does anybody remember all those different the Tuss myspace pages? each one had a different top 8 with other versions of the Tuss...each with it's own tracks...what happened to those tracks?
If there's still anyone who hasn't heard, Aphex Twin admitted The Tuss was him a few times in 2014 when Syro was new (also once in his soundcloud but the song it was on has been made private since).
Does anybody know where to find this kind of experimental/IDM music? In particular - drum-heavy soundtracks with unusual sound effects. My main resources nowadays are Aphex Twin with his numerous other names and Squarepusher. I would love to know, if there is some kind of aggregate that offers similar music.
Check out Venetian snares if u haven't heard of it . And listen to the tracks Hajnal and masodik galamb , they got some nice drum sequences and some nice beats . Little more aggressive but still good
trackermatte, jidomatix, dave monolith, and eod are the most directly similar while having their own sort of unique take. out of those, jidomatix and trackermatte are my favorites others that are similar, but but less so are autechre, boards of canada, bochum welt, μ-Ziq, and many more as for venetian snares, most of his songs seem to be less focused on weird sounds, but his most recent album, traditional synthesizer music, has a pretty similar vibe

BIG ep by Karen Tregaskin
Karen doesn't exist This is made by Michael Jackson.
Nah, Brian Tregaskin has this on lock.

Little known fact: Karen Tregaskin is one pseudonym of Brian Tregaskin
Richard's just covering for Karen and Brian on this . Long live the Tregaskins.
Alspacka featuring no less than the entire worlds most spectacular fucking bassline. And its subdued until played to full effect at the end.
It really is... bass players would climax playing it lmao
Have listened to this twice in a row. What a trip this is. All those sounds and textures are just incredible
I think you're ready for rush up edge ;)
Fredugolon 6 0:00
Alspacka 5:30
GX1 Solo 10:22
Can't believe Brian made this and then disappeared.. I have this record on vinyl
😂
Fredugolon 6 with headphones on is like getting a brain massage.
It’s like getting a brain message acshially.
do you get a tingly sensation too?
i get one on the crown of my head when the 303 bassline-like main riff starts.
Rushup Edge is credited to Karen Tregaskin. This was credited to Brian Tregaskin.

soooo good
I really am impressed with it, a sound I've been waiting to hear this whole time and never knew it! Keeps me coming back!

probably the bass sound... but idk@@boimesa8190

wut?!?
Take my money, Richard
They're for the most part not 'real', eg some of them were produced by th'idiot.

GX1 solo sounds like a live room recording. Who else agrees?
I agree..drums at least..it seems a mic'd take..maybe the mechanic drum set he used on Syro too
@@cakodemone As does "prick". I get scared every time I hear it, thinking its someone in the room with me.
GX1 had large internal speaker so yeah a mic in a room makes sense
