About 2 years ago I decided to really improve my English since I couldn't even use the present simple correctly. So, after studying a bit of grammar, I decided to look for some English teachers on RUclips and I came across this wonderful channel "MmmEnglish": in fact, thanks to your help, I started improving my speaking skills and watching every singol video about the imitation tecnique. Now, my level is intermediate (I believe between B1 and B2) but I'm committed to becoming fluent so that I can reach my goals.
Anyway, thanks for your help, you're the best teacher on RUclips and part of my improvement in the language was helped by your great channel!

First, thank you for this useful video ♥️
    Here's my story :
One day, when I was returning back home from school, an amazing coincidence happend to me. When I got into a public bus to drive me home, I bumbed into an old friend of mine in the same bus. We hadn't seen each other for a long time, so it was a real surprise to see her. She was also returning back home from her school. We started laughing with each other at this surprising coincidence, then hugged and chatted for what felt like ages!. It turns out, she had been studying for her exams. That's why we hadn't seen each other for so long! Then, we took a funny picture to memorize this coincidence. Finally, I said goodbye to her and got off the bus to my home.
I hope you give me a feedback 🌹♥️

Hi! Overall, this text is clearly-organized, coherent and relevant to the task. However, I'd like to point out a few mistakes, most of them aren't even mistakes - they are only little suggestions:
-in the second sentence, you should not repeat the bus two times
      -surprising moment, not coincidence
-I don't understand the reason why you had not met before, I'm sure you weren't studying all day long, without any breaks
-in the last sentence, consider removing the phrase to my home
That's all for my makeover! Great work!

    • @nourhanwalid5422
      @nourhanwalid5422 3 года назад +2

@@ДомРаздоры Thank you for your clarification, but I meant that I haven't seen her because we're not in the same school and both of us was busy because of the exams, so meeting her accidentally surprised me.

I wouldn't love to boast but in comparison the last year, my language level has gone up as considerably as I couldn't even imagine to myself! It's your merit, 'cause due to these amazing lessons you make, you give me such a great opportunity to have a real speaking practice! I also love go through your imitation technique method, I repeat all you pronounce in a maximum realistic way having a natural pace, rhythm, making a pauses, taking a new breath where I really need it. I reckon it's one of the most effective ways to start speaking like a real native, that's why I highly recommend all of my colleagues who also learn English being your students!

And here is my little story: Yesterday I went from Lugano for skiing in the Swiss Alps, however when I arrived, the establishement was closed because the winter season was over. Anyway there was still snow there, so that I was really disappointed having run 200 km for nothing. The next time I'll check the situation just early in the morning by Internet: it was only my fault!

I do speak a good American accented English and I can also speak like a Latin American, however, having been born and brought up in a totally anti-English town to the down south of the State Tamil Nadu, Southern India, things got tougher and tougher as I got more passion towards English! Here I am again with yet another better friend online who cares to throw the best practices to learn and speak err-free British English which I am amazed at!! Well done Emma. :) - Bangalore, India.

We had danced so many times. we had gone to church so many times too , but we had never spoken to each other . for several nights we had been dancing tirelessly learning this Latin rhythm. We have known each other; thanks to the dance classes. We have become good friends and we have always remembered that while dancing we became real friends. Ual Emma, I really enjoyed this lesson! As a matter of fact, I've managed to keep pace with you all the way through, but only because you're such an inspiration and a darling, of course. Thank you... 😍🥰

I do love your videos and your English lessons as well, I just would like the captions be a lite more bright so it would be easier for me to read.

Thank you Emma for the lesson, but I have one question :
Why you use 'it turns out' (present tense) twice in the beginning? Can I use past tense all the way through just like the sentence 'it turned out to be a disaster'?
