I absolutely gasped when your shawl popped on screen. Stunning! Pinks, purples, and blues are my favorites and the yarn looks squishy and lovely.
I’ve been making a project out of the Caron Halo yarn. It’s extremely fuzzy and frogs easily. I haven’t washed it, but my gut tells me it’s going to pill a lot. I’m looking forward to your review.

Beautiful shawl.
Some yarn is worth a bit of fuzziness after washing.
A blanket would just be that much more cozy

I like Big Twist because of the selection of colors and textures. However, I mostly use it to make things that don’t need to be washed like amigurumi or tote bags. Peeling is definitely an issue.
