  • Today I practiced some of my Karate kicks and ended the day with raw strengthening. I had a good session today in this Cemetery/ Park and as for usual in my training, I sure had a good sweat.

Im not specialized in martial arts but i d ve started with heavy, explosive,as hard as possible kicks, then i d do the same kicks ultraslow with ankle weights. Then i d do em even slower weightless and that d be my entire kicks workout focused on power and technic, however im not good enough in martial arts so idk if that's a good Approach, that's just smth i d do based on experience from differnt sports

Cool! I like this approach. I always try to do different workouts every day so I can train hard every day without getting too fatigued. Actually I think I could also implement more weighted slow kicks, I think it’s one of the best methods for strong kicks. 🔥

@@Travel-andTrain sorry but Ur ohp form is terrible, grab barbell closer, go lower, dont bend in lowback, keep barbell closer to Ur face during the move. Its not same as Handstand push up, ohp requires way more stabilization and uses midriff, calistehnic exercises dont use that stomach muscle, only when outside weight pushes u in some direction u can engage those muscles. Also Ur latpulldowns have very inconsistent technic, one time u keep elbows behind u, second time u keep em in front of u and on top of that Ur sets were too easy they seemed like rir 6+ (reps in reverse) they cannot stimulate u, because u r not a begginer, u must go harder mate
