I find maliszewskis tournament performances and tech scores so impressive that I put him at #1, but I have no trouble understanding how someone would do the reverse. The important thing is realizing that these two were the best and that its not even close.
Akolibed being only 14 really shocks me. He improved immensely in 2022, and he gave us another lifeline vs akolibed, when the game competition was pretty much dead from mrekk.
2022 was a year full of memories and insane scores for the community it's these moments im glad to be a part of this community, good video too nice job!
There should also be a top 20 players of 2022 ranked by actual top 500 players ngl Having a community chose one is sick but it would just be nice to see pro input as well

Ascension to Heaven 3 mod plus he is probably the fastest raw speed player to date(I think don't quote me on that not sure) but still you gotta see the live play as Ascension to Heaven is just insane

So true, more than half of his tech scores are unreplicable even by the best tech players and he imo pushed the boundaries of the tech skillset far more than anyone else this year with his scores on Nexta and Exit This Earth's Atomosphere along with so many other notable ones on top of being one of the two Korean titans alongside Karcher in the tournament scene.
Xooty still has competition in skills that shes good at (mostly hdhr) by frankie, chocomint etc. and aetrna is i would say the Best speed player even though on the last year many new speed players started get recognized like ninerik or sytho

great video, but I think window life is really overrated and should be like 18th, worst hr player should be 9th, and utami... well idk it might be my personal biased but I think he's also slightly overrated, and oh yeah I would actually put roaz instead of ninerik on 20th place
