Would you consider doing some videos with narration instead of music? I would love to go through your thought process.

Your building is AMAZING!!! I love the way you create your builds! I'm never playing rentals, though. I can't stand the frequent problems and issues. But the BB items are very nice, so I will get the pack only because of those. Anyways, thanks for showing this creation.
Thanks so much! Glad you like it, the cool thing is the pack has a functional and decorative version of the water heater and fuse box, so you can use the decorative versions and eliminate a few of the problems =)
The apartment complex is impressive and efficient, with ample space. While it would be a desirable residence for my sims, I believe it would be best to delegate the property management duties to a non-playable sim. The associated tasks seem to outweigh their benefits. 😅
Of course, this is a fun way to play with the apartments. However, I prefer that the property owner comes in and upgrade everything before the tenants move in. That way, all my apartments start off at four stars. But, all of my Sims are wealthy, too. 😂
