Hello everyone, and welcome once again to a new video. I'd like to start by extending an invitation for you to press the subscribe button, engage the follow button, and join me on this journey to uncover our destinies together. To those who have recently subscribed or followed, I extend a warm welcome to my channel, and to my broader family, it's great to have you back. I'm truly grateful for your visit to my platform and for finding something valuable in my words. Your time is greatly appreciated.
In today's discussion, we're delving into a subject that the narcissist wishes for you to understand, even when they have moved on to someone new. Yes, that's right, we're going to unpack what I mean by this. So, the discard phase has occurred. Yes, the discard has taken place, and now, it's you who's left to gather the fragments, my friend. Indeed, to collect the pieces and to proceed forward. By this stage, it's likely, or perhaps you can recall, feeling utterly shattered as you tried to comprehend what just transpired. What was that all about? Amidst everything, including the altered behavior from the family, the narcissist's sudden shift-from adoring all the traits they once claimed to love about you at the inception, to despising you for those very traits by the time of the discard or the devalued phase at the relationship's conclusion. This is the point at which their madness becomes apparent. Truly, it's sheer insanity.
Now, The narcissist has moved on, either with a new person who provides them with the attention and adulation they crave, known as 'new supply', or they've returned to someone from their past, which is referred to as 'recycled supply'. In an attempt to maintain control and keep you within their sphere of influence, they might suggest staying friends. However, one must question the feasibility of maintaining a friendship with someone who has demonstrated harmful traits akin to a viper. Their objective may be to relegate you to a less significant role in their life, essentially making you the 'side chick' or 'side dude', while they engage with other individuals who may also display narcissistic traits. This scenario often plays out during periods when the narcissist is transitioning between relationships. I'm sharing this openly, aiming to shield you from the pain and hurt that I've endured by bringing these patterns to light. The ultimate goal of these individuals is to see you falter and remain subdued.

No contact is the best tool.
I do not care about the new supply, infact I feel sorry for that person.
There have been some strange things I have received on different platforms, my instincts and gut feel is, he is trying to reach me... I totally ignore these attempts.
I see this person through a different set of eyes and will never look at him the same way again.
I remain stoic with the decision I have made.

Thank you for your comment. It is indeed unfortunate that narcissists often struggle with maintaining healthy relationships due to their behaviors and patterns.

From my experience the narcissist will begin by trying to keep you as a friend in their harem. If you question their previous actions and call out their behaviours still then they will just block you as your not doing what they want (moving into the friend zone)
