I’m going to be in the market for a PC soon and I think this system is basically what I’m going to build
Looks amazing! Wonderful form factor!
Nice case, I like how all buttons and ports are at the bottom too so they're easy to see and reach from sitting at the desk. I like these smaller form factor cases that allow for full size cards, these days it just makes more sense since storage with nvme drives eliminate the need for storage bays.
Love it. No empty space but all the power.
I love these cases that have a small table footprint.
Plus this would also be great for where a playstation 5 should go.
Kinda wish they made a white version so it fits better with most living rooms
Small table footprint cases need more attention. and I'm glad first Corsair and now Cooler Master are giving it the attention it deserves. I love having a PC on my desk that takes up almost no desk space at all.
@@memo29b
I wish Corsair sold the Corsair One case. It's a bit finnicky to build in, but makes a great ITX system if well thought out. (Something like a 4070, not a 4090)
Size Comparision to a PS5 Classic.
@@user-ds8rj2vc4v Honestly I would just recommend the Corsair 2000D stand-alone case over all these.
Just pick your own CPU cooler and power supply, and it looks really nice.
This computer is perfect for me. I think I'm gonna try and copy this exactly. I love it.
Video suggestion: How about a "State of Emulation 2024"? Run through the top emulators by system, from NES to XBox 1/PS4. Given the popularity of Radeon 780M systems (Ryzen Z1 Extreme handhelds, 79xx tiny PCs, and the upcoming 8700G), a focus on those would be great, as any 1080p PC should work just as well. Pointing out those that have a Linux version would be really appreciated.
That would be great
yea I would like to see a video on this too... but that is a lot of work though.
Plenty opportunity for product placement too
This looks beautiful and I want one. Usually I don’t find pc components beautiful.
love the case!! looks awesome , who doesnt like a mini / micro build!!
Iv been dying to build a mini itx all amd build and its cool to see this
This will be my next build! I like this case!
Was hoping you'd review this case. No one else showed the full installation and ran some games with it. Waiting for mine to arrive.
Great video!
Nicely Done!!!!!! 😊
Gorgeous case
This looks really good. If i ever want to upgrade, this is my choice
I love the new mini heater design!! 😂👌
Case looks cool
Sick case. If my meshlicious didn't blend in perfectly with our theatre speakers I think I'd be all over this
Lovin the Radeon choice 👌🏻
This is a great looking PC and I'm very curious to see this running chimeraOS. Can't wait!
The temps are perfect. Obviously with the cpu the temps are like that, that thing runs hot especially with an enclosed cooler like that. Good pc!
I just bought a Revolt 3 case and it's loaded with features.
Starfield has to be one of the worst optimized games in history for it to require so much power and have looks on the level of Mass Effect 2. This game should be gliding on most upper entry level gaming PCs. This will probably be a situation where in two years, it will finally be finished and run on most hardware with no issue lol.... Hopefully.
Now...can it run chimera ??
Nice case. Just did the build. Could not replace the top after the build
Thanks for the look, ETA Prime! How loud does this compact build sound on gaming or minor basic editing tasks? dB levels?
You made a reallynice build.
I went in opposite direction with mine all AMD PC with huge white Thermaltake case , ATX MB as I needed 4x SSD, and 7900 XTX GPU.
It is only 20% used for games, so I went a bit overboard to be sure it will do its job for the next 3-4 years.
Now I know what i will be doing on it tonight. Doing benchmarks and compering with your numbers :-)
Very nice looking computer. I'd never spend that much on a PC though and I have a slight bias for laptops.
I love this standing cases because of the small foot print. Never understood why they are not more popular.
It's a shame that this is not available as barebone, because I wouldn't want the preinstalled components that will be never as good as what I would put inside.
my favorite form factor, the footprint is so small!
Need to put this in a rack case
waiting for you to build a amd 8000 series when its out . ggs
shii clean af 🔥🔥🔥
I just bought this case just need to put the parts in.
Saw this case on another channel. I was thinking of vertical case as the only option for me but I've given up on the idea, I don't have a sturdy desk and it would wobble and be worse. Also this specific one is really tall, too tall for me atm, I'm just looking for the most compact thing really. I think this is amazing in the sense you can get full blown atx parts in a more compact form.
My old PC was built in the Fractal Node 202, it was great and took very little space on the desk, but I wanted something even shorter, with a smaller footprint. Ended up with the NZXT H1v1 (new rizer, no firehazard). Super happy with it, although the v2 wouldn't be much bigger and has much better cooling and GPU compatibility. Point is, that's a really good case for a lazy/easy installation, good looks and performance. Doesn't wobble at all on the desk.
@@SoulRollerFIN Nice! Beautiful case, I like how square it is. I believe about the steadiness of the case, the problem is that I have a foldable desk which is tiny, very little depth, so that one wobbles... and it would just pass momentum to the case.
Also I'm not sure about the footprint, to give you an idea: I have a 24" screen and either side i have just slight more space than the size of a Mac Mini (which I have for work)... say i would probably be able to fit x2 Minis either side from the display base to the edge of the desk. The Mini also just fits in depth between the wall and the desk-wide mousepad :(
Originally I was thinking i'd get a mini-gaming computer like the ones Eta has all the time, to stack on top of the Mini... then I thought with that price i can build a full blown PC that's still compact. But I don't think there would be anything small enough to stack on the Mini, or that would just encompass it to keep the mini under the base.
Unfortunately this is what I have... I'm kinda wondering if to get the "lunchbox" case or the Fractal Ridge and attach it to the legs of the desk (making it a bit more steady with the weight).
Not sure there's anything that would fit under the screen (in depth). I guess one of those Dell/Lenovo office machines would, but then you're working with older components(?) and the GPU would be limited to a low-profile, which means the 4060 LP. Which is great, I was just hoping to build AMD to also have Steam Deck OS -- as I'd like to move the PC downstairs frequently to play on the TV
In that situation I'd just get something to can hang under the desk.
That is so nice. I may have to look into buying one. But go all Intel and Nvidia. 😂
Interested to know how noisy the pump/fans etc are in this case. The Asetek Gen7 pump is known to be louder than its Gen 6 counterpart.
Looking forward to nr200p v2 build
I really do like this style of case. I wish there was room for atx psu though.
I prefer the silver case over that bronze one. Also are cases normally that expensive? Oh im a casual when it comes to PC building. In the mark for a new PC. Got my dell g7 laptop from 2018. Think its about time
I like the style, I love the bronze color. I should have guessed it was a Cooler Master. My only issue is I would never have a liquid cooling PC so yeah.
I would like to see Cooler Master (and others of course) have more cases in more colors/textures than black and/or white.
Black has become the beige of the 90s. So tired of it for my electronic devices.
I just checked the gpu power. It hits over 500W at times.
I will never find using half a kilowatt for GPU as acceptable. Ever.
Thanks for this review! I'm still a little bit in doubt, as I have the ROG Crosshair Impact VIII Motherboard, which is DTX (re-labeled mini-ITX). The DTX motherboard is the same form factor of mini-ITX, except that it's a little longer in the bottom, where the GPU would normally sit, in order to utilize space underneath a regular fitted GPU. Will this case fit a Mini-DTX motherboard like the ROG Crosshair Impact VIII for AM4?
Your efforts are much appreciated, thank you!
That CPU is hot
As an added bonus, you can also run FurMark continuously and use it as a space heater 🤣🤣🤣
Dreamy!
I neeeeed thiiiisss
I wish you could at least in a separate video did a full install video
Love this case, but the proprietary radiator. it’s probably not something that will stand the test of time. Good luck finding a replacement after it is EOL.
Plays top tier AAA games and grates blocks of cheese in no time.
This seems like a good competitor to the Razer Chroma... Seems a little big too me but if you want to fit those next gen cards you have to compromise somewhere. I have the Razer chroma with a 1000 watt power supply i put in so i won't be needing this. Either way it's great to see competition in this space including the one russ covered at CES, but that one looks to be way more expensive.
its going under my desk (attached) might be the way to go.
Hi man love your vids. Say if your still doing reviews of Samsung Dex like OS on Android can you include Linux windows clones like " exagear windows" and "winlator" plz and ty
All AMD ?
Automatic up vote!
I would love a case like that, but I have a full size Corsair PSU and won't fit in this case.
Nice
Spray paint the outer bronze to a florescent black.
I can’t wait was going to get a 13thgen due to odd number the my ARc a770 16gb x2 in IXMgpU
it's been 8 days... I'm still waiting on the chimera os review with this build.
Noice bro
Just fyi most non-founders rtx 4090's are much bigger and longer and don't fit alot of Mini ITX cases being well over 336mm. This has the same gpu tolerance as the Cooler Master NRP200 MAX @336mm gpu lengths which does though fit 99% of AMD 7900XT/XTX gpu's. I thought about getting this to refresh my 7950X-3D/7900XTX build currently in my NRP200 MAX case, but after hearing the GPU specs and maxing out at 336mm from CES videos I decided to wait for the new Cooler Master NR200 V2 which will hold up to 360mm long gpu's
Here to see how they fit a adequate PSU and 7900 xtx into that chassis.
nice case, but my 360mm length trinity 4080 wouldn't fit. i actually am running a corsair 2000d airflow and my 4080 "barley" fits, i had to remove the stickers from the gpu fans to help keep from scrubbing the case and bend the metal mesh out ward a hair, but it fits lmao. 7800x3d and 4080 in a sff case nice. but i wish i could get a smaller setup, but i would have to switch to water cooling to make that happen.
i have too a itx system my 120mm aio with a high staticpressure fan has a tdp of 260watts its enought for all amd cpus, the ryzen 9 7950x has 170watts tdp, anf 230watts ppt so ez too cool with a cute tiny 120mm aio with only 1 fan :D
Should've shoved a minisforum bd 790i in that case.
Cool build but a little too big for my liking. Maybe they will make a smaller version in the future.
The case looks like to have the same kind of "champagne tint" that MSI made for the RTX 4080 Super. I don't know if it would be worth the trouble though...
All that hardware and you still need FSR for Starfield even though it looks like an old PS4 game. They really worked their magic on that game didnt they.
Man this is wonderful! But I was looking at the power draw on the video card! Was that number accurate? That card has to be able to heat a bedroom in the winter. Seriously. I love the performance, but the power draw and heat are shocking.
If I may suggest, undervolting will really help with those CPU temps. I always use custom water loops, so I tend to pound the voltage to my CPU's, buy in this case, I would make an exception.
I see you're after the pc build community.
I’ve been looking forward to this case for a while now, why? Coz I have an art deco themed room in my house and I’ve spend absurd amounts of money on it, this is the closest thing I’ll ever have to an art deco style PC case, at a reasonable price.
Don't listen to the haters. This is another good-looking machine if you ask me.!.
sorry but i think its ugly and not worth $400 even with the psu and weird custom 120 aio.
I’d like to buy this, made up, just with a 4090
This thing is massive for an ITX case. You would think it would at least house a 3.5" HDD as an option given it's sheer volume. Good case but wasted opportunity to go smaller.
Would a Ryzen 7 with this video card still get 4K gaming at similar speeds and quality? Wondering about how much the CPU contributes to gaming speed, and whether running a cooler chip is possible.
Second, would a 6800 XT or XTX still be able to get 4K gaming at any quality settings? Here, I'm wondering about whether I could get away with a cheaper video card still and get decent 4K gaming still.
I haven't been into PC builds for a long time, so I'm light on knowledge. Appreciate any feedback!
Love the case... hate its price (450isch Euro)
I absolutely love vertical cases, but this one... well tbh there are some badly designed things. For instance mobo IO is at the rear but GPU connectors are on the bottom, so it is a waste of space and not to mention the need for the PCI riser. Alta G1M is pretty much almost the same size (ok, it is slightly larger), but it can fit mATX board. Raijintek Ophion Elite or Hyte Revolt 3 seems to be way better designs as they are smaller and do not require PCI riser. Anyway, ITX cases are very niche and are kinda getting worse & worse. The best vertical ITX case I have seen so far was Silverstone FT03-MINI (however, it is almost impisble to buy nowadays). It was over 10 years ago and would you believe that somehow, they managed to fit Optical Drive slot in there ? Yeah, I know, crazy.
This would be best to paired with Ryzen 7 7800X3D with RX 7900XTX
Yes and not 6800mhz ram Ryzen cpus run fastest with 6000mhz cas30 ram
@@samunaesi7727 yeah exactly
Finally someone testing 4k….. it’s 2024, and we are spending 2 grand to play games. why the hell are we still bragging and talking about 1080p numbers for desktop machines
Really want this case but don't need any inluded stuff.
Just want case.
Hey I'm running a um790pro with a 4060ti 16g over usb4 in a Ryzen Chroma EGPU. I'm getting 10500 in quality and 12300 in proformance settings on time spy. I was wondering what sort of increase in proformance I would see over oculink. If you have done timespy with a similar GPU over oculink please let me know the score so I can decide if it's worth giving up the razer Chroma. I like the proformance boost software, protection and cooling I get from the chroma but if it's really holding back alot of proformance I would definitely get oculink. Also my main Cbdrive has been switched to a Samsung 990pro 2tb so I would take that into consideration
They want too much for this case, the Phanteks Evolve Shift XT is a much better design and allows for variations in size depending on your build.
Looks very nice, but not challenging enough. I prefer smaller sff cases.
Do you think the SteamOS would be viable on this platform?(looking forward to your follow up) I'm very much considering ditching Windows on my next gaming pc build.
You could just run regular Linux on your next system.
Hi just trying to be helpful despite it being a great review. Your links below the video show that the process is a 7900x which is the 12 core 24 thread variant of the 7000 series CPU. Its the 7950x that needs to be linked in the description below.... The link also sends you to the 7900x processor so its not just a typo..... Very expensive Mini-ITX rig but impressive.
i just built a fractal ridge with a 3080 ti in it. i literally just broke like 6tb of ssd trying to get the cable management to work.
What..
the sata pins are v weak. my cable mgmt was ass. it was completely my dumbass fault
@@BusAlexey
waiting for arrow lake
I think for this case the 60 watt variant of Intel Core I9 13900 or Ryzen 9 7900 would work better for this build and still be overkill for gaming.
Now how well can a build like this do emulation? How far can it be pushed?
It can probably handle SNES games.
Love the case but why bother with the RGB.
not sure how the balance of this case. The slim design top heavy seem easy knock over.
Dual boot with chimera os
Hey do also Mention price of the pc at the end of video plz ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
From 🇮🇳
first newegg link brings up ram for me when i click on it, not the case
Please mention the price of the entire pc build at the end of all ur videos
The link to the case leads to G Skill DDR4?
What is the price factor? It can handle blender&twinmotion rendering (24gb graphic memory should handle it)? Whats about the powersource, works on a generator? If so it shoyod have more than 1kw or it takes only what consumes?
The radiator, fan, and extra space required to house it are this case's faults. Wish they made a barebones version without the watercooler and shrink it down.
Will thw GPU fans turn off when not unddr load such as gaming?
ASRock b650i PG Lightning is cheper and has beeter features.
