Considering that Cyndi spent 30 years there, I don't think she'd think of the lower price as a "loss". In real estate, you "overprice" your home so you get closer to the price you actually want. I worked in a Real Estate brokerage firm for 3 years. I never saw anyone price their home for what they "wanted".
