I live in Brooksville Florida and know every place in this movie and I still go that drive in that's in Ocala Florida. It blew me away seeing all these places in the movie .the only thing different is the cemetery name is called Springhill cemetery now and has no gates anymore
You're exactly right! If Clark stayed in the horror genre he would of given John Carpenter a run for his money. BLACK XMAS and DEATHDREAM are 2 of my Top 10 horror films from the 70s. Both came out in the same yr too. He almost directed another horror film right after these 2 from a screenplay from Carpenter. About some deranged family up in the mountains. Project unfortunately fell thru.
BU told me STAGEFRIGHT isn't in the works. Rumor is SEVERIN has it now. Would love THE PROWLER, but the materials aren't good enough for a 4K from what I heard. Same goes for .. FIGHT FOR YOUR LIFE. I would love ANGUISH too, but I don't think BU has that one anymore either.
