Fries used to be S tier, you could just own caps - then everyone got radar... Then the white van crowd got subs and really made cap knife fights a thing of the past. Sigh... At least you can blast through fire and ribbon missions with it.
Marceau is my favourite T10 Destroyer, It's an absolute powerhouse in ranked. I managed a 78% winrate with it, in the last ranked season. It was only 49 battles but still decent IMO :D
the long range secondary BBs is why i run range over reload, rather be safe than peppered! the extra range lets you harass more things safely, i don't even bother with concealment and leave it at 8.6km and instead take RPF to hunt down the annoying people trying to hide. the AA in this thing with just the captain boosts stacked with the DFAA is enough to wipe most full plane squads instantly and despite the numbers difference from Halland(which is supposed to be a dedicated AA destroyer) i find actually deals MORE flak/continuous damage. had a ranked game where i ran into a Montana/Stalingrad on the A/B cap side solo, other 6 went to C but it was after i capped and was going for torp run before speeding away. Montana turned out for a bit(set a few fires on him while i could) but Stalingrad stayed right on me all the way back to my cap while i slowly just stayed ahead of him while burning him out with a final fire just after he managed to finally finish me off. she can hold her own if you know how to dodge with it.
He did a video about Atago a couple years ago, but his conclusions are still valid today: one of the best premium cruisers in the game, basically untouched by powercreep

We need to see how fast you can get the kleber using Philipe and maybe giving it the Silent hunter skill? I was trying to get it working with the legendary mod and going for torps but i only put another 8% to the speed around 64knots but you can poop philipe skill infinite times
Marceau shows that the game is balanced around low skill and mid skill players. As soon as a experienced Unicum drives this ship you will cry. The potential is way higher than almost any other ship.
ZF-6 please..it is criminally underrated..full dpm build with heavy ap with slightly improved pen angles..you can shred dds as they move into and away from you in a fight...

That's why DDs win you games. Protect your friendly dds and help them in any dd engagements. Shoot the enemy dds as much as you can as you never know you will get a lucky hit,fire, damaged his modules or broke their torps or a lucky detonation. Even 10 HP Shima can determine a win or a loss.
I suggest my all time favorite Minekaze which was absolute GOAT early in the game before I abandoned my favorite playstyle i.e. DDs ruling oceans before all DD nerfs.
So I started playing this for first time today. Didn't know you could shoot undetected in this ship. I was kiting at max gun range and able to shoot an Ohio without detection.
Looks interesting. I've been thinking about grabbing another ship now that I've built up a stockpile again. Shell arcs seem similar to the Schors (Russian T7 Crs), but I could be wrong.

@@alexgee6393 Yes, but not all and anything. Modstation is WeeGee themselves, so the mods should be ok, and Aslain is recginzed by Weegee. So the mods in there should be ok too.
You're not the only one....I have been asking since the series started.... and we have been ignored, 😞 Someone once commented on my request that PQ won't play it because he doesn't have it and that he doesn't want it because he doesn't like it, so requesting it seems pointless. Both Marceau and Kleber, all this tankiness I see in these videos, it never happens when I sail them. I end up in brawls with supposedly lesser DDs and still end up losing the battle. I love the speedy DD game play meta, but just never pans out like shown. I do like though my Kleber is specc'ed that when at top speed, will reach almost 58 knots.

Don’t take range mod, the tiny extra bit of damage you get because of the horrific shell travel time is nothing like spending that time moving into a much better position to shoot.

Those shell arcs look like they mounted American mortars on that ship.
Note: french DDs are the only DDs with saturation on ALL their hull parts, not only bow and aft.
Love this and the kleb. Such strong dd's. Fun when played correctly and able to play very aggressive late game for the wins.

I didn't have range mod at the time. Only 10 point commander. I have it now tho. It was tough playing around secondary ships without extended range

If you build "All Guns" then why not "Fearless Brawler" instead of "Main battery and AA Spec"? Its 10% Vs 5% reload buff.
The amount of crazy long secondary bbs makes ships like this less fun to play. Smaland, Ragnar, or Lüshun are just so much more comfortable.
