Worked at a Crumbl for about a year. Their kitchens are actually very clean. The particular one I worked at, the owner/operator was very big on cleanliness, keeping things wiped down and tidy.

Crumbl was by far the most uptight (about food safety) and cleanest place i had ever worked. You get to take home a free cookie everyday and sometimes theyll even give u extra if u havent tried it. Working there felt like being a cog in a super efficient machine.

I work at Crumbl. Those cookies near the register are for display ONLY. We don't give them to customers. No one eats those cookies not even the Crew members. We hand wash all of the stuff we use. The chocolate chips next to the mixer is for easy access. No it doesn't stay there all day, I can't speak for the other Crumbl stores but mine doesn't. The cookies don't stay out all day. That's just unsanitary.

Where I use to work we had good clean sanitary equipment facilities and procedures, I was the only one the main dishwasher trusted to get the job done.
