PSU 650 W and 750 W are at the same price which one shall i go will be better?
You can go with 750w.
In future if you upgrade any components like processor, GPU it will be helpful.

Bro u could have bought the rx 7600 insted of the this or even 6650 xt even with the 12gb gddr ram i dont think the gpu with take full advantage in 1440p or smtg unless u need rtx features which dont perform that good at this price its just not a good descision to buy this card

For 3D rendering Nvidia cads are better I think.

For us the main requirement was for editing. Also some casual gaming.
Is CPU cooler really required?
Yes, better to use.
let me give you advice, if you really performance, use Rx 6600, rx 6600xt or rx 6700xt GPU for the build
This GPU will be good for gaming I guess.
But for 3D, editing etc... Nvidia will be better if I am not wrong.

I have the same but need to know one thing about the Ram, you choose that 5200 xpg but you can put it the 6000 xpg model too? Because thats the only piece to complete my build. The graphic i Will go for rtx 6700 xt 12gb

bro m.2 and nvme are different nvme hase 2 notches on the mobo but m.2 has 1 notch so watch out for that

Windows 11 is new, might have some issues.
@techathome but bro windows 12 is around the corner and they fixed all the issues and I was using win 11 since its release in 2021 so maybe you can upgrade later bcuz your tutorial may be different from mine bcuz ur win 10 and I am win 11 and other users.
