Acrobatics in SOUTH KOREA 🇰🇷// The Training continues
Guys! I made it to South Korea!
It’s been only a few days since I have been here but it feels like so much happened already. I got a job in a hostel, made many friends and shared many stories. Now it’s time to do what we do best, training.
I am falling in love with Traveling and Training more and more. Let’s go Seoul, show us what you got!

    I love this. I’ll be in Thailand in about 3 years but competing here in America on nov 2nd. My boxing mentor told me before he left that it’s counter intuitive to throw devastating blows in every attack during a combo. That said your tired cause your throwing your power in every blow. That is great for conditioning in itself. Good luck friend 🙏

      Ich komme immer gerade so über die Runden, ich hab in Deutschland für Brasilien angespart und im Grunde all meine Sachen verkauft 😆dann habe ich von dort ein Flug nach Thailand gebucht, um in Thailand einzureisen braucht man aber ein Ausflugticket - da habe ich für 150€ ein Ticket nach Süd Korea gebucht. Das fliegen ist das teuerste. In den Ländern selbst geht der Preis. In Brasilien habe ich in einem Hostel gearbeitet für Unterkunft und Essen. In Bangkok habe ich bei Freunden geschlafen und ein bisschen privat Coaching gegeben. Ein bisschen Hilfe von einem Freund habe ich auch bekommen als es eng wurde. Ich bin gespannt wie es hier in Südkorea läuft. -

    • @Travel-andTrain
      @Travel-andTrain 3 месяца назад

      Das weiß ich leider nicht genau, sorry! Man kann den Trainern dort sagen das du in der Nähe wohnen möchtest und dann bekommst du ein günstiges (im Vergleich zu Deutschland) Apartment. Das ist das Ding, wenn man einmal in den Ländern ist, ist es oft günstiger als zuhause. Das Training kostet 500 baht im ,,open gym“. Wenn du dort länger trainierst gibt es vielleicht auch günstigere Verträge.

    U r connecting capoeira with muay thai so well, keep going!

  • @gigaszef8985
    @gigaszef8985 3 месяца назад

    U dont hit strenght exercises far enough again. when u r performing pull ups for absolute max reps then u can see ur last 2-3 reps r slower than previous 10. They r slower not because u r making em slower but because u r pulling as hard as possible but u dont have enough strenght to keep tempo and so those reps become slower then ur body recruits high threshold motor untis and thise high threshold motor untis make u stronger, when u miss those last reps that r slower u wont get stronger, only begginers can get stronger without activating high threshold motor untis

Don’t take me as a guide for expenses haha 😂 I am living at friends places and I am very saving, currently most of the days I live on less than 400 baht. So I don’t want to give you wrong information:) but You can get a good meal for 40 - 60 baht (streetfood), a normal train ride cost around 40 baht as well. Depending on your lifestyle I think you can get quite far with 800 dollars. Hope it helped a bit bro, have a nice trip here!!

    When it cracks without pain its ok. If you want to get it away one idea that I have, since it could be some tendon or band jumping around, try to do the movement very slow and find the point right before the crack. Then maybe stay there for a moment then go back up again and then down again to right before the crack. Maybe you can go deeper and deeper with every rep. Otherwise play with the positioning of your ankle, knee and hip or stretch the muscles around the knee before doing the move. I would try that.

  • @gigaszef8985

    Im feeling scamed becaue u did kickboxing which u didnt mention in 21days muay thai video. These r very similar sports. During handstand Ur head ll always be red because blood goes to Ur head and so blood pressure grows. Its normal to be stronger on a one side, im stronger on right side in 95% moves but there r moves that im better at on the left side, noone knows why, scientists didnt figure IT out yet
