I will advice you to keep using the face cream twice a day. In the morning and at night. Do not use the serum for now. Also, depending on what country you are, I will want you to try the witch hazel toner that I mentioned in this video. Do this for a month and let me know how it goes. Good luck..😘

Carotonic is for oil and acne prone skin type but may be you have a sensitive skin then go for the brown color or the green they are for sensitive skin
I used the lotion on my face and no single breakout. And my face is sensitive. The tube cream really causes acne.

You have oily skin. Same as mine. Other parts are okay but face gets oily which becomes worse if I don’t put any product at all.

I bought carotonic extreme body lotion and I mixed it with makari botanical body oil and it's giving me blackpatches on my hands,what should I do
I haven’t try the botanical oil from Makari before. I advice you stop the mixture for a week and see if you will notice any difference. Then you can try mixing the glycerin oil with the lotion. Let me know if any improvement. Good luck.
I will stop using the lotion because I don't understand why one can't use the lotion without mixing it with oil or glycerine and the oil or glycerine must be makari products
The company should have made the lotion like normal body lotion without activating it with oil or glycerine, except the person using the lotion decides to mix it
