Yeah, I too would prefer to rush the board. It works in like 80% of all battles, but some challenges and especially at the end it gets more crazy. I DID manage to win EVERY Queen's Blood match, very fun. Hope they redo FFVIII for Triple Triad
Just need the right rush cards for the challenge and you'll be fine! Right? Final Fantasy VIII will always be a card game with a RPG on the side for me!
I used mostly a card swap deck and that deck was my ticket to Blood Queen with minimal retries

I personally loved it as it reminded me of Triple Triad which I was obsessed with! I remember Final Fantasy VIII as a card game with a RPG on the side!
I see why I've been having trouble. I've been trying to stack panels to play two and three rank cards and slowly pushing the board. Thanks for the great tips and insight Naz!
Glad the video could help out Alice! Sounds like you have a value mindset which I did when I first started playing card games! I know it feels wrong but it's just optimal!
Tried that Strategy and worked really well up until would say Rank 7. After that they start to swarm so many Replacement and Effect Monster an you thats getting tough to win with such less Value Cards especially when the Opponent plays cards like Chocobo Jockey or Dio that even get stronger wirh every Turn.
You should have Shiva by then and better Rank One cards to upgrade the deck!
I find taking the center always helps because you lockdown your opponent's moves I actually really like this card game funny enough I wish this card game had online I would play it play love locking the enemies bored and just screwing them over
Replacement cards are so op man I run replacement cards in my deck and they're insane
All depends on your deck and the hand you have at the moment! I really enjoy it too and if they add online play then I'd be all over it!
