This is probably my first full blown experience editing a video, shoot by 3 camera my dear friends Danny and Toby for a HK client, probably today would do differently but here it is.

I'm English and a disciple of the Five Immortals Temple in Wudang. Daoism is highly logical and practical when you get beyond the cultural outward forms. In fact Tai Chi Chuan being practiced by millions worldwide makes it highly accessible.

Wish I was in my early twenties again I would of enjoyed staying training wudang martial arts and learn every aspect of the culture and history 🙏🏼
