i bought one if these for $2150aud 3 months ago off ebay from a seller called TK Loop. i bought the 10 meter version WITH A 2 YEAR WARRANTY. when i opened it up for the first rime the main door zipper was broken so i contacted Tk Loop and after many conversations he agreed that i could get a trimmer to come and sort it out I got a quote for $300 for tge rwpair and the next day TK Loop deposited the money in ny account. 3 months later it split along a seam in one of the columns so i once again contacted TK Loop on ebay i sent him pics of the split and he said it must have been something I did wrong to cause it i tried to make him see sense that it was on a seam and that it was definitely a manufacturing fault. Anyway to cut a ling stort short i had to pay $200 to get it repaired. I contacted ebay who fobbed me off to paypal who said there was nothing they could do about it and that ebay always shove people off to paypal so back and forth it went for NO RESULT. I use this for my business and to date ive had 10 days down time and 3 days ago it split again on another seam only this time the split was about a meter long. its going to cost me another $770aud to get it fixed and another 5 days down time. So my advice is DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE CHINESE CHEAP PIECES OF CRAP. AND AVOID EBAY BUT ESPECIALLY TK LOOP THE SELLER He is a liar and does not honour the warranty he offers once the 30 days ebay safety net has expired
